Both Linda Dietz and Tim Wentz at Bedford location are great to work with. They both go out of their way to help sell the job. They both work after hours to meet with clients. They are quick to respond back to emails and text messages.

Ybc in Bedford has a large variety of things that a lot of places just show you a picture on the computer or on a brochure Tim the outside sales rep has time for the customer don't try to sell the stuff you don't need but does find the stuff you do need

Put me on hold for awhile to get some prices on really basic lumber. Finally someone picks up and I tell them I want pressure treated when possible and I understand not all my dimensions I need may be pressure treated. The employee says "Go, start come on, lets get going!" I will drive to Altoona to buy all the lumber for a building, this is not the first time have had difficulties with doing anything over phone with very impatient/frazzled workers.

Every time I come here there is only ever one person to be found in the yard, and even though they radio for help I have never seen anyone come out to help. They really need to either hire more workers or retrain the current ones in being a team player.
