If you haven’t had a dryer vent inspection recently, call Z - AFS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Com PA. because gladly they also do dryer vent service not just an attic service. Ian showed up on time and got right to work. He discovered a massive lint build up and explained how it was affecting airflow and increasing fire risk. The dryer vent repair was done quickly and efficiently. He also took time to walk me through proper maintenance steps. It’s rare to find a technician who’s so thorough and respectful of your home. I’ll be calling this copmpany again for annual inspections.

We opted to have our attic cleaned out and contacted Z - AFS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Com PA. Steve was so polite and knowledgeable. They explained each step of the attic cleaning process and began with the removal of the insulation first because of mold and damage. After attic insulation repair and the sealing, they did a complete attic restoration which included improving airflow in the attic. The temperature in our house is much more stable now, and air seems cleaner. The team was quick, respectful, and left everything very clean. I highly recommend Z - AFS Attic for their thorough, high quality service.

We would strongly recommend Z - AFS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Com PA. Leonardo gave us great service right from cleaning the attic through the final attic restoration. They were meticulously done, completed the removal of the insulation, repaired damaged areas that required attic insulation repair and improved the airflow in the attic. Now we have a clean, ventilated and energy-efficient attic space. Their suggestions and ideas for continuous attics maintenance were indeed very helpful. We couldn't be happier with their service!

Everything was done flawlessly by the staff of Z - AFS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Com PA. Their services were neat and meticulous. The house felt brand new after the dryer vent and air ducts were cleaned. Mold removal was completed quickly, and the chimney sweep left no debris behind. Everything was expertly corrected by the masonry contractor. Termite and pest problems quickly vanished. My wood stove and gas fireplace are both operating more efficiently than before, and the attic insulation has immediately made my home more comfortable!

I contacted Z - AFS Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Com PA for an attic inspection prior to my renovation project. Michael was very thorough with the inspection and discovered there was mold behind the old insulation. He dealt with mold remediation and followed up with an attic repair job on the flooring. The crew was very respectable and efficient and left no mess for me to deal with. I can sleep easy knowing my attic is mold-free and safe for my family. Excellent experience from start to finish, I feel so much relief I chose this company for my attic service.
