My old garage door failed and the first person I contacted to fix it showed up once and then disappeared. I called International Door Corporation, spoke with Jason. He figured out my problem right on the phone, gave me a quote - which they stuck to - and scheduled service the VERY NEXT DAY. The crew showed up, finished before the morning was out, and didn't even ask for payment. When the bill came in the mail a week later, I paid as quickly as possible to return the courtesy. I have never had a building trades contractor work as efficiently and fairly, and the work was of high quality.

Needed a couple of garage doors for my house. Talked to Jason, he answered all my questions, turn around time for getting the doors in was amazingly quick. They were ready to go with installation in a couple weeks time, and the final job looks fantastic!!!

Garage door installers were also very friendly and I just wanted to commend them on a job well done.

Will do business with them again in the future!

We have been using IDC for years for service. They are professional, helpful and transparent regarding options and pricing. We replaced our garage door years ago and needed to match it for our new addition. Jason went above and beyond to navigate our low headroom. So many other aspects of our construction were a headache, but not this one. I highly recommend them and I'm so pleased with the results.

I would like to thank Jason for helping me order a new wood replacement door, which seems almost impossible to find. He also help me find specs on these doors which help me calculating door weights for spring options. Was having trouble with my automatic garage door which just stopped working. Tried fixing it myself and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Reached out to International Door for service and support and heard back right away from a member of their team. They were able to figure out the problem and get it fixed right away. Great service! I had a new Gargage door that I had installed. I went to international door to get a opener for it. I explained my door type and set up, low over head reverse stings. They recommended two different options on the wall or on the ceiling. I choose the wall because it would look cleaner with no wires on the ceiling. After installing they would not operate properly. After talking to them they recommended the lift master tech line. After calling them they told me you were sold a operator, that doesn’t fit your application. After calling back and letting them know they sold me the wrong product for my application. They said and I’m quoting “ sorry about that, but we’ll sell you another that will work”
Wait what you recommended and told me it would work.”yep we’re sorry about that you should of bought the Gargage door. Here, have a great day. And he hung up on me. I was blown away not a 5%off or anything. we made a mistake and it’s your fault.
Please don’t buy from them. There the worst.

I thought my garage door was a goner after I smashed into it with my car. The door was completely bent out of shape and half of the door was bent outwards with enough force some of the wheels that hold it on the track were flung 30 feet into the grass. I called and they sent someone over very promptly, even offering to accommodate me after hours as they were fully booked. I went to lunch and when I came back it looked as though I hadn't even hit my door. It was no longer bent and it had been put back on the track. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs or new doors.

We met with Jason on December 22nd to discuss new garage doors. He was very informative and patient with our many questions. He proposed a number of solutions and a variety of doors which would meet our needs. We were very impressed with their selections and price ranges. We would highly recommend Jason and this company for anyone looking for new or replacement doors.

I would never recommend this company. I called this company in May of 2020 and began the process of ordering a new garage door for my home. I was very particular that I wanted the garage door to match my front door. Jason Baril came to my house after a couple emails and phone conversations he came to my house with color sample and brochure. The sample was a close enough match that both my wife and I agreed on and started the process of what we wanted the door design to look like. On June 2020 Jason came to my home and again confirmed what we wanted before we ordered. December 2020 after we finally were ready to have our door install his installers came to install the door the door was not the color we chose. We immediately called Jason and was insinuating that we were lying and that the sample he gave us was not from International door. Instead of working with us he asked if we wanted to have the door removed we told Jason that it was not the color we chose and he acted childish and refused to make things right. I called today January 4 and Jason is still in willing to work with us instead both him and his secretary laughed at me multiple time’s. They are not willing to work with us and have our deposit held hostage. I myself am a business owner and I would never treat my customers they way he had treated my wife and I.

I went in to International Door Systems on the Tuesday morning (8:30) after a long holiday weekend. My garage door opener had broken that weekend. Was greeted by Jason, who was very nice and super helpful. He committed to fixing my problem that day. Jason sent someone over to my house to inspect the issue, then someone else came out shortly afterward to attend to the door opener. Everything was fixed by 11:30. Very friendly, professional, helpful staff...I'd highly recommend them!

The staff seems very knowledgeable. I have used them on many projects and haven't had any problems that we couldn't resolve quickly.

Great service! International Door Corp. replaced two springs and four pulleys for my mother and gave the doors a “tune up”. Same day service and the doors run better than ever. They also provided and installed some high end doors and operators for my sister and they came fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for new doors and motors or service of any kind.

My garage doors and installer came before estimated, so I was pretty happy until he arrived and announced he did not have the work order for the garage door OPENER. He tried to call his boss, who never called back during the 6 HOURS he spent working on my door. The following day, I contacted Lowes and 8+ days and counting in ADDITION TO about a dozen reminders FROM Lowes that the install I fully paid for was still not being addressed, I got nothin but a headache. I was promised twice today said call from the "boss" (Jason?) who I just found out decided going home for the day again was priority for him. If this continues through the weekend-will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Meanwhile, by day 4, I had to DEMAND a follow-up visit from installer when they forgot to secure a safety pin to prevent the garage door from sliding into the garage from the open position-yes, he cautioned not to open too fast, but it shouldn't have been that hard for my disabled mother to control the opening when I had left for the afternoon during the spontaneous delivery of a new refrigerator. 2 delivery men thought my garage was falling down and were scared for my mother's safety when the doors slid out of the back position and stopped falling just 6 inches above my windshield.
When the installers finally arrived, before I could even get my shoes on, they were inside my garage, opening the door before even knowing what had almost happened to my trapped vehicle. They never apologized about the incident, which could have seriously hurt someone - it took both refrigerator delivery men to fix it for my mother, which continued to be a hazard until installers finally came 2 days later.

Additionally, the company was all too quick to criticize Lowes, and where there *could* be some serious miscommunication flaws in Lowe's system, the lack of professionalism and commitment to a satisfactory job from said installers thus far, does not indicate in the slightest way possible any error on Lowes' part.

the best doors around, salesman really knew his doors I gave him my measurements which where all but common and he came up with a solution. great doors had one on a garage for 18 years used everyday and still works like new.
