Home Renew 360 did a terrific job for my family. It was a big project that needed a TON of work. The scope of work included a new roof, flooring, windows, hvac, remodeling the master bathroom and renovating the guest bathroom, recessed lighting, replacing wood on the exterior and painting. Basically overhaul the entire house. Erik, Ron and his team assured everything would be brought back to life and they came through. They had recommendations along the way that was appreciated as this was our first time going through this process, but were never pushy and always said we will only do what you want. There was never a problem getting in contact when we had a question. We would receive updates along the way about when things were scheduled and progress being made with photos. A job of this size was a huge undertaking and can be stressful but everything came out beautifully thanks to Erik and his team.

Home Renew 360 undertook the repair and remodel of my parents' home in Long Beach, which experienced a burst pipe that flooded the main bedroom and bathroom, the hall and an office. The project manager, Roy, worked closely with us to make sure that all of the repairs and upgrades were completed; he coordinated the various trades that were required; and he submitted reports to our insurance company that documented the expenses beyond what their adjuster had estimated. Roy was in constant communication to make sure that we knew what was going on and to address any concerns. Home Renew 360's business office was also very helpful. Overall a great experience considering that it was the result of an emergency situation.

I cannot say enough good things about working with David A, Idan and the team at Home Renew 360 to replace my roof.  They were tidy, professional, stayed on track and did a great job - it looks great!  We happened to have the plumber out to work on our sewer line at the same time (it was a very $$$ week!) and the plumber commented on the quality of the roofers work.  They are also super nice, which was important because we have a special needs person living here, who can be challenging, and they were really respectful of what this person needed.  I really appreciate the work and the experience and will be sure to use them again.

Just finished working with Mike and Jacob of Home Renew 360, who repaired the tiled section of our roof, The company dealt with the city, to obtain the permit and organized the inspections. All work was completed quickly, professionally and our roof looks great. Jacob provided good communication and progress photographs throughout and was quick to answer any questions we had, or confirm details in the project. Reasonably priced too.

Working with Chaim, Alex, Sergio and their crews was great. Chaim kept us apprised of everything that happened every step of the way, was receptive to of our questions (and we had a LOT!), cared about the quality of the job and our satisfaction. This company is excellent. The project manager, Amir, came to my house and gave me a free estimate to renovate two bathrooms. He also honored the discount mentioned in the home improvement magazine that we get for free in the Valley.
I was given guidance and a great deal of support from Amir’s wife, Meirav. She helped me to select the tile and flooring as well as the vanities and the many other items that are necessary for a bathroom renovation.
Meanwhile, the workers are reliable and honest. Marvin is a genius with paint.

HomeRenew360 was a breath of fresh air. After having numerous negative experiences with previous contractors, we were very pleased with HomeRenew360. Roy Lansky, our Project Manager was great to work with. He was on top of every detail, scheduling crews and making sure we received the results we were looking for. Our roof was damaged during a windstorm. My neighbors had recently had their roof replaced from Home Renew 360 which looks amazing. The crew that did their roof work diligently and left the home clean my neighbors were very happy. They did say the price was a little high but well worth it. Chaim was our project manager friendly, courteous and explained all the work and cost in simple terms. He answered all our questions and he wasn’t pushy which made us very happy at the time. We had to cancel and reschedule once because of weather and solar removal, but he was patient and worked with us with no problem. Idan Mizrahi and his teams were incredibly helpful after the latest rain storms. We noticed some roof leakage when we came home from our baby’s birth and being new parents we had no time to tackle the needed fixes on our own before the next rain. Idan and Home Renew 360 had a top down approach, ensuring the roof was maintained and waterproofed before we increased the scope of our project, which we did and we appreciate Idan’s steady approach to scaling up our project. What started as a simple roof patch job, he and his crews actually built a cricket and addressed some flashing and gutter issues which we had not discussed as part of the project with no added cost, very kind. While Idan would have been happy for us to redo the entire roof at greater cost to us, he moreover wanted to start a good relationship and he certainly did. He even mentioned that should the roof work not prevent leakage our costs could be put towards that greater roof work, though I’m sure it will hold.
The company also conducted mold tests and upon tests showing mold presence we were happy to change work order to engage in the pre-planned mold remediation. On top of all that, inspection of our attic didn’t reveal rain issues but Idan made an incredible offer to sanitize and insulate the attic. For all we got the price was a great deal. The attic and roof jobs took one day each and the mold remediation was completed over a weekend. The crew even matched and patched paint from mold remediation, even came back after the paint dried to rehang our curtains. Overall, satisfied with the work.

