Manuel and his crew did great job installing my ac. He came in got the job done. There were a few set backs getting the job perfect but he kept in constant communication and really did get it done perfect and for this I am grateful. Thanks you for doing a great job.

Quite a few years ago this company did a great job of Venetian plastering on my fireplace. It still holds up today. But I've tried twice now to have somebody come and look at my back concrete patio to fix it. The first time a few years ago that somebody showed up when I wasn't home and they gave me an estimate on a membrane roof for the roof covering the patio. It has corrugated metal up there now so I don't know why I would even want that and you can look at the concrete and see that I've been patching the corners with quickcrete for years. The other day the owner came out and said he'd give me an estimate on fixing the patio. That was at least a week ago and I've heard nothing. So I'm just gonna call somebody else because they they don't seem very interested in doing it.

Buyer beware! Do not trust this guy!
I was referred to this company via Angie's list, Manuel perez called me about my request to remove a part or repair my swamp cooler. First I explained my issues with him and I asked for a ESTIMATE for the job. I never gave him the green light to do the job, we agreed that they would be out to my property some time in the afternoon after I got off of work. They never called to meet so I let it be thinking mabe they got busy or something. Next morning I wake up and go up to my roof to work on it myself and to my surprise I notice a part of my swamp cooler had been removed and also damaged another part it was attached to.
I called him and asked him to return my old part as a reference to replace with new part from home depot. He said yes but never returned my part and when I called him back multiple times he never answered,
Possibly blocking my phone number because it went straight to voicmail 3 times. This guy not only trespassed to do a job I never agreed too or gave consent to but also took my pully off my swamp cooler and never returned it while damaging another part.
