WTA did my roof in 2016 and was extremely pleased at that time. Since then, a couple of minor issues have popped up to which they have responded quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this team for all your roofing and siding needs.

After researching the "roofing removal and replacement possibilities" in the Tidewater area, my attention was focused on this company by the number of POSITIVE recommendations by other consumers. WT Anderson completed a roof replacement for me this week and I am very pleased with the company. Was getting into my car in the garage the evening after a torrential downpour and noticed an approximately foot-long brown stain on my ceiling. It was after hours so I sent a text, Tom arrived at my house early the next morning. He Surveyed the damage in the garage, went up in the attic over the garage, and then went up on the roof. He fixed the minor imperfection, total time from arrival to job complete approximately 25 minutes. When I asked him what the charge was he said no charge. When I got up off the floor I asked him to look at two other issues I have had for a while. I had estimates in my inbox the next morning. My wife and I had dinner with some friends that evening and they were equally impressed. It's a rare and great feeling when you have confidence and feel like you can trust a contractor.

We have needed a new roof and gutters since before COVID. But long lead times, pay up front, or finance with us at really high interest rates was the rule with the people we dealt with. Not WT Anderson. Not only did they not want money up front, their estimator Dave, saved us money. I wanted an estimate for our siding as well. It looked bad. Dave told us it was not needed, even when I tried to insist. He said it was still in good shape and recommended a pressure wash be done (by another company). So instead of 2K for siding $155 made it look great! The roof and gutters were done on time with excellent workmanship. Everyone we have dealt with, the office staff, the project manager, the roofing and gutter crew have been courteous and professional. WT Anderson will be doing our windows as well. Back in April, we were happy to give W.T. Anderson 5 stars after they installed a new roof and gutters for us. We are again happy to give them another 5 stars, this time for installing all new windows.
As before, Dave gave us an estimate, first for Lansing, then at our request, the more expensive Simonton. We chose Simonton. This was a more complicated process then the roof. We had a lot of questions for Dave and he answered all our concerns.
We signed the papers on 4/30/25. A few days later, Josh contacted us, came over and measured our house so the windows could be ordered. More concerns and questions, some special sizes were requested from us for 3 windows. Josh answered our questions and had no problem getting those exact windows for us.
The quote paperwork stated the the final price might change after measurements were complete. But Dave assured us that unless we asked for extensive modifications, the quote shouldn't change. And this indeed proved to be the case.
A few days after that, Marci contacted us with a tentative date of June 5th and 6th for installation. Everything went like clockwork. Jazmine was the project manager, Dennis the foreman with 2 helpers. Even more questions and concerns! Jazmine and Dennis took care of them and reassured us. Even though we had 1958 steel windows that had to be cut out, a day and a half later, we had new windows and our house looks great!

Anderson Roofing were totally professional from start to finish. The group that came out to my home to put on the new roof really worked together as a team. They were really professional and there was no doubt that they knew what they were doing and just did it. The Project Manager or Leader was a woman and there was another woman on the team working. That was a very pleasant surprise. The whole team worked really well together. It was very impressive. My roof is beautiful! They cleaned up so well afterwards that you couldn't even tell that they had been there. It was so impressive!!

Called WT Anderson to coordinate installation of roof vent pipe by plumber/gas specialist. New roof warranty required using original roof installer to manage and ensure roof was intact and shingles matched. Associates were professional and assumed coordination of the date/time of service and kept me informed of plan. They completed project as requested in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them for future roofing needs.

WT Anderson is an outstanding company. I initially reached out looking for a roofing quote in late 2022. They provided an on-site assessment of my property and patiently went over options that I could choose from and provided a quote. I elected not to proceed at that time. This last fall, I recognized I really needed to get the roof on my home replaced. WT Anderson sent someone back to my house and we proceeded with the roof replacement. They did an outstanding job on the roof. I was confident in their work, and I subsequently had new siding installed on the front of my home with a new large front window, as well as trim wrap, new soffits, and new gutters. I am very pleased with their work.

It's been almost 3 years since we had all our home's soffits, fascia, and gutters wrapped so we no longer have to paint them. This company did a wonderful job for a very reasonable price. They got the job done quickly and we were very happy with the whole process--the work that was done, how it looks, and how your employees conducted themselves while they were here.

The staff throughout the process was friendly and responsive. The turnaround time from quote to installation exceeded my expectations. I needed to have my skylight repaired and was hoping to, minimum, get it covered until it could be repaired/replaced. Fortunately for me, they had materials in stock and was able to replace the skylight within a couple of days of executing the contract for work. The ladies in the front office took good care of me. Would definitely recommend their services.

