Pristine House Cleaning has far exceeded my expectations not only in professional service but also in the exceptional cleaning staff and administrative personnel. Both of the women who clean our home are efficient , accommodating as well as personable. I am delighted to have found this company.

I used Pristine Cleaning yesterday for the first time to do a deep cleaning of my home. Their associate, Chris arrived when she said she would be here and with all the tools she needed to do her work and, much to my very pleasant surprise, she greeted ME with a thoughtful thank you gift!!
Chris was extremely personable and spent the first 25 minutes or so viewing my home and discussing with me my priority areas. I had to leave for several hours and when I returned home, it was clear she was both diligent and thorough in her work accomplishing everything I had asked for and more. She restored the stainless steel kitchen appliances to their original appearance and left the bathrooms sparkling.
I could not be happier with the quality of service completed by Chris and her pleasant personality clearly displayed her passion for her work. She accomplished in several hours what would have taken me days to do and did it twice as well. I highly recommend Chris and Pristine Cleaning for any cleaning service you may need!! Robyn D

Pristine House Cleaning has done a deep clean for me twice. It was an excellent experience both times. The people are really friendly, upbeat, listen to my requests, and are wonderful to work with. We called Pristine Clean on 11/14/24 looking for a deep clean prior to Thanksgiving. Luckily we were able to book for 11/26/24. This was a huge relief with hosting a large family Thanksgiving.

Chris and Ashley arrived on time 9am. Very professional, personable and courteous. Quick, efficient and detailed. They left at 1230. Cleaners 5/5.

The only issue we had came around 10am. I missed a called from the Pristine Clean office team. They left a voicemail indicating the cleaners mentioned they may not have time to finish the job completely and gave a few options (skip a room or charge $60 for additional time needed). I was confused by the voicemail so I spoke to the cleaners about the voicemail and told them they could absolutely skip a room if needed. They both indicated they would not need additional time and would not need to skip a room. We were quoted for 7 hours and 32 mins of work. Cleaners arrived at 9am and left slightly before 1230pm. Giving the office the benefit of the doubt and maybe they mixed up our deep clean with someone else’s (if not this was incredibly dishonest to indicate an additional charge).

Overall, thank you for helping this busy mom juggle a toddler, work and Thanksgiving prep!

I have used another house cleaner in the area for the last couple years, and I always felt like I was settling. With Pristine, you get what you pay for, and they are very aptly named. My home was spotless! So beautiful. Places I hadn't seen clean in ages were absolutely shining.

We’ve always been very happy with our pristine cleanings. We had Nikole for some time and more recently have had Harlee. They have always done everything we’ve asked for and then some. Definitely recommend.

Pristine offers the best cleaning service I have ever had. They are responsive, professional and friendly. Every cleaner we’ve had cleans as though it was their own home. I did request that we have the same person each week. Michelle is amazing! They also accept feedback and requests which are noted in their system for future cleanings if they are not able to send the same person. Most importantly is that it seems they treat their employees very well. They offer benefits and I’m told they pay well which leads to happy employees. This is evident in each person I’ve dealt with at Pristine. I highly recommend them!

I have only had one visit so far - for the initial deep clean. I live in an old house. The Pristine folks did a wonderful job of shining things up, and my husband and I were very pleased with the results. Pristine is communicative, and their follow up is excellent.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pristine. They are reliable, consistent, and flexible with the order they do tasks in based on my work from home call schedule. I’ve done a couple add one to have various appliances deep cleaned and will likely do once a year or so. The time I’ve gained back due to Pristine’s work has been immeasurable!

We’re not exactly sure when Pristine Cleaning Company started, but we 88 year olds must be close to its first customers! We’ve been with PCC at least seven years. Let’s say conservatively they have cleaned our homes (we moved five tears ago) 120 times. Fact: never a complaint, never one; satisfaction every time. And under Ashlyn’s care, our assigned professional for the last year or two, the service has been superior beyond our highest standards. She writes extensive notes after every cleaning and the company sends us get well packages when we’re recovering from illness.

The reasons for such excellence are observable: employment of good people—caring, smart, intelligent people who want to do good work; high standards of service; up to date, step saving, state of the art equipment; and well-trained and well-supported staff. Many claim the distinction but PCC is truly a people company.

We recommend PCC to all potential customers. More then a few of our neighbors and family have already become happy customers as a result of our recommendations.
