Extremely positive experience working with the Woodpecker crew. I was given a fast and accurate quote to replace siding and windows on part of my house. I didn't have to wait long for the job to get done (a big deal on the coast). They were in and done with 2 days work, including clean up. Very professional all around. I would 100% use them again.

Woodpecker did a great job on my roof replacement. They gave a very quick competitive bid including three different shingle qualities. They were able to complete the job quickly. They also were quick to come back and make some repairs when the roof was damaged by a fallen tree branch a month later. Good communications throughout the project.

Woodpecker Roofing came out the next morning and got their entire roofing team on my roof to assess the problems. They completed the job quickly, used quality products and did a professional job. I have to give Woodpecker five stars for our recent roofing project. This is the first construction company I have worked with that really kept all their promises and I have worked with many. Their due diligence and work ethic is like none other. The crew was arrived by 8:00 am every day and often worked until late afternoon. They completed the entire job in under five days and did a very professional job. Customer service is extremely important, and they get an A+ in that department. Because of the great job they did, our HOA will be using them for all our roof projects. These guys ROCK!

Honestly this is some solid work here. love watching my room go up. scary seeing all the guys standing up so high with no harnesses but, the work was excellent. But hey, I can't complain with anything done here. I mean it was done for free. some crazy promotion was going on. all I ended up paying was their lunch.

I was SO incredibly glad to find Woodpecker Roofing and especially to work with Chris. He showed up and did a thorough examination of our roof leak issue (including crawling up on the roof, which other estimators were unwilling to do), determined the problem, and promptly scheduled the repair. The cost was reasonable and the work came in right on the estimate.

I tried calling several other roof repair companies locally. A few showed up, made a hasty judgement on what the problem was and I never heard from them again. I can not say enough good things about Woodpecker Roofing. From start to finish, they were both courteous and professional. Out of five companies I contacted, they gave the best bid. When we discovered problems with our roof, only visible after the old shingles were removed, Chris came out and explained exactly what needed to be done. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood why the repairs would be needed, and how the work would be executed.

We bought our home 3 yrs ago and knew it would need a roof eventually but not this soon. Cris was excellent at sales and explaining product choices and cost. He met with us again after gathering 5 bids from other companies to finalize details. We decided to go with Woodpecker mostly because of Cris’s professional demeanor, friendly manner and straight forward cost. Before the job started our roof leaked and Cris and Victor came right up in just a few hours after our call and put up a tarp to help protect our house. No charge...I repeat, no extra charge for this service. They started the next week, worked quickly, professionally and friendly.
The crew was excellent! They came on time, cleaned up everyday and responded quickly like moving a ladder out of the way when we came home to park in our garage. We could not have had a more positive experience. We have a bumpy gravel road, an attached awning on our roof over our patio and a shed...all for one price. Other companies added for every section of our job right down to asking for extra charge for gravel road delivery! Unbelievable! Cris and crew were a breath of fresh air after 5 other bids and presentations ...no hustle or dishonesty. A very fair price for all they did. Woodpecker went above and beyond our expectations and made a very painful expensive home repair a very pleasant experience. Communication was excellent from Cris, the Forman, responding to text and calls quickly. Woodpecker Roofing did an excellent job on my roof repair. During the last rain storm I had water leaking from the roof into the master bedroom. Vicente found the roof vents had buckled and the vent pipe boot was bad. The repair was quick, clean and efficient.
I had estimates from other roofing companies but they would not give me a price for the repair, instead they tried to sell me a complete roof replacement.
The people at Woodpecker are honest and reliable. I will use them again if the need arises.

The Woodpecker team installed a new roof, corrected roof installation by another company, replaced metal roof sections damaged by fallen branches, and resolved a leak which was damaging interior structures. All the people on the team are very helpful and knowledgable. We are stoked to have met and have Woodpecker make our structures ready for the next raining season in the PNW! We were incredibly happy to have selected Woodpecker Roofing for our home's re-roof job this summer. I had gathered bids from several other Vancouver-based vendors, so I had good perspective for comparison in terms of pricing and initial interactions, etc. I had also specifically been looking for a vendor that had all crewmembers on the payroll and fully covered by WA state's workers comp system.

Cris, the estimator and lead contact from start to finish, provided timely, informative communications along the way, making for a smooth project. The crew did a wonderful job with the installation of a new Malarkey Vista roof with edge/smart vents and cleanup. Any concerns or questions were addressed to our satisfaction including when some nail pops started poking through the underside of the eaves, Cris personally went around and addressed this to our satisfaction.

We recently had our roof and gutters cleaned by Woodpecker; the young man that performed this service was perhaps one of the most pleasant young man we have encountered in some time, he performed the work far beyond our expectations, from the time he started he worked non-stop and his job was not complete until everything was cleaned up. Because of this young man we will most certainly use woodpecker for future projects. Also the cost for this service was VERY reasonable.

Great job done by a great team! We are very lucky to find woodpecker. They worked hard and get very detailed while doing their job. We had an old old deck in our backyard and now it looks amazing with the amount of work and effort they put. They also cleaned up everything and didn’t leave a mess behind. I would recommend them anyone I know in the area.

Woodpecker is excellent. They help us to accomplish our carport kit project, not only assemble the kit for us, also install the roof materials, and gutters. Our site faces strong wind area, the shingles were blew away, they figure out the way to fix it, and make it strong to fight with the wind. I'll recommend them if you have any project. They are very delicate and hard workers.