I recently had this company replace the roof on my house. Having had many negative experiences with contractors, I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided. David A managed the project in a careful attentive and professional manner, and the work was completed on time and without any problems. They did all of the demo, electrical, lighting, flooring, plumbing, plastering, paint, removed a poorly placed window and patched it in, and replaced the old prefab shower with a beautiful floor level tile shower my paraplegic son can access. They kept me up to date through every step. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Home Renew 360 Roofing completed a new flat roof on our very tall two story house. From start to finish, the experience as a customer was amazing and and left us quite impressed. First contact was Jamie that called back as we looked for a roofer. Jon Rafuse, project manager, was our next contact. Jon was fabulous, he always made you feel like you were his only and most important customer. He is a great communicator, pays attention to every detail imaginable, follows up constantly, is honest, kind and very pleasant. He's also professional and very thorough. My mother's house was in need of multiple repairs and renovations. Erik and Chaim at Home Renew 360 were a pleasure to work with. They thoroughly explained all the work and costs. The work completed included a new roof, exterior painting, replacement of damaged air ducts, new copper piping to replace corroded galvanized steel, new bathtub/shower installation, and replacement of a defective sliding glass door. This was a complex project that involved a custom tile-roof restoration on a 94 year old, two-story, two-building dwelling with 3800+ sqft of roof area, while maintaining and restoring original decorative features. 80% of original custom tiles retained and reinstalled plus wood-sheath replacement as needed and new tile underlayment. Also 80+ ft of asbestos heat-vent pipe removal, modern vent replacement and Nest thermostat installation. The roofing alone involved 70--75 full man-days of work. We chose Home Renew 360 owing to the need for managing and coordinating multiple contractors. Project supervisor Idan Mizrahi did an excellent job in contractor integration, while responding to concerns as these arose and with flexibility over inevitable detail changes as work progressed. As a result we have an essentially new replacement roof that maintains its vintage period appearance, plus an up-to-date HVAC venting system. We went with Home Renew 360 after doing research and meeting with other builders. We ultimately decided on Home Renew 360 after communicating with our project manager Idan Mizrahi who was extremely helpful and communicative through the whole process. Not only was their service great but pricing was competitive and honest, after communicating with many others they really were the best fit for the needs of our home!

BACKGROUND: Prior to reaching HomeRenew, I had spent several weeks (since November!) trying to reach ANY roofer that would come out and take a look at our roof following an issue (and deadline) our home insurance company had presented us with, only to be told every single time that either they “did not service our area” or “only do quotes, not inspections”. Even our own go-to roofer - who we had massively tipped for past work - completely ghosted us after weeks of patient conversation and trying to accommodate his schedule. It was, to say the least, extremely frustrating.

Kobi at HomeRenew was the first to offer to send someone out to help us even though the same was true for them, which allowed us to get the ball rolling on all of this.

PROPOSAL: Jon Rafuse was the project lead who served as our point of contact from this point on, and the first signs that we had found the right team came from the fact that he was UPFRONT, THOROUGH, and DESCRIPTIVE. He took the time to explain the specific concerns that existed with our current roof and how they could be remedied (including inviting us to join him on the roof so we could see those issues in action), pointed out aspects of our roof that did NOT need to be changed or touched (and why they were Good to Go) instead of trying to upsell us as much as possible, and laid out exactly what the team would want to do and what the purpose of every single layer of the work was intended to do.

The final cost estimate for the job came in lower than the range we had been given, and additional research with folks who had similar work done proved that we were being charged a fair amount for the work being done.

WORK TIMELINE: Jon originally suggested that 2-3 days would be needed for the actual work to be completed after explaining everything that would be performed during the process, but favorable conditions meant that the entire project was completed IN A DAY after starting. Work began/finished on Thursday (January 2nd), passed final inspection with the city on Friday Jan. 3rd, and my wife and I got our own final inspection and signoff today (Sunday, Jan. 5th).

