Cole was excellent. Whole team was friendly. They accommodated my time well and the work was timely and it fixed the problem. Prices for a dealership were reasonable. Confident the work was done right.

Tillamook Ford is a happy exception to the rule that it’s smarter to go to an outside service center for oil changes and maintenance because dealerships are too expensive. Tillamook Ford does a great job keeping my 2018 Fusion Sport in top condition, and they’re less expensive than Jiffy Lube and the local repair shops. Add Ford original equipment parts and factory certified personnel to the equation and you have a sure winner.

I had such a good experience with all the crew here at Tillamook Motor Company! The service team was awesome did the job and did it right! The staff in the waiting room where welcoming and nice! even talked with a sales consultant and manger got some grate information on some new cars. I will definitely be working with them in them in the future!

I am so thankful for this company. They have the best mechanics, customer service and provide solutions so that you know your car will be fixed. I had to have mine towed, given a rental car for my use, and the fix came quickly, under $400 when I thought it would be double the amount (Chipmunk ate through cables and nested under the hood). I highly recommend this company and ask for Roger or John both so calming and helpful.

We have been using Tillamook Ford now for few years for service and they leave us with great service every time. We appreciate the call ahead to remind us of our appointment and then handle the service appointments always on time and meet expectations. We appreciate having them locally in Tillamook.

Tillamook Ford service department doesn't even deserve a one star review in my opinion. I'm taking my business else where. I had an appointment schedule way in advance at 8am to have my car worked on which I was told it would take about two hours. I made it cleared that I needed my car no later than 11am to make it to my Dr appointment. I called around 10:30 they haven't even started to work on it. The repair guy said he had a car ahead of me he couldn’t work on my car. The fact I was told if I had the car by 8am which I had it there at 4:30am key left in key box they would have it ready by 11am . It sure in the hell didn’t happen they told me to come get my car since they couldn’t fix my car in time. They have poor customer service and Miscommunication problems among mechanics . They cant please their customers and to have the customer upset and frustrated. I’m sure I will have better service elsewhere.

Stopped to inquire about possibly having my charging system checked and possibly repaired. Service had closed 10 minutes prior to my arrival. A "suit" in a cubical offered his advice and suggested I return at 8 in the morning, which was not an issue.
☆I was traveling through the town, very tired and unfamiliar with the area. I inquired about staying with my SUV in their lot, he said no. Rather than offer an alternative, he was dismissive and somewhat snarky with me. I promptly left.
A little humanity goes a long way.

I have lived on the coast for 18 years specifically the north coast of Oregon. I have a 2003 Ford F250, triton V 10. Rough year for Ford with the triton V 10. Thanks to the most amazing service department, my truck runs very well. They are honest, personable, and I am going to include his story from last summer that saved me thousands of dollars. I drove my sister to PDX, I always pull in the Target parking lot to wait for confirmation that the plane is going to takeoff because I live two hours from PDX. I pull in the parking lot, and the service engine light comes on. I called several of the dealerships to see if I can get the truck in to put it on the brain. Unfortunately there’s so few mechanics and summertime is the worst time to have a car issue. They were unable to help me, and we’re 3 1/2 weeks out before they could help me. So I called Tillamook Ford and spoke to the most wonderful gentleman at the other end of the phone. Now I know a lot about my truck, and I ran over it with the gentleman at the other end of the phone. Explain the situation. which was I could drop the truck off in Tigard, or one of the other dealers and get a rental car at a premium for 3 1/2 weeks or longer until they could get to the truck. After speaking with a most knowledgeable person, he said if it was me, I would drive the truck home. No liability on his behalf. It was just his personal opinion, I said well from your mouth to God because you sound very well informed I’m going to go ahead and try to get home. I made an appointment at Tillamook Ford, which was also at 3 1/2 weeks down the line. I drove that truck home, with zero problems, again zero problems! I drove it down there, and exactly what he thought the problem was, is what the problem was. The unfortunate part was that I had to take the truck home one more time and drive it back the next day or the day after when they got the part in. Had no problems. I drove down the next day and the part was there. They repaired it in a very short period of time, and I was on my way. They saved me thousands of dollars in rental during the summer and I was so grateful that I’ll hold them all, an amazing treat. They had heard about Wanda‘s pastries in Nehalem, Oregon. But I had never tasted them. So after the holidays, I went over to Wanda‘s and picked up a basket full of their most amazing treats, and took the treats to the service department. And it’s not that I’m not a good client. It’s that they are an amazing service department. The rest of the staff they’re always cordial, friendly, take the time to talk to you. So why wouldn’t I recommend them? Again, if you’re having problems with your Ford, with any vehicle for that matter, give them a call! They are amazing.

