I had an excellent experience with Planet Builders. I got a new roof from them the quality of their is the best. They actually got done with the roof ahead of schedule. The roof looks amazing, I plan on using Planet Builders for more home projects that I have coming up.

Marcio & crew from Planet Builders just installed a new roof on our house & separate garage. Price was competitive, work was was prompt, cleanup was thorough. Marcio was responsive & attentive to our requests. I highly recommend & will be calling them re another project in the fall! Happy!

We hired their service for a new fence. It had the most competitive price. Even though our backyard has a slope, they did a great job building the fence on it. We are thinking of new improvements and will certainly use their service again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin.
Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one.
While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request.
I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. I hired Marcio to help with a small project on my deck and his team took care of the problem quickly and very efficient. Will definitely hire him again.

We hired Marcio and his guys to build a deck based on a friend's referral and it was such a nice experience. He came up same day for an estimate, helped us with the design and material selection, and sent us the estimate right away.

The workers knocked the whole thing out in a week, including material delivery, and it looks incredible. No weird gaps or evidence of any corners cut. They even replaced a vent that had started to rot at no extra charge when they noticed it.

Would absolutely do business with these guys again.

Marcio and his team are so easy to work with. We needed a patch job and he gave us a fair estimate not the cheapest(ends up being cheaper because of quality work), but they did the best job.

When we need a completely redone roof, I know where I’ll go .

I hired Marcio to replace a lot of the cedar siding on my house. A job that started out small soon developed into a much larger job. They did an excellent job. Marcio told me that the siding needed to be painted and they would do that as part of the job. The weather was cold and wet, so we decided to wait until it got warmer. I have scheduled this with Marcio four times, and each time they were a "no show". Marcio no longer returns my calls. It is now mid September. I would rate this company 5 stars, but now I am very disappointed with the non response and it looks like I will have to find someone else to finish this job that I have already paid for.

I had Marcio and his crew out to install a completely new roof and gutters and replace a skylight. This is the third time I've hired him and I'll continue to do so. They were absolutely wonderful! I can't recommend them highly enough. Marcio is extremely communicative, his crew was super nice, thorough and conscientious and cleaned up after themselves EACH DAY so you wouldn't even have known they where there. They swept the driveway and surrounds with a magnet to pick up any stray nails, and swept again at the end of the day. They went the extra mile on a few things, adding in a few extras here and there without even being asked, just to make sure everything was done to Marcio's high standards! I would absolutely use him again. His prices are extremely fair and he is absolutely worth it! Book Him!

I met Marcio two years ago and he helped us with roof leakage, roof cleaning, woodpecker holes and some other problems. Marcio is always nice, responsible and reliable. He also has good sense of humor! :) His work is way better and cost effective than some other companies (We hired other companies to do quotes and repair before). I also referred him to our friend and he did a wonderful job too. I highly recommend him and his company to you!!

I contacted MJ Repair services for a roof repair estimate, and they got back to me very quickly. Toto was out the next morning to take a look, I got the estimate shortly thereafter, and less than 72 hours after I first contacted them, the repair is complete. Toto went above and beyond, cleaning the moss off the rest of the roof and cleaning out the gutters while he was up there. He also took pictures of before/after and talked me through things to consider going forward. I appreciated Toto taking the time to educate me on what he was seeing, rather than trying to sell me something. Highly recommended!

Marcio came and fixed 2 skylights for us. He was very professional and charged a very fair rate for his expertise. He was able to come out the same day, did a great job fixing both skylights and documented the process with pictures for us. He even cleaned out a clogged gutter drain for us as an extra. I will be contacting him again whenever I need some help!