The whole timeline from first meeting to final signatures was from December 19th - Jan 5th, just about 2 weeks and inclusive of the holiday season and time needed to get permits/approval from the city.

COMMUNICATION: The part I am most thankful for is how extraordinarily patient and responsive Jon was throughout this entire process. As a new homeowner we were curious about how a lot of this works as well as worried about how to prove to our insurance company that we were making the remedies requested, and Jon was more than happy to address any concerns or followup questions we had. He covered every step of what we should expect from his team and the city as part of a certified/approved work experience, and even responded to texts from me after-hours that pertained to cost questions and scheduling confirmations.

Jon also took the time to write up an EXTENSIVE email/document with photos, videos, and descriptions of work performed for each step of the process that we could provide to our insurance company as proof of corrective action being taken. We are hopeful this will be more than enough to resolve that, but Jon asked us to keep him in the loop and offered to give additional assistance if the insurance continues to toss us around unfairly.

OVERALL: People reading this review are rightfully thinking “what’s the catch?”, so I’ll be honest as well - my wife and I were hoping this would be a cheap $1000-2000 fix, and the reality of our roof situation meant we had to do a homeowner investment that ran us about $11,000 instead. But THIS WAS NOT THE FAULT OF HOMERENEW; we were clearly shown that our existing section of roof would not pass inspection with insurance and why that was (using the portion of roof that IS in amazing condition as reference), and made the personal choice to invest in our home given our plans for the patio in the future.

HomeRenew solved our problems, & we hope to rely on them in the future as well.

The timing of our remodel wasn't intended but was kicked off by pretty significant water damage in our kitchen. Neither my wife of I had dealt with repairing damage to the home and involving insurance.
Thankfully, my wife found the team at Home Renew 360. EVERYONE that we interacted with throughout our entire project ensured that we understood what was happening and could not have been more helpful to us. I requested a consultation for my roof to be repaired, Arie “Erik” Gombinski came out the same day. He went over and above my expectation on providing a quote. He even brought out his drone for photos and a better assessment. His explanation of what will be done is what drew me to hire him and his crew. Erik was out there on day 1 to help his team. If it wasn’t for my city in delaying the permit, they would’ve been done within a few days. Either way, Erik kept me informed of the issues with the city and continued to provide timelines. After the job was complete, everything looks great, his team was always kind and cleaned up after themselves each day they worked. I would definitely use them again if the need comes up.

Erik G. and his entire team were phenomenal in every way. Finding a contractor that you can trust -- and provides the highest quality work -- is hard, so that is why I am so incredibly grateful to find that person in Erik. He is truly that person. To put it simply, compared to other contractors, working with Erik was a dream. First of all, Erik is just a wonderful human who truly cares about his clients -- they are not just his clients, but they become family to him. His communication, promptness, understanding, and patience is second to none. A lot of contractors give off the impression of caring, but Erik truly does, and that shows by his actions and communication, and most of fall, his extreme commitment to making sure the project he is leading is completed to perfection. Thus, second, Erik's attention to detail and expertise is really impressive. He knows so much about construction -- and all the different areas that home improvement and repair entails -- and that was very clear from the moment we started talking with him. Honestly, it was just so reassuring to know that I was working with someone who not only had my best interests at heart, but also knew his stuff! You can feel good about hiring Erik in this way and know that you will taken care of by an expert in the industry. Third, and finally, the work itself was beautiful and perfect. At the end of the day, all we really wanted was to make sure our project was completed to the highest standards -- and, well, it exceeded them. Erik personally came out to our home multiple times to assess and check on the final work, and we were happy with everything. However, Erik noticed something -- that I didn't! -- that was not perfect to his own high standards, and made sure his crew came out for a touch-up, at his own request and expense. That speaks volumes that he did this on his own accord: Erik is a perfectionist, and only hires the most skilled and professional employees. But the fact that he wanted to fix something that I didn't even notice is really amazing. It's who he is. In addition (and unlike other contractors we worked with previously), it should be noted that his team made great efforts to protect our home during construction and clean up so our place was good as new when they left. Again, the entire experience working with Erik and his entire team was as seamless as possible from start to finish.

