We have used GreenCity for several roof repairs, roof replacements, roof inspections, and annual preventive maintenance. They always do an amazing job, keep the job site neat and clean and ensure that things go smoothly and stress free.

The crew of GreenCity roofing were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. We were extremely happy with the outcome of our roof and the price was very reasonable.The team went above and beyond by keeping in constant communication and promptly address concerned throughout the process and were available day and night via text message. They kept their work space clean in our driveway and made sure the gutters,yard and driveway was free of debris after the project was complete.Overall they exceeded our expectations and we were very impressed by their work as a whole. Alfredo and Leo were especially friendly as the teams lead, they were very accommodating in our requested material and other work related accommodations. They made sure we were pleased with the product and made us feel heard on what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof repair!!!

These guys are upstanding, and on it. We found mold in our new roof and they were there in less then an hour. Came back three days in a row to see what was going on. They found the problem, the venting was buried in the insulation and causing condensation. And giving ways to fix the problem.

Quality workmanship, honest quote, and excellent after service help. Greencity Roofing installed a whole new roof; when I say new, it was a complete roof replacement. They tore off 40 sheets of damaged, rotting plywood and quickly got my house sealed up again. The previous roofers screwed up and did not sink the nails causing the sheets to wear prematurely. Roof looks great and we are 100% happy with these guys. Also, their quote beat the next guys by $2,500… with the new plywood the other guys didn’t include! At my request, they even came back and added a vent and didn’t charge me! Honest, friendly, and reliable!

Our townhouse rooftop deck had very serious water damage and the first 25 contractors we called said they don't work on townhomes. Another contractor (Summerflex) came out, said "oh no......." and proceeded to quote us $18K for the inspection alone.

Alfredo w/Greencity was willing to do townhome work, was not intimidated by the damage, and gave us a very detailed and reassuring quote. We had to increase scope on the first day of demo, but Alfredo prepared us for that possibility and the increase was within estimates.

Most people estimated 3-4 weeks of work, Greencity finished 90% of the work in 6 days.

One of the best qualities in a contractor is *trust*, and the reason Alfredo will be the *first* one I call with any future roofing/siding issues that after the inspection today, he told me I did *not* need any repairs. That's the best news I've had in a long time. Thanks Alfredo!

Very responsive, came same day to give a estimate. I got three Bids and this one was best, Date they promised to start installing roof, came right on time. Alfredo came after job done to make sure that everything around the house is clean, no nails nothing on ground. Overall extremely satisfied with there service. Will recommend to anyone with closed eyes.
