I quit buying from this company. Their people are more concerned with arguing on Facebook with local customers than in giving quality service.
I would NEVER do business with this company again. Ordered custom shower door...It’s been over six months and the shower door size is still incorrect.
When I called the manager at YBC, I was told to talk to my contractor. I am left with an incomplete bathroom remodel.

Dubois, PA, YBC, and in particular, Scott LaBorde, have been invaluable partners during the design and construction of our beautiful new custom home in Treasure Lake, PA. Like our contractor Tom McCloskey, Scott has been at our side throughout the lengthy and complex project; he is extremely knowledgeable, patient and responsive. The end result is a fabulous "retirement" home that is impressive and welcoming.

I quit buying from this company. Their people are more concerned with arguing on Facebook with local customers than in giving quality service. Just look at Antony Dipello's Facebook account. Seems to me he should be working when he's at work and not playing on social media the entire day!

I would NEVER do business with this company again. Ordered custom shower door for bathroom remodel. Required to pay one hundred percent upfront for the custom order. Measurements for the shower door were completed by YBC. It’s been over six months and the shower door size is still incorrect, making it impossible to close the shower door. When I called the manager at YBC, I was told to talk to my contractor. I am left with an incomplete bathroom remodel with a shower door that was measured incorrectly twice. No offer from YBC to make it right. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of aggravation, avoid doing business with them.

YBC in DuBois is definitely a five star business. Great customer service and the team is always wanting to help out their customers. They provide good quality lumber and other building materials to make sure your job is done right! Andy Knepp is very helpful and responds quickly when I’m in need of supplies for a project!

Great place to buy lumber from, unlike Lowe's, they take some pride in what they give you. They will check the lumber over and give you the best quality piece available. Also I would like to Thank Tyler for his knowledge and customer service, always treats me like family.
