Zach and his team replaced the roof on my house in 2023. I liked how great the roof looked when done, how hard they worked and how well they cleaned up afterwards so I asked them back this year to replace my garage roof and to also repair a very rotted old shed.

Zach and his group did an excellent job through the entire project. They showed up early every day stayed late to make sure everything was finished on time. They also made sure to clean up after themselves before they left, and reached out a few weeks after finishing our roof to check in and see if we had any issues.

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Zach contacted me after being tagged on Facebook last Wed. He was my only responder that day and also charged what I thought was a fair price ($100). Our skylight was leaking; he came by right away, explained what was wrong, showed me pics, and would be back to fix it same day. Very nice guy. Later he texted that he had a family emergency and he'd return Thu, which he did. However, that evening we had torrential rain and the skylight leaked badly. Pieces of ceiling paint were on the floor. I texted him again and he said he would return Fri to look @ it....he did not per doorbell camera.

Sat I texted again w/no response, even after stating I would be home all weekend. I totally understand not working weekends and I'm not the only client, but it only takes a few seconds to let someone know what is happening. Additionally, some people mentioned in their reviews that he did stop by on weekends for an estimate so I hoped for a text at the very least of when he would be back. More rain was expected--I had to call someone Sun to put a tarp over the skylight to deter more water damage. Between that person and another contractor from whom I got a quote, the sealing around the window was done poorly/improperly.

Luckily I am only out $100 but this is unacceptable. I used Cash App since I was told there would be a $25 fee if I wrote a check, which I've never heard of a fee for using a check, only a credit card. I would not have used this company if it weren't for all of the glowing reviews. Here I am a week later and still no contact or resolution. I had high hopes and am very disappointed.

Zach and his team finished a roof replacement on our home today. I was quoted a fair price and they were quick, clean, and professional. Zach & his crew at Xtreme did a great job fixing my leaky rubber roof. Fast & professional. Quality work, for sure. I highly recommend them for any type of roofing you need.

The service provided was excellent . Aside from a job well done, my only issues were sloppy jobsite, leaving tools equipment and trash in the yard overnight, also leaving trench marks in the yard after they pulled their trailer out. Lastly, they filled our trash cans with debris once the job was finished for the residents to deal with.

Zach and his crew came out to give us a quote the same day that I called, and they got started on our garage roof the very next day!

A rare thing in this day and age is communication with a contractor. When Zack says he will be there at a certain date and time, he is. Very clean, looking workers, and very neat about their work. The clean up is good afterwards even called after a few days of rain to check if there were any leaks. I already have recommended him to another person and she has contacted him. Xtreme roofing literally came out the same day I requested a roof quote and had it replaced within 2 weeks!!! Not to mention the quote was the most reasonable I received after almost a year of just trying to get contractors to even give me a quote. I’d highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

He explained his prices was lower than others cuz the prices of materials came down, but the others companies did not lower their prices. He has quality material life time warranty as long as you own your house. He takes pictures of damage and show them to me and repairs it. As a local realtor, he has been amazing to work with. I initially called Zach when a piece of fascia blew off during a storm at my home. I was so impressed, I always recommend him to anyone needing roof related services. My clients are always satisfied with his work and he offers a very fair and competitive price. He is one that actually shows up and does a great job.

Just spent $450 to fix a problem they created while replacing the roof (mostly missing soffit and some trim). They admitted it was their problem to fix and said a number of times they'd be out to fix it. Every time a no show. In theory they guarantee their work, in practice maybe not so much.

These guys were top notch! Came and gave me an estimate, delivered the estimate via email, they were on time, sent pictures through the day as some problems arose and cleaned up well! I appreciate the communication, them being on time when they said they would and doing an overall great job! I'd recommend to anyone!

Roof was leaking and Zac come out the next day. Gave me a reasonable quote and started on the day he said he was. Did the roof in one day, took pictures and was honest about not replacing or adding extra charges to the job. Him and his crew cleaned out the gutters and cleaned up his mess. We called several roofers for estimates before selecting a roofer for our house. Zak, the owner of Extreme Roofing, came out and measured the roof and gave us an estimate that was a thousand dollars less than the best estimate than we had gotten from the others. They finished our roof yesterday and I can't tell you how pleased my wife and I were with his work and his crew. They were very professional and friendly and the roof looks great. It was easy to see that Zak took great pride in his work and that he had the necessary experience to tackle our roof. Any roofer should be able to lay down shingles on a simple roof. Where experience and knowhow is easy to spot is how the roofer does peaks and valleys. Our roof is fairly complicated and when he was finished, our peaks and valleys looked better than the original. They also cleaned up after themselves and left our yard in great shape. Over all, a five star operation and I would highly recommend Xtreme roofing.

