The inspection for the sale of our home required us to replace the roof to satsfy the new buyers.

After contacting several different roofing companies with no success, we were lucky to find Xavian Roofing!

Bryan was very responsive and extremely professional during all steps in the process and even worked with the buyers on the shingle selection.

It was a difficult job that involved the removal of tile on several different portions of the roof and installation of new asphalt shingles for the entire roof + installation of new TPO for a flat roof on part of the home.

The crew that performed the work was very efficient and the quality of the work was outstanding.

Bryan and the entire crew were very respectful of our property and polite in dealing with our neighbors.

I am a Board member of a non-profit that has its home base in the Historic Ville Neighborhood of North St. Louis. This review is for the roof installation that Xavian Roofing performed on our facility, which is a two-story, two-unit house, each unit with a flat roof. Based on a referral, we contacted Bryan Curtain, the owner of Xavian Roofing, to assess the condition of the existing roof which had several leaks. Bryan responded immediately to our call, and much to our satisfaction came over and inspected the roof that afternoon. Bryan provided a cost proposal, initially for a repair, but based on his experience with flat roofs and his assessment of the existing roof condition, we also discussed and were provided with replacement cost estimate options. As an older home, Bryan provided assurances that his estimates included defined allowances for wood planks and plywood underlayment as he anticipated finding some damage. We agreed to completely replace both roofs. The roof replacement started about a week later, and included tear off of the existing roof to the original structural planks. As Bryan had anticipated, several planks were damaged and required replacement, and plywood underlayment was needed in some parts of the roof to maintain proper pitch from the front to the back. Roofing install included new felt and a rubber modified membrane. Work was performed in a professional manner, the crew was experienced, there was proper supervision and oversight of the work. The crew had good construction housekeeping practices and cleaned up daily. The day after completing the roof replacement the roof was put to the test with heavy rains, and there were no leaks. The replacement was completed within the cost estimate provided, and we were sent the lien release and warranty information. So a bit of a lengthy review, but having previous experience in construction, I think it is important for others to know that Bryan: was responsive, demonstrated knowledge and experience with the type of roofing system, properly supervised the work, crew was experienced, good daily and final housekeeping, delivered the project at the agreed upon price, and provided final paperwork at the conclusion of the project. That said, on behalf of our organization we would recommend Xavian Roofing.

Great company! Excellent and professional work. Work is not rushed, and everything is done in a timely manner.
