I recently had reached out to Elite Chimney to come out to inspect and clean my gas fireplace for the first time. I had a phenomenal experience from the moment I reached out to book the appointment and Alex the technician. Alex explained throughly the process from start to finish along with explaining the cost ahead of time. In the inspection, he explained a few different options that really helped to make a decision about what needed to be immediately fixed. His recommendations were very helpful!! He did an awesome job cleaning the fireplace and the work he and his team member did above the water heater up to the chimney looks great! Clean work and well done! Elite chimney relined and capped the chimney of our natural burning fireplace in our 97-year-old home. Alex quoted the work and also completed the work. Can't ask for anything more. Thorough in their assessment (drone photos!), professional, timely, responsive to questions. They installed a new flu liner in our chimney, sealed the crown and converted us from gas to wood. We also didn't pay through the nose. Will absolutely have them back for chimney cleanings and any future work.

We had recently purchased a home in the last year and had Elite do work to the chimney and repair flashing around it causing leaking. Elite was very professional and has top notch customer service handling. While we experienced a hiccup with the sub contractor doing the flashing work, Elite jumped in and made everything right by contacting a separate company to fill in. We had a liner placed in the chimney. Now it is safe to use when the season arrives. Great customer service. Would use again.

Alex was super friendly and knowledgeable when he came to give an estimate. Really liked how he was the same tech who came out to do the job. They were very neat and orderly with the job and cleaned everything up before leaving. Appreciated the runners they put out for the white carpet. Will be using them in the future for our needs as well!!

Elite Chimney was absolutely amazing! We bought a new house with a fireplace that we knew needed cleaning prior to using it, Elite was able to get out same week. Alex our tech explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions and concerns. We both forgot about the coupon card I had when it came time to pay but within 10 minutes of him leaving he had called into the shop to make it right. They will be our go to for our fireplace and chimney!

Called Elite for an estimate on tuck pointing my chimney and installing a liner. Joe arrived a day or two later and provided an estimate that beat the other estimates by a mile. He was the second company I had contacted because the other guy was very expensive and I didn’t feel like the communication was great with the first inspection .. Joe came over and did a very thorough quote and explained everything very well. He was very honest and fair priced.. he was more affordable than the first quote and offered a good financing deal. The day of the restoration they were on time, super professional and fast! Plus Joe is very personable and puts your worries at ease with his experience, great communication and confidence! We use our fireplace all the time now.

A two person crew came cleaned and inspected my fireplaces. One person was clearly a master craftsman who took their craft seriously and the other, just as attentive to the work at hand, seemed to be an apprentice. I just bought the house and wanted a cleaning and inspection before making a fire. My cousin is a firefighter and he told me to be sure I did. He said he goes and deals with chimney fires “all the time” because people neglect to do it, so I did. I called around and decided to go with Elite Chimney and boy I’m glad I did. They explained all of their observations to me and gave me a comprehensive understanding of the condition my fireplaces are in. They also raised a concern with the way the flashing was done on the roof and provided me with pictures and a detailed description of what they are concerned about. It is such a relief to have a good understanding of the condition of my fireplaces, I have two of them. Having spent some time in construction trades when I was younger I was tuned into their level of professionalism and I am impressed. Joe came out gave us a quote on two rain caps, he also gave a recommendation for some future work. Stopped by a few days later and finished the job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Joe is awesome to work with. First, he did a great job repairing my father in law’s chimney, so I knew who to call when I had a water leak at my own chimney after that huge rainfall. The whole thing was in tough shape and I knew it was likely too far gone. He inspected it and gave us his opinion and a couple options. Ultimately I elected to install a power vent water heater, eliminating the need for the derelict chimney in the first place.

Afterward, Joe came back and demoed the chimney, and even got his roofer to patch the hole at the same time for us. Made things very easy since I didn’t have to coordinate that process between two contractors! Or leave a hole in the roof!

Pricing is fair and they know what they are doing. Quick to respond, quick to work, and leave no mess. Roof literally looks like there was never a chimney there.

