Had total tear off and re-shingle, ridge vents installed, new fascia, gutters and down spouts. Completely resided the house with new vinyl siding and some wall damage repaired.
Original Project manager was Tyler Harvey who is a very knowledgeable and professional tradesman, The project ran very smooth with Tyler overseeing it, unfortunately about half way through the project he was replaced with another project manager and things did not run as smooth after that. Had many call backs for minor things that should have been done right the 1st time. I highly recommend this company, if you can get Tyler to oversee your project.

Tyler Harvey is Experienced in all aspects of what needs to be done. Very professional, and excellent all around company. Recommended to anyone.

I dealt with Tyler during this process who is a retired veteran and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalize that is hard to find in the construction spectrum. If you are looking for an inspection or need your entire roof replaced, then you found the perfect company for it. They are very professional and will give you best best quote around.

We paid the full amount to Xcel roofing. But they failed to pay their material suppliers. They owe them $3000.
Which one the material suppliers put a lien on my house for that $3000.
They are scammers.

And look at how they messed up the ceiling inside of our house.

We were happy with the gutter installation and very happy with the fence being power washed and re-stained. We had a few issues with the roof replacement, but for the most part, we were satisfied when finished.

Mary and Reeva were very responsive to emails and helped to solve any issues that may have arose during the instillation process. They were very customer friendly and I felt extremely valued as one of their customers!

I made my initial inquiry around the 1st of June to Excel. (my insurance companies preferred vendor) I am still waiting for the work to be completed correctly. I received a phone call today that the work was done and finished today. However, the work was not done today as I was home all day. They subcontract a lot of their work out but do not follow up on their subcontractor’s work. They did state that they could come collect final payment today. Check your work Excel… Very disappointing.

We really liked working with the Xcel team, especially Juan Castrejon. He was attentive to our every need. A great representative of his company. We feel that we have a great new roof!

I think Xcel are a bunch of crooks,Do not let them handle your claim handle it your self my insurance company made a mistake, but still told me I owed more money than that the insurance company paid me, Then when I investigated and got a hold of the insurance company all on my time and found out they made a bigger mistake that Xcel wanted more of my money ,crooks. If you do you do business with them get a price upfront

On Tuesday September 10, I caught Justin Rybin - an Xcel employee who is senior enough to be bidding work and driving a company truck - Breaking into my neighbor's house. He had purposefully removed the back sliding door off the track and entered the home. I witnessed him exiting the home, catching him in the act of Breaking and Entering. He does not own the house nor is Xcel doing any work for the home owner.

Justin had No Problem with his actions of removing the door and had little remorse, other than being unhappy he was caught. This company is not one I would recommend or choose. There is an active police report on Justin and Xcel Roofing and I will continue to report them each time I see them because of their lack of concern about their employees actively breaking the law.

Cole was amazing. He fought with our insurance company and got a roof covered for hail damage. Something 3 other companies couldn’t do. Highly suggested!!

I had been dreading and having a terrible time with getting repairs to my roof after wind hail storms.
I couldn’t seem to get any repairs that were sustainable or any feedback that was thoughtful.
Until xcel roofing.
It was like a gift from above.. not only did they take time to look and listen and offer thoughtful opinions but they were overtop hands on
Involved with my insurance adjusters/company.
I’d struggle with descriptions of problems and they were right there to walk and talk me through it all.
As this had been a project that was pretty extensive in size and complexity, I was not sure how long the process and or insurance coverage would be. Once again, xcel’s team was on the ball and vigilant in getting job done and covered.
The temps last fall took a nose dive quickly and the crew itself was out in some brutal conditions to get the new roof on.
Then the details of fascia, window wraps and design.. even color.. were attended to with visits, emails, visuals.
Just an awesome bunch that I dealt with and I’m still so grateful for all they did for me.

Was very easy contacting them from beginning to end. From Xcel looking at the roof to the time of completion was quick and satisfying. I would use them again for future repairs.

I have been incredibly impressed with their commitment to customer service. Seth in particular has been responsive, patient and willing to go the extra mile. This type of commitment to customers is practically unheard of in today’s day and age. I fully recommend this company to anyone needing work on their homes.

Replaced my roof back in 2017. Very poor workmanship, broke off the water heater vent (and planned to just roof over the hole until I said something), the Owens Corning shingles that were put on were defective and would lose material when u touched them. Filed a claim with Owens Corning with Xcel’s “help.” The plan was to replace the roof in spring of 2018 but the company has been virtually unresponsive even though I have attempted to get something moving. This is June of 2019 and I still have a roof that needs to be replaced but Xcel will not respond anymore and I am stuck with a defective roof. Yay! Have lots of pictures if anyone is interested.

