XLNT Built lives up to their name. They do excellent work—top-notch quality with a hardworking, diligent crew. They made sure we were completely happy with the final result before wrapping up. Special kudos to Bill, who is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly a seasoned expert when it comes to roofing.

Our roof was buckling, cracking, and starting to leak—a bit sooner than we expected, though probably not surprising with the extreme weather we've had lately. Bill walked us through every step of the process with thoroughness and patience from beginning to end. We’re so grateful for the care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Few names of companies fit what they do or how they do their job, but XLINT BUILT certainly does for a number of reasons. This company rescued me from another company that was doing a terrible and slow job. Bill, the owner, had specified what to expect and when on his contract. Plus, he didn't change the figures his lead worker, Miguel, had crunched out for labor and the time it would take to finish. Although, I thought the price was a bit much, I signed the contract.

The next Monday, Miguel and two other workers were at my door on time. Once I explained exactly what I wanted, Miguel directed his workers and left to buy the materials that were needed in the next few days. Without further instructions, Jorge and Juan started correcting the errors left by the first company. I was surprised to see how skilled these three men were, how they cleaned up after themselves, and how they worked until the time they were suppose to.

Many times I was asked if I wanted something one way or another. When, I was not sure I'd ask for their expertise. Miguel never hesitated in asking something over again if it was not clear. And that was a good thing because the kitchen came out like I had wanted it in spite of intricate things I had asked for.

The price I paid was worth every cent. These workers were skilled, honest, calm, and looked for solutions when they came a problem. I would hire XLINT BUILT to do another job in a heartbeat!

I have been looking for a contractor to do my roof for months and found XLNT BUILT INC. I was pleased with Bill. He was very knowledgeable of his product. Happy to answer all my questions and I had his company perform my roof replacement, and it went smooth as it could have. There was no delays. The job got completed and inspected under a weeks time. Overall very pleased with the professionalism and the cleanliness and the timeframe. Thanks bill
