Pricy inspected my roof last year after a hailstorm and let me know that our roof (last replaced in 2017) was not in a need of immediate replacement. It made me feel better as most roof contractors were trying to get me to have our roof replaced immediately. A year later, after another hailstorm, I had Pricy come out to inspect the roof again and he suggested having it replaced and provided photos of our roof as proof. In addition to replacing our roof, Pricy and his team also helped fix a few issues around the house, painted the exterior siding of the house, installed more efficient vents in the attic and installed a storm door (which we purchased) for us at no extra cost to us. The job was completed in a timely manner and Pricy communicated updates along the way. Overall, I’m very pleased with their work and Pricy’s honesty and prompt communication throughout the process.

We are very happy with Zion Roofing and Renovations. They replaced our roof in Allen a few years ago and exceeded our expectations, so we hired them again for our Plano home. In between, they helped us repair an area of the Plano roof when we discovered an issue just after purchasing the home.

Our hail damage was extensive and included replacement of all the vents, chimney repair, window screens, and gutters. An additional roofing layer had to be removed as the prior owner's roofers had installed the new roof directly over old material instead of removing it. We were home the entire time, and the Zion owner was on site often. He walked the property with us every evening explaining next steps, and he was always the last one to leave.

We have hired Zion Roofing and Renovations to do additional work to our fence, pool, and outdoor grill area to be completed later. We wouldn't want to use any other company due to the trust we have built with Zion.

I have included a picture of the roof and the new shutters they built for us! We have received so many compliments!

It is not my normal practice to write online reviews. I wanted to let potential customers know about the great job Zion Roofing  & Renovations, LLC(ZRR) did on our roof.

In 2020 after hearing about my roof leak and bad experiences with the roofer, a fellow church member referred me to ZRR.
After we agreed on the price ZRR repaired my roof in a timely and professional manner. About a year later they returned to do fix a different area of the roof that received damages. Same great service.

This year(2023) after severe weather removed part of the roof and damaged the rest, again they came thru and replaced the entire roof in a timely and professional manner.
The old roof and nails were cleaned away from my property as expected.
They handled my small jobs and my large job with the same professionalism.
ZRR did a beautiful job on my roof and left me with an experience to brag about.

Zion Roofing worked on our neighbors roof. It took them over 5 full days to replace their roof, which has taken every other company in our neighborhood 12 hours. Over the 5 days, they have consistently hung out on our property. They have sat in our driveway. Had multiple people leaning against the garage. Their workers have watched my family through our windows. They have thrown roofing material on top of our vehicles. They left trash laying around. They have had materials and pallets for there project all over our lawn. The job now that it is done looks terrible, especially where the garage roof meets the house wall. I would never consider hiring this company due to their unprofessionalism and lack of skill.

I highly recommend Zion Roofing and Renovations. They helped me complete several projects around my home over the past year. The projects range from removing a fireplace, fixing a deck, painting, installing a retaining wall and replacing the roof. The quotes were reasonable, work was completed timely and the workmanship was great. The hardest part working with Zion was getting my projects on their busy schedule.

Interviewed seven roofers. Single woman dealing with most contractors is generally an issue. Pricy treated me very differently than all of the others. He quoted a fair price with no surprises and he did what he said he was going to do without any drama. He also dealt with my difficult insurance situation with ease. I was COMPLETELY overcharged on a project. He quoted me a price one day then came back and said it would be more work involved so the price went up. He didn't even do the second part of the project.I will NEVER use of them again. Due to price gouging - which is illegal - and poor work that was noticeable to anyone with eyesight.

We just had the roof of our house replaced and it has been accomplished by Zion.This great company is highly recommended to anyone who intends to repair the roof,chimney and gutters of their house. The project Manager and his team are really responsive and organized. They were doing magnet search everywhere during the project to find nails for my kid and puppy safety which means a lot to us.Also,PM did control and check every thing accurately and was available whenever we had request or question.Thank you Zion for this good experience!

Yes I had work my roof done by Zion Roofing & Renovations LLC. Mr.Percy and his crew was fast and very professional and and questions I wanted to know was answered. The crew did a great job for a fair price. We needed a full roof replacement after Ida.

Great working with him. We had a roof leak and he was out the next morning and had it repaired by noon. Really appreciate it.

Zion roofing fixed my dads roof where the patio cover had sunk into the roof creating several holes. This was not a simple job and some roofers didn’t bid or wanted to take down the patio cover. Zion was able to jack up the patio cover to the original height and repair the roof decking and added new legs and added flashing where these legs meet the roof, so this problem will it not reoccur, and replaced the shingles around the repairs.

Since this was not a simple repair i was concerned that there would be some problem. However there wasn’t any surprises and Zion’s crew did a great job and I will use them again.

Zion Roofing was everything I had hoped they would be. Although material took a bit longer, due to some unforeseen mishaps (on the part of the materials supplier), Pricy was always in contact with me. He is a man of his word... Yes, I appreciated his exceptional customer service, quality of work, and his very fair prices. I especially appreciated Zion's DocuSign technology. It was very helpful! Initially, I inquired about an estimate from Mr. Marcial, who represented Zion roofing services. After careful consideration, I decide to move forward with Zion. This was a great decision. The installation of my new roof was absolutely awesome. The crew was knowledgable and very courtesy. They job was completed in a professional manner start to finish. The delivery of the material came to my home a couple of days before the men started. Therefore, they had everything necessary to complete the job. The crew arrived early on the morning that the job began and immediately got to work. There was no hanging around. These men worked until the completion of the job. I observed the supervisor overseeing the work to ensure consistency and efficiency. They swept the yard for nails and cleaned up at the end of each day. I also got Zion to switch out some boards and install additional turbines. The supervisor worked with me to make sure that these things were done and that I was completely satisfied. My roof is absolutely beautiful. Overall, I would recommend Zion for your new roof installation.

Our roof had been damaged by the hurricane. I called Zion and Mark was there in a couple of days for an estimate. The estimate was more than reasonable. The job took two days and when they left everything was picked up and my yard was clean. They checked for any hidden damage and installed additional turbines as we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more courteous and professional roofers. Mark even returned a few days later to make sure everything was okay and that we were completely satisfied. A+ job. We've hired Pricy Rocha to replace a roof and most recent was to repair a structural issue with outside balcony. The workers showed up every day from 8 am - 7 pm like clockwork. They cleaned up everyday. They stayed focused & WORKED. We've all hired people that don't showing up in a consistent manner or they're on the cell phone throughout the day. This was true professionalism and good old fashion work ethic. We will definitely use Zion again.

Exc company to work with. A pleasure to be able to trust them with both the business issues of insurance, price, and schedule, as well as the quality and completeness of the work. While roofing may appear to be the same for everyone it in fact requires skill to ensure not just roofing installed well but other issues that can cause long term problems are done properly. We had extensive pest protection installed on roof and gutters and Zion did a great job checking and protecting these items. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up fallen nails and debris each day which is critical. We have had to replace, very expensively, 3 car tires due to other contractors leaving nails and screws hidden in driveway and yard. Zion did such a good job the insurance company accepted their calm and professional quotes and comments without any debate. Well worth getting yourself high quality, professional, trustworthy roofing done with Zion.