In summary, choosing a contractor can be overwhelming -- and very stressful! It is a really big decision to spend lots of money and make a temporary mess of your home. And, so, as you consider contractors, you are sure to come across other contractors who may make a nice pitch, and even offer a lesser bid. A few years ago, we made the mistake as first time homeowners to go with someone else. It was an enormous mistake. This time, we decided to go with the best-of-the-best: Erik at HomeRenew 360. The difference between the average contractor out there and a true professional (and genuinely great person!) like Erik -- again, someone who really cares and makes sure the work is perfect -- is noticeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Erik and his entire team. He will take care of you like your family, and will make sure that your project is completed that exceeds your expectations. Their services come with a premium price tag, Based on my professional project management experience, expect to spend about 1.8x the cost of a new licensed firm. The project manager, Haim, was exceptional and met all my initial contract requests. For any additional requests, negotiation firmly and added costs would be expected. I highly recommend any construction company to recruit such a royal employee.

We worked with Home Renew 360 to redo our primary bath, and we are so happy with the results! Even from the first meeting with our project manager, Amir, it was clear that Home Renew 360 has the scale and the resources to accomplish virtually any project quickly and cost effectively. In fact, from permitting to final touches and inspection, Amir delivered on a timeline that was faster than any other contractor quoted. On top of that, he was highly responsive throughout the process and always happy to help us through any question or concern. The new bathroom is what we have wanted for years!

Had the pleasure of working with Erik from Home Renew 360 on the reroofing of our house. We had to remediate some asbestos shingles and his recs were fair and fast.

Just completed some remodeling work with this outfit on my mid century triplex (Stucco repair, painting, bathroom remodel) Viktor, Josue, and their team were consummate professionals during the whole process. They kept me informed, made helpful suggestions, were very courteous to my elderly tenants, and did really good work. We did hit the buzz saw of sometimes capricious city inspectors and they handled it all professionally. A reliable, good quality contractor.

We found Home Renew 360 because of their good reviews and decided to take a chance. We needed a new roof after last years heavy rains, so we decided to get an estimate and Michael came over. Michael was very friendly and really made me feel like he cared about our home and getting the project was done quickly and to the highest quality with materials and workmanship. His workers were fast and clean. Later we met Erik because we loved working with Home Renew 360 so much we decided to have them install a water pressure regulator, a new tankless water heater, gutters, and an earthquake retrofit. At this point we wont have any other company touch our house its its not Michael and Erik from Home Renew 360. Youve gained lifelong customers.

We had a great experience with Home Renew 360. They were competitively priced, quick to start and completed our roof replacement in four days. Our project manager David Arnaldes did a great job communicating with us throughout the project. Overall, one of the best home improvement experiences I have had and I would recommend their services.

Victor was very professional and honest person. Very rare in this business. If I had any issues they were quickly resolved. Home renew 360 pai Ted my house and added stones. It came out fantastic. I LOVE IT. I recommend Victor for any job you may need. I am doing my kitchen next and definitely getting home renew to do the job

TLDR - not recommended.

I'll try to keep it short -

Complete kitchen remodel. I'm formerly home construction. Here's what I liked and didn't like -

Disliked -
- Sold themselves as a premium company that wouldn't need babysitting. They were "good enough, not good" and they needed babysitting. But they wanted the premium price (we shopped around).
- Very rude foreman. Actually insulted my wife
- Dismissive designer who was completely useless as far as I could tell. Just expensive
- Poor project management. The PM, Edan, seemed more interested in the money part of it than doing a good job.
- Refused to provide a cost breakdown when requested.
- Floors. We paid for self-leveling, which they didn't do, and even tried to add costs for less work done. They snuck in additional costs like warranties without telling us, we had to catch it. A floor shouldn't need a warranty in a non-commercial space; it should just be done correctly. The floors are very uneven and are already coming up.
- Paint - they fired their painter, Dario, who we liked. We ended up with two different shades of white paint on the ceiling they didn't fix.
- Cabinets - they dented a couple putting them in, didn't put bumpers on some of them so they're dented elsewhere now, and all around terrible caulking around the edges. Also, failed to measure correctly, so we have this odd space next to our fridge.
- Finishes were bad - didn't install the AC register correctly so it fell out, didn't properly seal the sink or where the counter meets the backsplash, didn't seal the range hood in the attic so smoke bellowed throughout the attic, etc.
- Electrical - It works, so that's good. GFCI outlets blink red. We had a complete panel replacement and other electricians we've had over have said it's tier C+ work.

