Steve was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection of my one bedroom condo unit. He took the time to explain each item as he was going over it and offered useful advice for all maintenance items that I could anticipate in the future. I really feel he went above and beyond what was expected and left no stone unturned. He encouraged me to contact him at anytime in the future if I had any questions or just needed help or a recommendation. I would not hesitate to hire Yankee Home Inspection again in the future.

We really chose a great inspector to do our home inspection. Steve made himself available to do the inspection the next day to fit our time constraints. Steve is very thorough and provided us with not only item that should be given immediate attention but also identified item we should plan on keeping an eye on in the future. Steve also provided suggestions on changing or fixing odd situations. Steve left us with a binder that not only included the inspection report but also several websites and brochures to seek explanations and remedies for future issues. Steve also took pictures of the items he reported on or repair issues and left us with a flash drive of all the pictures for future reference. Steve did a very professional job and I would recommend him to anyone needing a house inspection.
