The technician was okay but there were few red flags

1. Putting an open junction behind a drywall is dangerous and spark can cause fire. Pro did exactly that. When I asked him not to put the open junction behind dry wall, he said, "I have been doing this for 8 year, there was no fire"

2. Pro tried to upsell the product they carry even though the job can easily be done without them.

The pro keep telling me they have been doing it for 8 years and they know it all.

Very disappointed in the quality of service.
Job requested 29 items(collection of artwork and mirrors) to be hung. I was texted repeatedly about details of the job-which seemed ridiculious since I was pretty clear it was picttures and mirrors. They wanted photos, sizes, etc. When the Technician arrived I requested a couple extra items to hang-which he agreed to. Unfortunately, several were hung unlevel and his respones was no one will notice. I had to rehang 7 of the pics myself. Then he offered to hang my 2 TV's. This was not included in the initial request, but he claimed to be an expert in TV installation. I have to follow up now with Xfinity to get connections since he wasn't able to complete that part. He also told me my brackets, speakers, and soundbar were not appropriate so I had to return them and purchase ones he recocmmened. The initial job was estimated to be $400-$500. With the two TV's I ended up paying $1100. This was about 4-5 hours of work. He said cash only. Website offers other payment options.
I found his character to be offensive and felt like I was being orderd around to assist. He took liberty to go in my garage and tell me my car was "ugly" . I was taken aback by some of his comments.
He should have had the help he needed with him. Now I need to touch up painted walls where he left marks. Overall, I was glad to see him leave. Would not use this service again.