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!!!!.. this company is disgusting! Please do not use them. I meet with them to get a quote. My realtor shared my insurance claim check. They happened to quote me the exact same number (14k). I got a second opinion and they quoted me 4.5k!!!!... do not use. Extremely poor!

Frantz was great! Very speedy and keep me in constant communication. I can’t say enough good things about him, he represents Excel roofing extremely well! I especially liked that I got to pay for the roof install at my house closing. Very convenient!

Xcel roofing did right by us! Greg came out the following day after a late night phone call concerning our roof, filed the claim for us, and made sure the entire process was expedited and ensured we were happy with the end result.

When the job was done, the crew ensured that there were no leftover nails, debris of any type, which was a big fear of mine. I have two children and a dog, and a debris free yard left us very happy.

Now that the roof has been replaced, I have peace of mind, and to anyone considering replacing their roof or needing an insurance claim made, Greg from Xcel Roofing was top notch in seeing us through!

Greg Snider of Xcel Roofing came to our house to see if our roof needed to be replaced because of hail damage. We talked, he got the ball rolling with the Insurance company & they came out and said, I need a new roof& gutters. Greg got our choice of shingle and color, etc., scheduled the delivery of materials; roofing crew; waste removal. Roofing crew was fast, efficient & did a great job of clean-up. The roof looked better then the roof on the house when it was first built. Greg came by to check roof after the job was completed. If I ever need to have a roof done again, Greg & Xcel will get the call & I hope the same crew will be available!

My project manager was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. he also completed everything in timely manner and left nothing out.

Tim Coleman came out got me a brand new roof looking way better than than before. Also added a piece to top of my roof and now it stands out from everyone elses. Thanks Tim!

Probably the worst company you could have do your roof. They are so poor in book keeping that they wouldn't give me a Invoice for my roof until 7 months after the job was done. After I finally got my Invoice I informed them that my insurance company didn't give me that much for my roof. They never sent my insurance company a Invoice , I had to fax it over myself. In the meantime they sent me to collections after I informed them I was still waiting for reimbursement from my insurance company. Go anywhere else but this place. It's awful!

The team ar Excel went above and beyond to ensure that we as a customer had little to worry about. This included talking with the insurance adjuster and working through any changes that needed to be made. The team at Excel is highley recommended and will be in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We first used them to replace the roof on a home we were selling. The price was great and the work was done so fast and so well, in no time the house sold and we moved on. Recently I called them to our new home and Guy came right over. I was afraid we would be in for a new roof again, but after the free inspection and a little caulking, we were told we were in good shape. How wonderful it is to have someone honest enough to give you the truth and customer friendly enough to fix a small issue for free. I will always call this company for my repair needs.

Xcel Roofing and Jayce Baxter did an excellent job of taking care of our roof repair. Jayce always kept us up to date on on every step of the procedure and was on the job from start to finish. I can't say enough about how I appreciate working with someone who obviously cares about his clients! I would not hesitate to give Jayce and Xcel Roofing a recommendation to anyone that needs help with a roofing project. I heartily give them a five star review. (and I rarely ever give five star reviews) but in this case it was well deserved.

I can’t thank Jacey and his crew enough for our amazing new roof and gutters. Without Jacey and his expertise and persistence, we would not have requested a second adjustment from our insurance company which resulted in more than doubling the claim check we originally received! And their crew took our old roof off and put our new roof on before I got home from work. Tim Coleman was my Xcel rep. He handled my claim with my insurance , met with contractors, took care of my concerns when I had them and did an excellent job overall.

The agreement was signed on 27 July 2017 and a promise was made to start in 3 days - no work done until I called the office and asked to be released from the contract (Sept 23, 2017). The installers are presently here, driving over my flower beds, dropping the bundles of shingles on my roof so hard they are knocking things off the wall, and generally making me livid with anger. I hope you have better luck than I have had...

This company roofed my neighbors house and started at 6:30 am on a Saturday. Per city regulations they are not allowed to start until 7 am. The roofers did not clean up after themselves either as I found multiple sharp objects from the roof in my yard. I found them very unprofessional.

I noticed some minor damage to my roof following last month's storm in Bellevue. We're trying to sell our house and wanted it fixed as soon as possible. Xcel was able to come out that day to give an estimate, despite's the fact that they were pretty well booked doing other more significant repairs. Juan, The one who actually did the repair, worked with my schedule and came out a Sunday afternoon to complete the repair. I would definitely them.

Matt and the crew at Xcel went toe to toe with a difficult adjuster after my dad's roof was damaged in a storm. Because of Matt's effort my dad got his $50,000 roof and gutters replaced and paid for by the insurance company. 10 days later a big storm damaged my roof and Matt came to my rescue again. These guys are honest and they care. That's hard to find in a roofing company!
