We used them as a favor to a family member who stated they were a new company and needed customers. This was back in late July 2023 and we were informed they became a company in February 2023 . At first they were very professional, kept in contact and took their time with the issue we had, which was no air. However, for some reason, the serviceman had to disconnect a heating wire in order for the A/C to stay on (?). No problem, we didn't need the heat at that time. Both the serviceman and the owner said they would return in the Fall to reconnect that heating wire at no charge. It is now the third week of October and getting cooler. I've left (2) Facebook private messages on two different dates (this was the best way the owner and I kept in contact the first time) and my husband left (2) voicemails on their company's phone on two other dates, and NONE of the messages have been returned. I actually contacted a relative of the owner, whom I've known for several years, to give him the message to please come out and do what they promised for the heating wire. She assured me she would give him the message and I believe she will/has. However, we've decided to go with someone more professional that's been in business for years. It's a shame I paid YREO Maintenance LLC over $500 for an incomplete job. Because of the fact they did not come out and finish what they said they would for the heating wire, and the unprofessional way of not returning any messages, I do not recommend them. The only reason for the 3-stars is when they first came out and actually did the work we requested, although it did take two servicemen to complete the job at two different times.