Dont bother asking this dealership to fix anything. We were misled as they said they would try to fix a serious misfire engine code on our motorhome with 10000 miles on it with a Ford chassis if they had the parts. We ordered the parts and waited 2 days. The parts arrived and then we were informed that the tech was leaving for a few days. I ended up replacing the plug, plug wire. And coil myself . So much for warranty work from backwoods Ford dealerships

DO NOT LET KELLY TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!! But if anyone knows how I can get back the trash, moldy clothing, furniture, and several containers of soupy moldy food that would be WONDERFUL! Our poor car was turned into a tweakers den that now needs extensive inside detailing. DISGUSTING. And no repairs were done. We eventually just came and got our car back. Turns out it was just the fuel pump. Thanks for leaving us without wheels and creating problems that never exhausted with it for over a year!!

Their service and parts departments were awesome. Unlike another service department at a different dealership. They replaced a carbon canister timely and allowed me to watch the process, answered all my questions politely .

Time for an oil change and winter check up. Service was done in a timely manner. Service dept checked on recall events with this vehicle and discovered that one item needed to be seen to. It was repaired and good to go!

Needed a wiper assembly repair. Usual wait would be two weeks! They had the part in stock and one tech had a stopping point on another repair. We got in and out in about an hour! Great service and lower price than quoted at another dealer. We'll try to time work to get it done there. Will be my go-to dealer!

Ok, admittedly my first experience wasn't super great but they more than made up for it. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, they in fact helped me with an issue Newport Power Ford refused to assist with. I will be returning here for all my auto needs and would recommend anyone else who needs professional services to contact them. Less than hour, ready to roll, these peeps know their stuff! 10 outta 10 would do again!

Even though I bought my 2018 Ford Transit in another city, when it broke down I had it towed to Tillamook Motor Company and they were amazing!
They helped me with a rental and George fixed my van, all under warranty. There staff is very friendly and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Went in looking for a vehicle. Had our own financing so no need to have anything from them. Found one we liked had to wait for quote from them to ya know do haggling couldn't agree on price so we left. They called us with a price at home after hours that was fine. We went back to get it today, test drove again said ok. Went to fill out papers they came out and said they couldn't go that low and raised price by $4,000. They called us to come back, after hours, with a price almost at what we wanted. Then did this? It was horrible business.

Just took my car in to get my rear hatch fixed because it wasn't opening. The guys in the body department took it apart in 20 min and fixed it. Just needed some lube so they didn't charge. Awesome service!! Highly recommend.

I have always been super happy with the work the service department has done for me at Tillamook Ford. When it was time to replace my wife's Mercury Mariner, I specifically wanted a Ford, mainly so I could have it serviced at this great local dealer. I haven't been disappointed. They are fast, friendly, honest, and are a great value for a dealership service department. They take great care of my wife's Escape, and I feel like we are in good hands. Keep up the great work!

Love tillamook ford my truck had a failed injector so I dropped it off today they said it would e about a week till they had time to look at it but the diesel mechanic there was looking at it before I had even left today. Never again am I going to a different shop if they always treat customers this way then they have one for life