Excellent! We hired WT Anderson to replace our roof and some trim boards. From the estimate through completion all work met or exceeded our expectations. We were especially impressed with Jonathan (the estimator). All other roofing companies that we considered sent out a sales rep. WT Anderson sent an exterior / roofing professional who provided recommendations as well as a very fair and competitive estimate. The install crews are also experts - all work was completed per specifications and on schedule. The crew did a great job with clean up. The office staff (scheduling, billing) are pleasant, responsive and professional. WT Anderson will be our first call for future home exterior work.

After researching local contractors for roof and gutter replacement, I called WT Anderson for an estimate. Jonathan arrived on the scheduled date, inspected the roof, and identified several issues. He gave an estimate to replace it as well as the gutters and existing guards.He answered all my questions and provided a great package covering all the materials to be used. After getting other estimates I decided on WT and I’m happy I did. Their office was very responsive and professional. After an unfortunate rain delay the crew arrived on the second promised day. They prepped the yard and landscaping to avoid damage and got to work. Hector the Project Mgr came to check on the progress and followed up at completion to insure everything was satisfactory (even sent photos). They completed the roof earlier than expected by working late to avoid another rain delay. They did a great job cleaning up after. Marci made sure the gutter crew came quickly to accommodate my request for an expedited date.

Had WT Anderson replace the siding on both ends of my house. They wrapped the eaves and soffit and installed gutters a few years ago and did a great job, so I knew I could count on more of their excellent work. They did not disappoint. Staff and work crew were polite, efficient, and professional. Though it was scheduled as a 2 day job, they were delayed the first day ….. arrived early on second day and completed the work on time and under the initial estimate. All around great experience. I am very happy with my choice of WT Anderson.
My project was a complete tear off and new architectural shingles on a 12/12 pitch roof. The sales rep arrived for my estimate exactly when scheduled and provided an estimate before he left. My roofing job took 2 days. The crew started on time each morning. Each person knew their job well and they worked together as a well-coordinated team. They finished the roof at about noon on the second day but worked about 2 more hours doing a very thorough cleanup job.
I couldn't be happier with their work or the finished product.

Professional operation. Estimator showed on time, did a thorough check of attic and roof, landscape, generator and A/C for potential issues. Discussed replacing sheathing, rain diverters, pipe collars, drip caps and venting systems. Detailed estimate 30 minutes following the inspection, with shingle and underlayment material samples provided at that time. .
Large, complicated, mostly steep (45 degrees) roof plus a boat lift hip roof. Same 6 person crew worked 0715-1830 each day. Self-sufficient operation. Good clean-up each night. Project manager visited daily. Minimal shrub damage due to crew diligence. Careful boat lift roof methodology resulted in zero debris / materials entering the water. Excellent final trash and lawnscape cleanup. No hesitation to use them again. Pics are faded, old roof before, material delivery during tear off, and finished product.

We desperately needed a roof and called three contractors to come out. We ultimately got several quotes, and were initially going to go with another company. WT Anderson followed up with me twice after working with me on the invoice and were so friendly and communicative. I made the mistake of not brining up the shed and mentioned it the day before install. They took care of it, no problem. I also asked for a vent to be installed for an oven hood, again the day before install. They beyond accommodated me. I have had so many issues with contractors of all kinds “talking down to me” or trying to “take advantage.” This was not that. May is one of the owners and she is so sweet. Everyone that works in the office is so kind. After the roof was installed I had a question about my porch and they literally came that day to resolve the issue. I would recommend them 100x over and am sooo glad we chose this company over the two others. Now one step closer to our full remodel. ❤️

Roofs are expensive and you want them done right. These guys are amazing roofers. I got quotes from 6 top companies. Tom, who came to do my quote spoke more like a roofer and less like a warranty salesman. He wasn't pushy, knew I was going to get other quotes, saved a date for me just in case. I signed with them and they came to tarp my roof which had a small leak. They started on time, despite there being a lot of rain and inclement weather. Hector and his team worked efficiently and well. Our roof had a lot off issues and tricky areas, sky lights, prior roof job was questionable, rotten plywood underneath, etc. We're very happy with the new roof over our heads. We liked their work so much we asked them to do our gutters as well. Did I mention, their quote was also the best by far?

Anderson’s is absolutely first rate!
They installed a new roof and gutter system for us back at the end of January, 2024.