Liked -
- The original painter, Dario. He did good work. He was a tad slow, but I'll take slow over bad like the next guy that came in. We've hired him since and continue to like his work.
- Exterior Finishing - a pair of brothers - Andres Cruz was one of them. Phenomenal exterior finish on a semi-stucco wall after the panel was replaced. Haven't hired them again, but would do so happily.
- They were pretty close to on-time with delivery

Ultimately, the overall quality of work they did was a 3 out of 5 - "Good enough". Our kitchen looks good if you don't look too hard.
But lying about being premium, sneaking in charges, awful foreman, etc knocked them down to a 2/5.

If you go with them, just be aware of what you're getting into is all. Stay on top of them, don't let them talk you out of what you want and don't let them throw charges on your bill.

These guys are the real deal. My brother runs a roofing company in North Carolina and unfortunately couldn’t do my flat roof in SoCal. I met with about a dozen roofers and would then ask my brother for advice. Home Renew isn’t the cheapest, but they’re licensed, and have been in business for a while. Beware the warranty of guys that are unlicensed and have no record of being in business. They disappear with your warranty!

Amir Inbal was our project manager and was incredibly helpful. He was very upfront with the pricing, speedy with answering our array of questions, and quick and open with communication any time we needed him. The guys they sent to do the roof were hustlers. They came quickly after agreeing to do the project. They had a small army and were efficient and thorough. The roof looks great. They also did mold remediation and patching in the primary bedroom and did a fantastic job. I’ve worked with contractors before. If Home Renew is a little more expensive, it’s worth having the warranty and a contractor that is fast and doesn’t flake. Ask for Amir, and good luck out there!

HomeRenew360 did a great job installing a roof on a portion of my house. From start to finish, the team was hard-working and efficient. Supervisor Idan Mizrahi was professional throughout the project. I’m glad I selected the company for my home improvement undertaking and would choose them again for a future one.

When he checked in on roofing and exterior paint project , he and his team (Alma and Victor) took our feedback and addressed every issue and concern. He understood this was a big project for us and treated it like the work was being done on his own home.

Hired Home Renew 360 for a bathroom renovation (& connecting bedroom painting). I am happy with the end result but dissapointed that it cost a lot more to complete then what was quoted (not including my choice to add on painting the bedroom). The time line was also a little longer over the summer months then I expected. Learning from this experience, I now know to add approximately $8000 more to a construction quote and at least a week more to a project for "unforeseen things" that come up. The project manager Avi and Adam were excellent about checking in and communicating with me throughout the project. Josue and his team of workers were also very good.

Idan Mezrahi was the project manager for our home improvement jobs. His performance was excellent and done in professional and timely manner. We will certainly recommend the company to any of our friends and associates. My wife and I will definitely use the company services for future projects.

I did a bunch of research to teach myself about HVAC systems, and they offered me a great deal with top of the line units. We are very happy that we chose Home Renew 360 to do remodeling in our home. They painted the outside of the house, re-roofed the house, repaired a leaky gas line, and completely redid our master bed room and master bath. They went to work the day after we signed up and made steady progress completing the entire job in two months, All of the workers were professional, competent, and respectful of our home. The men who did the tile and Miguel who built and installed custom cabinets were amazing. The electricians were also very good. During the remodel process we were inspected several times by the City of Upland. All the inspectors told us that the work was high quality. One inspector said he never saw a bathroom as nice as ours. Aidan was our salesman but he did not disappear after the job was sold. He was involved every step of the way and made numerous visits to our home. It is obvious that he cares. Victor, the quality control man was also very helpful. My wife Connie and I highly recommend Home Renew 360.

We have had no problems with any of the work done by Home Renewal 360 since then. In early January 2025 we experienced a terrible wind storm that was associated with the terrible fires in LA. A few roof tiles were loose and out of place. I called Aiden and he came out the next day which was a Tuesday. On Wednesday the roof was expertly repaired. Aiden and Home Renewal 360 not only do great work, but they stand behind it.
