7/15/2025......just had the most incredible experience with Greg from Yates Roofing and Construction. My elderly mother had a water leak in the master bedroom with all the rain we have had this spring. Greg could have found all kinds of things wrong and racked up a big bill but he didnt. He noticed a boot around the base of the bathroom vent had disintegrated and replaced it in a matter of seconds. We will definately call Yates Roofing and Construction with any of our roofing needs. A++++

Reasonably priced. They were out the very next day after inspecting our roof to do the repairs which were needed because of a previously bad installation of some vents. It is nice not to have water leaking into the ceiling light fixture! We would use them again.

I had a small job, replacing a dryer vent on my roof. Most companies didn't even bother to return my call. But Yates, in the person of Allen Drew, called me back, came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. He then returned, on time, after keeping me informed via text messages and did the job. Competent, Professional, & Good Communication!

Had a Yates representative out after strong winds damaged my roof. They were prompt and knowledgeable. I am happy with the work done, at a reasonable price, and they did not leave a mess. Definitely one of my better experiences with a contractor. I recommend them without reservation.

After deciding on getting the new roof, Allen was engaged in every aspect of getting the roof completed. He was pleasant and professional. Even after they were finished and we saw a couple of nails that came through the ceiling he was here with the supplies to fix the ceiling.
During the process we decided to get new gutters, and he handled that as well. The gutter guys were very efficient.
Oh and the clean up of the ground was well done. I would recommend Yates roofing to anyone needing a new roof. I just can’t express enough about the company and the people who work for them.

I called Yates Roofing because of some concerns I had about my roof. They responded within an hour, and set a appointment for the following day. Greg Schultz arrived on time and was very friendly. We discussed my concerns, then he inspected my roof. He did find a little hail damage. He informed me that my roof was in good shape and need not be concerned. I found his honesty and passion for doing his job was impressive. If and when I do need to replace roof Yates Roofing will get that call. So for an honest answer give Yates a Call.

Allen Drew with Yates really went over the top to assist us with an unusual situation where there was a manufacturing problem with our old shingles. His team put on our new impact-resistant shingles in one day! Great clean-up and respect for our property. And when there was an issue with our guttering, they instantly made it right. After a destructive hailstorm, my mom Carolyn talked to three highly rated roofing companies in Oklahoma City to receive estimates of replacing her roof. It was easy for her to make her decision. Mr. Dion with Yates Roofing and Construction Company gave her the most detailed estimate of costs and took numerous photographs of the damage. The insurance company immediately approved her claim, because of all of the information Mr. Dion sent to them. The roofers were neat and carefully removed all of the old roofing materials. She had some old wood damage from poor guttering, and Yates provided her with a carpenter to replace the wood and a guttering company to replace the guttering. We could not be more pleased with the job Yates Roofing did for us! We recently had to have our roof replaced due to a random hailstorm in our area. I am a first time homeowner who knew nothing about claims or getting things replaced. Before the winter came this year I called Yates and they sent out Greg to do the initial visit. He provided all of the answers to questions I had along with reassurance that he would take care of me since I knew nothing. I needed a new roof along with new gutters due to a hail storm. Once insurance did their thing, Greg had an excellent team come out and get the roof replaced in a day followed by gutters the next. He made it very seamless and communicated with me throughout the project.

Never having to do this before, Yates roofing was awesome in making sure I understood everything and guided me along. I would and will highly recommend Yates to anyone needing an estimate to replacing a roof any day!

These guys are fantastic! Great communication, quick turnaround, fair pricing, and excellent quality in workmanship. I had them out to repair my skylights that were leaking air and now my rooms are staying the temps they should be. Couldn't be happier!

Yates Roofing was fast, efficient and even made upgrades to inferior work that had been done in the past. James Ford was supervisor for my re-roofing, and replacement of guttering and garage door. My 2400 sq ft home and 1200 sq ft were re-roofed in one day, and the other projects were completed in that same week. When the insurance company did not pay for code upgrades, James stayed on them until I received another $1700, even though I had paid Yates the full contract agreement.

Because my first language was not English, our communication was slow, but allen patiently explained every detail to me. I recently had two roofs replaced along with new gutters on both homes and new siding on one. Allen was my point of contact for both projects and he helped with every step from meeting with the insurance adjuster and working on getting the most coverage on the claim to helping coordinate with Jose for the gutters and siding. Everyone I spoke with was really friendly and answered any questions I had during the process from beginning to end. I was able to set up both roofs ti be dine the same day, and when the crew from one house was finished they went to the other one to help get it finished up quicker. The roofing crew did a great job and cleaned up very well.

They found my leak in my roof and fixed it. They took the time to find the leak. I will use them for any roof repairs in the future!!

I hired Yates Roofing (working with Allen Drew) after I had to cancel a contract with another roofing company that gave me the run around for a month. Allen came to assess our leaking roof and went above and beyond to do his due diligence to properly identify the leak. We have a flat roof (not every roofing company has experience with flat roofs), and Allen had a smart idea to run a hose on the roof to assess exactly where the water was entering my house. He identified a different source of the leak than the other company, and he identified it correctly whereas the other company would have replaced part of my roof that did not need to be replaced. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, quality of work, and thoroughness that Yates Roofing and Allen provided. They even came back after repairing the roof and performed the same hose test to verify that the leak was indeed fixed. I will use Yates Roofing in the future.

I had a membrane roof with several stubborn leaks. YATES kept coming back till they got all of them stopped. They stand behind their work. I will use them again.

Curtis G. worked w/ us on color & type of shingles; we had two houses and he was there for both w/ insurance adjusters; stayed w/ process and in touch till jobs completed and accepted by us. Yates had support people contacting us to schedule work, follow up, etc. They did each house (different dates) in a single long day (My neighbors house by another company took several days.) Cleanup was great, gutters done afterwards in same timely manner. Working w/ Yates A great experience because of the great team of people we encountered. They were in & out in one day which was less interruption to us and our neighbors.

Excellent experience all the way around! This work was done on my elderly mothers house(unconventional log home design).Started off somewhat reluctant because it was insurance recommended. We were connected with Chris Remke as our adjustor. Couldn't have been more polite and professional on the phone, treated us like I would treat family.
Scheduled us an adjustment and the day he was scheduled called about a half hour early and said he was free earlier and was it okay if he came early- I appreciate him not just showing up. When he got there he got right to work, got us an estimate and explained it could be a little more depending on if material cost rose and if they found additional issues( log cabin).We agreed and he scheduled a date for the work crew.
He ran into an unexp3ctd family matter and had to go out of town, he called and said that since this was different than a normal home he would like to be there to oversee the work, in case something came up. I appreciated that.
Day showed up, work got done and came in fairly close to estimate but the overage was explained before the work was done.
There was a mixup in us paying(our fault) and they didn't not hound us about it. Great customer relations!!
And FYI... couple weeks after we had the torrential rain and wind storm..... not a drop inside the house at all!!
