We were in urgent need of a new deck since ours was falling apart, so we reached out for an estimate. Mathew, the sales representative, was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. He worked closely with us to accommodate our budget, and even though we didn’t secure financing on the first attempt, he successfully connected us with another financing company. We’re eagerly looking forward to seeing the final result!

About a month and a half ago, Mathew from Roofing Exteriors Pro visited us to provide an estimate for an A-frame roof over our deck. He dedicated around two hours to help us explore metal roof colors and discuss whether we preferred all the trim in white. Now that the A-frame roof is complete, it looks absolutely stunning!

We recently hired Roofing Exteriors Pro to complete a deck, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their sales representative, Mathew, arrived early and provided us with valuable information about the products. He also assisted us in selecting colors that perfectly complement our home. This company EXCEEDED my expectations for building my covered deck by at least 100%….I think my deck looks like a project off of HGTV…..The Property Brothers have nothing on Roofing Exterior Pros…..The crew that did the work, were MASTER craftsmen and all were very respectful of my property and cleaned up very well after all of the work was completed…. Working with Demetrius, who planned/designed the project and Miss Sharon who works in the office was a pleasure because they are excellent at customer service…. I hope to work with this company again in the future and have no problems recommending them to anyone … you won’t regret it!!

Roofing exterior recently finished up a 10by20 deck, gutters, screen and a roof. I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. This deck was built to last. The crew was respectful and they got on the job immediately. This was through cold weather, snow and the holidays. George the building project manager is so easy to work with. I had an exact idea of my dream deck and he made that dream come true. I have been referring them to everyone! They also do 100% financing. Without that there would have been no way I could have gotten this done. I had several other quotes done before this company and I am so happy I went them.

I can’t say enough good things about Roofing Exteriors Pro! From our first contact on October 23 to the final walk-through a few days before Christmas, all aspects of the project went smoothly and seamlessly. Milas, our company rep, was always cordial and respectful, and was on top of all details of the project. Francisco and his crew did outstanding work on all aspects of the construction. It was a big project, a screen porch and a deck around a hot tub, and there were never any delays for permitting or inspections. I had very high expectations for this project and Roofing Exteriors Pro met or exceeded them all!

George Kranzler was a very helpful sales rep. I had work done on a second home that I wasn't staying in at the time, and everything went smoothly. There was miscommunication on my part about a color, George patiently texting, waiting for me to confirm, that the color installed was correct. The work done is beautiful! I have a whole new house. The only issue I really had, was the amount of nails and things like that, that was left behind. My so went to visit my home, and had a lot to clean up so his dog didn't get hurt. That's the reason for the four stars instead of five.

What an outstanding experience! Milas Almond provided an awesome estimate, and thoroughly explained what to expect throughout the process. The work crew arrived within a day or two after we agreed on the estimate. The work took a little longer than expected; however, that was extremely legit since the previous roof repair 9 years ago was an extremely poor job! It took 9 sheets of plywood for these poor guys to repair all the unexpected holes!!! But the roof was completed by the end of the day after that it was started~which happened to be the day before Hurricane Helene struck NC. I recommend Roofing Exterior Pros to all!

Overpriced Sheisters! It starts by calling for a quote and getting bombarded by over 10 texts and calls within 20 minutes! Talk about High pressure sales! So George the salesman comes to my house for a free estimate to put a simple flat metal roof over my existing 9x11 deck. We are talking 4 posts and a piece of metal and a framed casing for the metal to sit on. I asked George about pulling a permit with the city and he said we didn’t have to pull a permit it was up to me !! A contractor that doesn’t pull a permit for construction HUGE RED FLAG They were even using my gutters from the house on the end of the deck roof to save $$. Grand total $6000 I kid you not. George say my astonishment and said I’ll knock $500 which means this company knows they grossly overcharge for their services! Then to add insult to injury he insulted my house on the way out the door! I also asked about the virtual pictures the company says they offer so I could see what it would look like George said they don’t do that so FALSE ADVERTISING!! My house is immaculate and that is no way to do business. These folks focus on the fact they offer financing and it would be only $88 for 10 YEARS!! George that’s $10,560 for four sticks and a piece of metal! Don’t be fooled by these con artists- look elsewhere. I got an actually reputable contractor to do the job for $4000 and he’s doing a pergola roof that old George never even thought of!

Milas and Sharon were a pleasure to work with! They quickly responded to questions or concerns and my deck is more beautiful than I could imagine!

