Zoom Drain - Scarborough, ME

I had an emergency that my regular plumber didn’t have the tools to correct and he recommended Zoom Drain. Johnny was here within 30 minutes and was able to diagnose the issue and was able to resolve it lickerty split.

Johnny was the technician. He explained the scope of work that he would be doing and how he would approach it. He answered all my questions in detail!

Tamera in the office was also extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to use this company again if needed.

I had a back up from my septic tank that created flooding issues in my basement. Zoom came promptly identified the problem and fixed it. The tank still needs to be pumped, but Zoom made it easy for them to get at it and finish the job.

Highly recommend! A technician arrived in under two hours from when I placed my first call. Very professional and made sure everything was in working order before leaving.

Joe and his partner arrived even quicker than the original time frame that I was given and that was great as I had a big mess in my basement. They got here and explained everything right from the start. They listened to all of my concerns and questions. No rush on anything and that was nice to see! Johnny was great! We had a broken wax seal on our toilet and he was able to quickly assess and repair the problem. Zoom Drains has flat-rate pricing so we had no surprises there, and the cost was very reasonable. He was friendly, professional, and efficient! Christy from customer service/scheduling was also great. We will definitely call Zoom Drain again if we need any plumbing repairs in the future!

Joe Aguilo was fantastic! He arrived on time, was very professional, and knew exactly what to do to fix our clogged cast iron pipe. The company responded quickly to my husband’s call and let us know when Joe was on the way. Everything’s working perfectly now.

The technician can on site, spent about 10 minutes looking around. Did absolutely nothing and changed me $245 stating that the only solution would be to replace the entire toilet. He did not check the sensors or floating devices to make sure that all the mechanism were functioning properly. When I asked him if he had checked the sensors he had no idea where they were located. I was not happy with the service.

Called Zoom at 1:55 AM when my toilet wouldnt flush, and the water from the blocked septic pipes started leaking into my basement. They called me back first thing in the morning and set me up with an after hours appointment later that day. Rob was awesome. He explained how everything worked to me and had my septic system up and working again within the hour. Will definitely be using Zoom again for any future emergencies.

Rob was very professional and let me know pricing for each thing he could do so I could make an informed decision.

So, my toilet wouldn't flush (iykyk). I called Zoom Drain and while I did not need an emergency call, they got me in the next morning. I got Joe. He was very pleasant. So the toilet just needed to be snaked out, but after Joe left, the tub wouldn't drain. Huh. A quick call and they sent Joe right back and remedied the situation.

Best service ever. Old house with root problems, sewer a mess, clay pipes, who knew. Came first thing in the morning, very informative during the process, showed before and after video, and gave me a copy of it as well. Gave me valuable information about going forward in preventing future issues, or at least curb it. Zoom drain is where it’s at,, thank god it’s fixed, namaste

They replaced my sewer trap with a clean line into the pipe leaving the house. It was getting backed up regularly due to the ancient trap in the floor. They jackhammered it out; replaced the piping; and, put new concrete over it. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I would definitely recommend this Company.

Tristan was really pleasant and fun to talk with as he fixed our drain problems. He came promptly and worked efficiently. He also explained to us what the problem was as he fixed things. He was awesome.

I don't do reviews often, but they gave great service when I had what I thought was an emergency. I discovered on a Monday that I had a serious drain problem getting waste from the house to the city line. When I called they told me they could schedule on Thursday or Friday. They did offer Tuesady at emergency rates if they could fit me in. Since it could be a big mess if i didnt take care of it soon, I said yes. They said if they had an opening in the schedule they wouldn't charge the after hours fee. Tuesday they called saying the had had an opening in their regular schedule and were true to their word. I didnt have to pay the emergency fee.
The tech was knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of the problem, explained options to prevent in the future, but didn't push extra services. That in turn makes me feel that if/when it requires additional attention I will call them. I would recommend Zoom Drain.
