We had a wonderful experience with Z - PCM Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, VT 05404. Logan was on time, professional, and very detail-oriented. The attic cleaning was thorough. They removed old insulation, conducted attic insulation repair, and finished attic maintenance in a timely manner. The attic restoration made the space feel completely renewed. We noticed immediate airflow improvement in the attic, and the air inside our home feels much cleaner. Truly a five-star service.

Fantastic service with Z - PCM Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, VT 05404. Our attic was extremely dirty, had poor insulation and had poor airflow. Bennett did a thorough attic cleaning and went over why we needed to remove our insulation. Their repairs were fantastic - they did a full attic insulation repair and provided a before and after photo. I could not believe the airflow improvement we had in our attic. They did a thorough and professional attic restoration. They also gave us great attic maintenance tips to keep it in good order.

Our problems, which included a damaged gas fireplace and mildew in the attic, were all resolved in one visit by Z-PCM Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, VT 05404. They were quite effective in re-insulating and cleaning up mold. After years of neglect, their fireplace professional cleaned and sealed the chimney to restore its functionality. The following day, roofing repairs were completed. We were unaware that we had a mouse problem until pest control helped. Everyone was on time and considerate of our personal space. For house maintenance, they are now our first choice. Excellent work all around.

I have nothing but praise for the crew at Samuel. They went above and beyond when I engaged them for their Z-PCM Attic Insulation & Roofing Services. They found problems that other contractors had overlooked and completed their chimney repair promptly. My house smelled better after the dryer vent and air ducts were cleaned. The roofing service was also done precisely. I've had varied experiences with contractors in Winooski, but Samuel really stood out to me. The entire service was transparent and professional.
