We purchased over twenty new Anderson windows for our home. The outside trim is constantly coming off, the windows require tools and lubricant each time you want to tilt them in to wash them. Wouldn’t get these again. And unfortunately the service from Loranger is less than responsive. There are better options for product and provider.

I would definitely recommend this company! They have two very kind and polite gentleman (Simon and Joshua) Who came to my apartment building and changed over 200 doors. They put up with a lot since some tenants can be more difficult than others and never complained. if you are in need of new windows or doors definitely get in touch with them!

Bob Loranger could not have been any more dedicated and committed to our project. He was on site with the builder and architect making excellent practical and cost savings recommendations. In the areas where custom windows were required he personally came out to insure the field measurements. Loranger did a great job navigating these difficult times delivering the windows and doors. I felt like Bob was a partner in my project.

I have the unfortunate displeasure of owning a home with Loranger windows. The windows were installed in 2002 and I am appalled at the lack of quality. All of them are drafty and of low quality, to the point where half of the windows do not even open more than a couple of inches. Avoid this company and its windows at all costs.

Prices are higher than big box stores; they say their quality for the same product is better, but I don't see it. Door closers would not work right and they were horrible to deal with - no customer service after the sale. Had to contact the manufacturer directly for any satisfaction.

I purchased several Andersen doors from Loranger. All of them were defective and it takes months to get any service - if you get any service at all. I am still waiting for service technicians to visit my home and take care of the issues. These are brand new doors!!!! They don't slide correctly, they are bent and don't fit in their frames. It is winter and I have extremely cold air pouring into the house. You can see air around some, they don't open and close well, and are basically useless!!! If this were spring or summer, it would be bad - but during winter these doors make my home extremely uncomfortable and the rooms unlivable. I had a new large Andersen window also installed a year ago, and it too came in defective. It tooj over a year to fix that issue. Never, ever purchase Andersen products. Terrible quality - terrible service - and Loranger doesn't do anything to help the situation.

Fran Loranger and his team are a pleasure to work with. He visited the job site numerous times to make sure we had no issues.