Jump forward 11 months Zach found that our shingles were defective and was so help full helping to get warranty and now he has replaced everything under warranty. We just had our roof completed by Xtreme Roofing & Home Repair last week and all I can say is that the work they completed was outstanding!

There are a few reasons we went with Zach and his crew at Xtreme. First off, when we got our initial estimate, Zach insisted on fixing some missing shingles that high winds blew off and said it would drive him crazy if he didn't fix it, even if we didn't go with his company. The estimate was within a budget we had established prior and we knew there was probably additional repairs that would crop up due to the age of the roof and the bad job the previous roofers did on the roof (we've been here 22 years). There were some additional repairs (skylight and chimney repairs for flashing) that need to be taken care of and Zach would provide photos of the damage and talk through how he was going to fix the issue.

Along with doing a fantastic job with the new roof, the crew cleaned up the mess from the tear-off and covered up our plants and neighbors fence, this demonstrates their attention to detail.

I would highly recommend hiring Xtreme when you need the services of an excellent and professional roofing company!

1. Local small business - absolutely impressed that the owner works alongside his guys. I don't know, I may be old school but for an owner to work with their crew means they understand the struggles and risks of the job and really cares about their employees. Cared for employees means happier employees and employees that take pride in their work.
2. Fair pricing - they price we were quoted was what we paid (no hidden costs). Zach was upfront that if they needed to replace wood it would be extra cost and also kept me posted of any increased costs as they were doing the job. I also thought the quoted price was extremely reasonable.
3. Professional - they showed up when they said they would and worked until the job was done. They did great work too. Moved our outdoor stuff away from the house to prevent damage. Checked, double checked, and triple checked for nails before they left. There was some minor damage to a paving stone during shingle delivery. Zach stepped up and replaced the damaged stone.
4. Flexible - super grateful they were able to work with me on scheduling. I didn't feel like I waited long at all to get in the schedule and Zach worked with me when it came to install for a week that worked for both of us.
5. Overall great customer service - I would recommend.
6. They stand by their work. Zach will tell you if you have any issues call them and they will come out to take a look.

Very happy with our roof replacement by Xtreme Roofing. Zach is knowledgeable, communicative and dedicated to making sure your job is done well. He has his own demo and install technicians, who were courteous and very hardworking. Zach was personally onsite at our home for the entirety of the project. I liked that he had a tech on the ground at all times continuously cleaning; I have yet to find a stray nail or debris in my yard. The crew was gentle with my patio furniture and landscaping. Quality products and attention to detail are important to me and they are to Zach as well. We love how our roof turned out and will recommend Xtreme Roofing to our local friends and neighbors.

Zach contacted me the day after requesting a quote online. He showed the following day to inspect the room. He's the quote he provided was In my budget. I had a rubber roof with stone underneath that was leaking, and rusted. He was able to squeeze me in sooner because my roof was leaking. He and his crew showed up at the exact time he promised and finished at the time promised. The crew worked efficiently and were respectful of my garden/ property. I'll be reaching out to them to install roof on the garage in the future.

These guys were great. I needed work done before I could close on my house. Despite the weather, they were able to make it happen. The work looks perfect. They even went above and beyond and repaired a few little things that weren't included in the estimate! Highly recommend!

So I had a re roof done and for starters the price was more than fair. The guys were timely, nice, and left nothing behind. Then I had another roof done went great but had bad wind pull up some shingles. They came back absolutely stuck to their warranty, and I was left with a beautiful roof no cost to me, insurance or anything and they came fast. Now I’m not saying u can hold someone accountable for severe wind or acts of Mother Nature but I am saying these guys go above and beyond. I wish I could have left 2 separate reviews but either I can’t figure it out or it won’t let me. All I can say is I’m super pleased and would absolutely recommend them

Zach returned our call promptly. He met us at our scheduled time, inspected the roof. Provided a verbal estimate on repairs. Zach was outstanding in explaining what he intended to do and how his repairs would correct the prior poorly installed leaky ridge vent.

During the busy season, Zach was willing to prioritize our damaged roof and replace it within a couple weeks (he offered earlier but it wasn't a critical emergency) when other businesses were scheduling much longer out. He was thorough in assessment and explanation, and completely honest. I know this because I have a roofer friend whose business was too busy to do the work but did a free estimate of the roof, and Zach's assessment was exactly what my friend told me. Zach explained options well. He also gave a really good value on the cost considering the damage that had to be repaired. Definitely recommend!