A month ago I contracted with a tree trimming service to remove a large maple tree near our house. During the removal process one of the large branches fell against our gutters and damaged a section. I contacted Marci at WT Anderson and she and Tom were able to get a repair quote out to me that same day. I gave that information to the tree service and was able to deduct the gutter cost from my tree removal fee.

Everyone was satisfied, and I was especially pleased to know that all parties were on the same page, cost wise.

That occurred primarily due to the prompt response from Anderson’s.

Very understanding and professional team. I am a home owner renting out my home and needed to get my roof replaced. After getting quotes from other places, including WT Anderson, I decided to go with them. The email communication and phone conversations were very pleasant, and they took the time to explain everything in detail that I can understand. Scheduling the work was easy to do, and they were flexible with my tenant as well.

As soon as the work started, I was immediately put in contact with the on-site project manager who sent me updates throughout the day, including pictures, about the work. I was asked to make any necessary decisions if there were additional materials that needed to be purchased, as well as given information to pass onto my tenant.

Although I was not there at all being a home owner in a different location, the tenant and the neighbors expressed to me how awesome the crew is, and how good of the work they were doing. I could not be happier with WT Anderson. We decided to use them to replace our roof based on the recommendations of several of our friends who were also very pleased.
The crew came out as scheduled and the foreman (Hector) explained exactly what they would be doing and when. They worked quickly and efficiently and then cleaned up the excess nails and other debris.
What I was most impressed with: I rec'd the invoice but was concerned about a railing that appeared damaged. I let them know that I wanted to wait to pay until the railing was addressed and the response was "No problem, we want you to be happy!" How often do you get a response like that these days?!
They had already agreed to replace the railing but when they came out it turned out it just needed to be cleaned with a stronger cleaner. It looks fine and I am completely satisfied! Plus, they didn't want an initial deposit, said they would just collect after everything was done and we were completely satisfied. Again, how often do you see that in any kind of service company.
I couldn't recommend them more highly!!!

First let me say that I don't often write reviews. When I do it's because of either really good or really bad service. WT Anderson definitely earned the 5 star rating along with me taking the time to write it. I found WT Anderson by doing a Google search, reading the reviews and doing a little research. From the first call, this company communicated perfectly, responded quickly, were professional from start to finish but also made me super comfortable because of the person to person interaction. We had roofing replaced on an inherited home. To invest money into a home that is not your residence can be scary and risky and WT Anderson took the fear and risk away. Their communication, documentation and follow through were faultless. The actual work was done as planned, on schedule and done well. Hector, our project manager with WT Anderson is a true asset to the company and to us as well. We also had an additional issue to arise with siding on dormer windows and Hector partnered with us and seamlessly set up the repair for that as well. I have several investment properties and I truly appreciate when a company makes dealing with their upkeep easy for me. Due to my experience with them, WT Anderson will be the first call I make for any future project that is in their wheelhouse.

My roof installation was excellent! I was very pleased with the outcome. The job was completed faster than expected. If I had a complaint, it would be a lot of the debris ended up in the neighbors yard. However, that same neighbor was so impressed with my roof, he contacted WT Anderson for his roof repair.

WT Anderson was great to work with. They were very communicative, responsive and helpful with all of my many (and I mean many) questions and concerns. They made a 3D model of my house to show me different design options, they didn't pressure me to sign, and even honored a quote that they made for me when I took months to decide on the purchase. The work speaks for itself, I was here for the majority of the time that the work was being done and the residers had pride in their work spending extra time to redo things that they weren't satisfied with. Multiple neighbors have stopped by to congratulate me on the new look and one has said they are going to get the company to quote them as well for new siding they liked it so much.

I would recommend that you at least reach out and get a quote if you are considering residing your house.

We had WT Anderson install our house siding salesman was excellent really got down to what we wanted and the project manager was responsive and helpful all the way through. Prices were fair and a good value considering what you get.

Update June 24: This Company has integrity. They stand by their craftsmanship. We had an issue from the install that was discovered over a year later that they fixed and covered the related costs. You don't get honesty and a willingness to fix issues like this anymore. If you want a contractor who will treat you honestly WT Anderson is it! I won't hesitate calling them for our future project needs. I can't say enough good things about them, I am very happy, thanks WT Anderson.

The crew from WT Anderson has completed several repairs for our condo association. They are a pleasure to work with, highly efficient hard workers. They have always finished the jobs ahead of schedule and left the jobsite perfectly clean. I would recommend the company in a heartbeat!

I have used them 4 times for roofing, windows, and siding. The crew that shows up are very knowledgeable, their craftsmanship is first class and they are always very respectful of my property.
