I’m got a recommendation a friend to try Xbuilt . I had them come out and give a quote to replace roof as week as re-seal two flat roofs . After we agreed on price and work they started the next day demoing and re rolling paper . We hit t a small snag (not their fault ) because tile isn’t very easy to fix 20+ years later . I removed solar off back which required a lot of tiles , not just broken ones on house . To their credit instead of patch work they did corner to corner the back of my house with the tiles that were the Closest to the old ones . They also resealed my flat roofs that I was having issues with leaking . After finishing I was in attic and found a few things that weren’t part of the original work ( from solar I removed ) . I called Randall and him and another guy came out on a Sunday to see and remedy my issues . I would highly recommend them and use them again if I need a roof done in my next house .

Absolutely amazing, quick, and thorough service. They were able to remotely work with me on a house I own in Arizona. They provided a detailed inspection report with a fair price for repair. They also were able to get the repairs completed and provided photos of the work in process and fully completed. Very grateful for how quickly Randall responded to my request. I was blown away by the quality, speed of install, customer service and especially the reasonable price. So our house is 20 years old and our roof underlay needed replaced. We also had a few broken tiles. I had gotten a bid from a big name roofer in the valley (their name includes the number AZ became a state-hint hint) and their bid was ridiculously high. I decided to get one more bid and I’m glad I did. Randall from XBuilt worked with us from start to finish. XBuilt’s bid was extremely reasonable and we gave them the green light. They started within a day or two and finished within a few more days with the highest quality underlay. It was truly a joy to work with Randall at XBuilt and we absolutely love our roof.

Had a microburst take about half my shingles off. They were quick to respond and kept in constant contact throughout the process. The new roof turned out perfect and was completed in no time, the rest of my street still had tarps on their roofs. I recently had my roof replaced by XBuilt and I couldn’t be happier with their prompt and courteous service. My roof is a foam roof where they have to use a spray on application. Their team did an outstanding job of tarping off the surrounding areas of my house to protect it from any overspray. They went above and beyond by also removing an old satellite dish mount and patched the area for me. Due to the wind, it caused a delay in the job getting done but XBuilt went the extra mile to take down the tarped areas so I could enjoy my yard that evening. The team showed up early the next morning with smiles on their faces, retarped the house, and finished the job. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. GREAT COMPANY! I had to call for a repair/estimate for replacement on my 25-year-old roof. I had the kindest service from Randall, and he sent a crew to help me the next day before another rainstorm was going to do more damage. They were so clean and detailed with their work! I would recommend Xbuilt over and over again.  From day one they were the complete professionals.  They said what they were going to do and they did what they said.  I had the estimate the day after the initial meeting.  Once signed, the materials were delivered, and the crew went to work.  Courteous and respectful. My home is over 4000 sq ft and they had the demo done in two days.  They gave me a time frame and it beat it by several days.  Randall and Derek are very responsive and respectful.  5 out of 5 stars.