Our chimney and utility flues had 60 years of water damage and needed to be completely replaced. For a major expense like that I always get 3-5 estimates. From the estimate to job completion Elite was an absolute pleasure to work with. They weren't the cheapest, but they were WAY lower than the highest bid and for the same work. Alex and his crew arrived on time each day for the 2-day job and made sure everything was clean and done right. At completion he explained everything they did, how the new dampers worked, and showed me pictures of all the work done. I wish all contractor experiences went as smoothly as it did with Elite.

Joe was Great!! He explained Everything. They were very good on what they were doing. We had 3 others company's come look at our fireplace and didn't explain cause our chimney was small and smoke would come into the house no one told us But Joe. We switch to a Gas inserted

Definitely experts at their craft. I called to tell them I had an issue with my chimney, but I totally gave all the wrong information at my house but they were still able to fix it. And it basically took about 30mins.

My wife and I just went under contract to purchase an 80 year old home with a wood burning fireplace. We were skeptical on the condition of the fireplace and called 3 Fireplace & Chimney companies to inspect the fireplace on short notice. All declined and said they were booked solid for a month. I called Elite Chimney and spoke to the owner Joe who also said they were super busy and booked for a month or longer. He also said they don't regularly service my area. But, when I explained my predicament to Joe, he moved heaven and earth to juggle his teams schedule and send someone (Alex) to examine the fireplace during the Home Inspection. Alex, the inspector was also great. Prompt, professional, and he provided a comprehensive commentary on the fireplace and provided video evidence confirming our concerns. Thoroughly inspected the chimney and provided a detailed explanation of the problem, complete with a notebook of illustrations. Quite impressive knowledge of chimneys. And—got the job done the very next day. Highly recommend this company!

I initially had this company go out and do a chimney inspection/cleaning on my rental property. They discovered the rain cap needed to be replaced as well as the backplate for the fireplace. They documented and took plenty of pictures so I could clearly see the damage as I wasn't anywhere near to physically take a look.

Afterwards they worked with me to allow me time to send a check across country and kept me abreast of everything every step of the way. From my experience, this is a first rate type of place.

Our home inspection report from our newly purchased home listed a few items we wanted checked out to address any safety concerns before using our fireplace. Scheduling service was quick and easy and they got someone out first thing the following week.

Alex arrived promptly, wearing a mask and shoe coverings as he entered our home. He went over basic information on our fireplace and inspected it. He went up on the roof to complete the inspection and noted issues. He went above and beyond in giving tips on lighting and general information about the fireplace unit we have.Though we received a estimate for additional services I did not feel pressured to commit on the spot. I called with an issue and had Joe and Juan at my house within 2 hours. They scheduled a repair for 3 days later but then called the next day and did the installation that afternoon. Less than 24 hours, start to finish. Super quick, very professional.

We needed our bi yearly Chimney Cleaning and decided to look for a new company. We have ownes our house for 4 years and never had our Chimney inspected. We called Elite Chimney and Alex came out. Alex was very professional and very knowledgeable. He started by doing the Chimney inpection which he used a camera. He calls me over by him and shows me what the camera is showing live inside my Chimney. I guess in the pass either year or more there was a massive Chimney fire that happened. Which was a huge safety hazard toave more fires. He then tells me not to worry that some home owners insurance cover this safety hazard and for us to call our insurance company to find out. Our covered almost all of the fix that was needed. After it was fixed Alex still helped me out with any other questions we had about the fire place and helped us figure out other issues like smoke coming into the house and airflow issues. We would highly recommend Elite Chimney to everyone and even more so Alex!

We worked with Joe at first just for a routine cleaning of our natural gas fireplace but he did a free inspection and found serious issues in our homes primary exhaust system. We also needed chimney repair that we didn’t know about. He scheduled it all with the masons and replaced what needed replacing with our exhausts in a perfectly respectful way.

Update... my ancient damper plugged up after the guys rerouted the exhaust from the boiler and it necessitated some follow up visits. We never got a bill and they checked in several times to make sure we were all good. It wasn’t even their fault our old exhaust plugged up but they made sure it was safe and working perfectly by the time it was all said and done. Seriously, I’m impressed with this company.

Excellent service! I had an old wood burning stove inserted into the fireplace which was unsafe to use. They removed it, relined the chimney and now I can burn many fires in my fireplace safely with years to come. Thank you so much!.
