Rosendo and his crew did a great job. They were timely, predictable, and within budget. They communicated progress and discussed situations proactively as they arose. Every day, they cleaned up the work site before leaving. My roof looks great and I could not be happier!
As a retired program manager for an aerospace company I'm used to balancing, cost, schedule and quality. ZR roofing is best in class, in my opinion. Why is it a gold standard? I've had three triplexes and two single-family homes which have all needed roofs over the years. This is the first roofing company that delivered more than expected in multiple categories.
Their professionalism, respect, cost, schedule and detail these people went through when tearing off the prior roof, installing a new roof and gutters for my property (PVC, flat roof, triplex) was exceptional.
Even my tenant, and Airbnb guests who reside on the property had compliments for the crews professionalism and kindness.
ZR roofing is a family business, father, two sons and crew. I've even had compliments from my neighbors. Now, if they only did maintenance, sewer and electrical work, I'd be set.
