If I could give negative I would. Honestly. I am leaving a honest review from someone who lives close by and trusted a local guy. He doesn't honor his warranty he puts things up quickly, he doesn't offer quality work. If I could post a video I would. We have a collapsed rear gutter, and leaking gutter ends. He doesn't want to honor his warranty nor does he have a good customer service agent to handle things, and doesnt respond. He will just blame you or your home for everything that happens. Go with a person with insurance and knows what they are doing, a more reputable person.
Kenneth was very prompt to get back in touch after we initially reached out about re-pitching our existing gutters and some renovation(taking down part of the roof, outback) /minor repairs to our soffit and facia. He and his assistant did an amazing job! They are also very affordable. We would highly recommend them, especially to folks that have an old farmhouse like ours but in all seriousness, they did exactly what we asked for, and in such a timely manner. Thank you guys
We had our gutters done everything was great in the beginning. However, the gutters started twisting and then came out of the facia boards which we asked him to inspect to let us know if they needed replaced. Now we have twisted gutters, and no responses from him, we have contacted him several times no answer. Guess we will have to continue with other means of trying to get him to honor his business, and cancel the checks.
