Brandon was thorough on a super hot day! I trusted him with my first time home buyer and he was the best! He explained to the buyer in depth of the inspection, answered all questions and he had!

I would highly recommend Xpert Home Inspector if you need a home inspection. I was able to schedule an appointment in a very timely manner. He showed up on time he talked to me through the inspection and showed me any concerns that he had. He explained some of his findings in great detail and recommended another company to come out for additional inspections regarding foundation work. He was very polite and professional, answered all of my questions. I was able to get a very detailed report with notes and pictures on the whole house very quickly. Brandon was excellent! We were early for the inspection and Brandon was already there. He was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He has a great sense of humor too! We had to change our dates and homes a couple of times but the company was patient and worked with us; they were so easy to work with. We were most pleased. We can honestly recommend them with peace of mind.
