Just had our house painted by York Painting & Roofing, and it looks AMAZING! The crew went above and beyond what was expected with the prep work, repairs where necessary, sealing and painting. The cost was very reasonable, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend, and will definitely use again. Thank you John, John Jr., David and George!

Top-notch recommendation! I worked with John (Sr), but my parents- who had recently worked with John (Jr)- were equally as impressed. My beautiful new roof was completed in two days as promised and daily cleanup was impeccable. The crew was highly professional and communication with John was excellent from start to finish. Their quoted price was very reasonable and SET, regardless of any unforeseen costs. John Sr. found and replaced my oversized master bathroom skylight- that I didn't realize was cracked- as a kind gesture to me for hiring them to do my job. I will most definitely contact them again when I am ready to re-paint.

Had John and his sons repair my flat roof and resurface the remaining roof. They showed up on time, cleaned up any debris and had us look over the job to make sure we were not only satisfied but happy with the work. I can't say enough about how great they are to work with. I would highly recommend them.

John and his team are excellent at their work. The home and shed hadn't been painted in over 15 years. They painted the home and shed after a thorough power wash and recaulking where needed. Efficient, effective, friendly, and focused on doing a quality job. John checked in on a regular basis with his crew and with me. They did my neighbor's home the next day in the same manner. The homes look great. I strongly recommend them.

John and his crew redid my tile roof and did a beautiful job. The crew worked together non stop and like a well oiled machine. His price was fair and they paid attention to detail. John called and said his crew would be there in the morning. His crew was there when he said they would be. He sent a crew of 9, and my 1700 Sq ft was finished within 4 hours. The cost was exactly what he said it would be, and worth every penny. Very professional crew, and they get the job done. Roof looks great, with a new sky light. Cleaned up everything and did a great job. I am referring him to anyone in need of a roof in my trailer park.

We contacted York Painting and Roofing through a newspaper ad. We are so happy we did. John came right out and gave us a bid we were pleased with. John's crew arrived early and got the job done it took 1/ 1/2 days. They cleaned up after the job was done everything looks good. Ran a magnet around to pick up any loose nails on the ground. John communicated with us and kept us informed when his guys would be starting. We Highly recommend john. Also very he was reasonable on the bid job. Thank you John
