I had a great experience with this roofing company. Art was great, he explained exactly what was going to happen and gave a time frame that was accurate. This company did a great job with service and pricing. I would definitely recommend them!

Today’s rain was a great reminder to leave a review for AHRCO Roofing services. We recently bought a home and the roof was in need of a replacement. I shopped around for weeks. After much research and quite a few estimates, AHRCO provided us with the best offer out there. One critical component is that the company was licensed and insured, and provided competitive pricing. In addition to that, my request was that they file all the appropriate permits with the city, and they did so diligently. That was a peace of mind! As for the free estimate, and quote I received, there were no surprises. The job was done as agreed. So, on this rainy day we are happy with our choice! A sincere “thank you!” to all the workers that helped with this project.

Arturo is absolutely AMAZING! To say this man has integrity is an understatement. He is professional, punctual and even good for a laugh. I'm a Realtor who is constantly meeting with different contractors, inspectors, electricians, plumbers and roofers.

Arturo came to inspect a home for me and literally told me that the roof was "in great condition and didn't need any work." He said that if he was purchasing the home he wouldn't do any work on it, his honesty blew me away!

I highly recommend Ahrco Building and Roofing! They put a new roof on for us a while back and today came back to seal up some duct work around some new heating and AC units. Prompt, masked, polite, skilled and professional! We have lived in our 64 year old flat roof house for 25 years and have continually had leaks when it rains hard and the water pools on the roof. Over the years we had many other roofing companies try to patch and fix the problem. Then a hard rain would come and spots would appear on our ceilings, cracks would form or re-emerge after ceilings had been patched. Sometimes we had to put out buckets to catch the dripping water. Then Art and his crew worked their magic and NO MORE LEAKS! We couldn't be more pleased with the results! Thank you Ahrco!

Art and his crew are very efficient and professional. Art was quick to respond and his price were fair. The work started on Monday with the tear down. On Tuesday, the roofing materials was delivered and the work was by Thursday. I’m very happy with the look of the roof. My only complaint was the clean up. They missed a section of the gutter that was filled with old roofing materials from the tear down and they missed a handful of nails around the property.

I met Art of AHRCO as he was one of the 3 bidders to re-roof my home and garage. He wasn't the cheapest but decided to hire him since he handled not only the permitting but also getting approval from the historical architecture folks since I have a 106 year old Bungalow home. Art was responsive and started on the date he promised. He also told me his crew would take 4 days to finish and he was spot on. His team was very mindful of cleaning up at the end of every day. If you are looking for a roofer, I have no hesitation recommending AHRCO!

Wind up finding three and which all came out to my house and gave me a quote and out of all three Arco building and Roofing had the best quote out of all. Not only was the quote very well the service was fast and efficient in the work out standing. And AHRCO worker's were sufficient and polite they left my home looking fabulous.. And even work out a great monthly payment arrangement that was very affordable. I just truly like to thank Arturo for a wonderful job. Fantastic experience, Kevin and Art were great at communicating, they . did a great job, great price. The entire crew was friendly and took care to not trash my plants, my pool or the rest of my property. Both my home and my seperate garage look like they must have when the home was built in 1929.

I called and left a message with AHRCO Roofing. The gentleman called me back, and showed interest in my request. All the other companies I called were very dry and disinterested in what my request was. One thing I will not do is patronize a business that doesn’t sound interested in making money. He answered all my questions fully OVER THE PHONE and was patient with me. I will definitely use his services in the future!