I am in the researching phase of looking for a roofing company. I saw on their website they offer a virtual estimate, which of course asked for my information. Since I did that estimate on Sunday 8/4 at 7:08pm I have received 24 phone calls each leaving a voicemail, 12 text messages, and 9 emails. This is EXCESSIVE. I understand wanting to be available as a business, but I would not choose your company based on this information alone. Even after I replied to one of the text messages "Stop", the person replied asking me again if I want an estimate. I will see how many more times they reach out, but please lose my information. I do not wish to do business with you.

After narrowing down several companies, I called and entrusted Roofing Exteriors Pro to do some work for me. They offered financing, so that was a plus for me. George Kranzler was my sales rep. He was very professional and answered the many questions I had. His team worked quickly to install my new deck, porch, windows and siding. They also installed a sliding door where a window once was and lastly, removed and sealed up an exterior door for me. You literally cannot tell there was ever a door there. They did a really good job on everything. I highly recommend them.

The process from start to completion was awesome! The rep was very knowledgeable and even when I needed last minute changes, Demetreis approved it and made sure it was done! I would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Completely terrible company.. from the builders to the Secretary..... The builders are not pros....took shortcuts and did a very unprofessional job...... Have called numorous times... Actually had a person come out and look at the horrible work they did. Still nothing After some more calls and complaints the Secretary started yelling and said they take no responsibility for pulling up a roof patch (that someone else installed)and start it leaking and if I dont agree have a nice day I was so frustrated told her to f off. Not very nice of me....but after I dropped alot of money....this is how they treat you

We chose this company due to how affordable they were. Well, you get what you pay for! We had our work done back in December and everyday I find something else that wasn't done right. We were given a quote for ALL of the work we wanted done and a lot of things I had to go back and remind them to do. We talked doors from the get go, I even called the sales person the day I bought the doors to let him know that we had them. Well, when I mentioned the installation of said doors, a couple of weeks later, they acted like we have ever discussed door installation. We had windows put in, siding, guttering, roof, and doors installed and it was all done in a hurry and sloppy! A piece of one of the doors, they installed, fell off and hit my wife on the head just a couple of days ago. I will never do business with these people again. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for better work! I'm not gonna mention who our sales person was, but he knows who he is!

Roofing exterior pro are truly amazing people on and off the roof. We had them come out for a quote and got to talking, and not only did we receive quality work done at a price no other business could beat, but they also offered to sponsor breakfast for a week for our non-profit’s youth camp. We thank you all for giving back when you truly didn’t have to. The girls enjoyed the cereal bar, fruit parfaits, and Chick-fil-A, just to name a few meals I heard raves about. If you’re looking for a company that cares more about you and your family’s safety than a dollar amount, this is the place to go!

If I could give zero I would. Our house got pelted with hail so I wanted them to come out to give us a quote. This man let himself into my home as I was trying to step outside to speak with him. Upon telling him about our insurance company coming out and all that, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about and told me I was stupid. I had to kick him out.

I had all windows replaced with casings less than a month ago. The benefits I've experienced are tremendous. Replaced are the original 1980 windows & now the house maintains a comfortable temp. What I did not expect was how quiet it is inside now. I didn't realize how little a barrier the old windows were. The new windows look & perform great. Installers arrived ahead of schedule & were very professional. An extra bonus was Howard's check-in calls & the assurance provided by his visual inspection of the completed job.
I suggest however, that you choose an area outside your home where the installers can work comfortably without damage to a manicured lawn.

Wonderful people, it was a pleasure doing business with them, I would recommend them to do any work on your house. We had a mis hap with the solar company to remove the solar panels we had to reschedule our roof they had no problem with our problem and finished our roofing on one day.

Excellent work. The main work was intstalling a metal roof. They also installed siding, replaced any rotten wood, covered soffit and facia, and replaced window shutter accents. I am well pleased with the results and give my positive recommendation of their services to others.

Roofing Exteriors Pro is a fantastic provider and installer of new roofs! My original twenty year old roof was in need of replacing, and one call was all it took. I got an instantaneous estimate, thanks to the use of a drone that took pictures of the existing roof and damage! There were many choices of various grades and colors of roofing shingles, all presented by a very professional marketing rep who did not try to “up sell” by offering me a more expensive roof than I needed! Finally, the old roof was removed and the new roof installed in one day by a huge but very professional crew! Everything was left in perfect order…not a single loose nail in the grass. A wonderful experience from start to finish!!!

We bought a house with a garage roof covered in 5 inches of dirt, moss, ivy and a whole fauna of insects and animals using it for food.

We were quoted a price to replace the shingles after we cleared off the living aspect. The price was fair but when the work started we encountered way more rotted wood than we had been able to see.

They told me the replacement cost but worked with me to make it manageable. The roof is beautiful and the gutters are nice as well.

The team worked hard, cleaned up after the job and was helpful! I highly recommend them!!!!
