We have had our windows cleaned by Great Panes every year for about 4 years. They do an outstanding job, are very pleasant to work with, and the cost is reasonable. We are so happy with their work that several of our neighbors join us each year to get our windows washed on the same day. They even fix our screens for us when they need it. They are the BEST!

Joe was very accommodating. When I had to cancel (due to a hospitalization) at the last minute, he was gracious about re-scheduling. He communicated he was on his way; he was on time; I had to leave, but he worked here anyway; when I got home, I found my windows and sliders clean inside and out; it cost me less than he had estimated.

Joe - thank you for your flexibility and super bright window and screen cleaning. As the garage door was up, I noticed the windows there did not get cleaned. Also, I don't think you did the windows high up in my clerestory above the front door - at least it doesn't look like it. Those are hard to reach; impossible for me. Maybe if you are coming this way sometime with a tall ladder, you could do just those.

I own a hotel consisting of 6 Tiny homes. Great Panes came in and in one day cleaned the exterior of all the the homes plus our office building, including metal roofs. They also washed exterior windows and screens.

Great Panes did a fantastic job pressure washing my very old and very mossy driveway. They were on time, very professional and they did a great job! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Joe showed up on time, actually early, and did an exceptional job powerwashing our house and deck. My young son described the way the house looked after as "vivid". My wife said that it hadn't looked this nice since we had it last painted (and we have had it powerwashed by other companies in the years since it was last painted).

Highly recommended for work and ethic, his prices are very fair, and he was top shelf for being a respectful nice human too. Joe even taught a way I can help keep this place in great shape that is really going to come in handy. He was astute on all the different siding and materials, and their proper cleaning protocols, the way the builder said work would need done matched up perfectly. He wasn't a great pain- like at all, but he did make great pains to make Great Panes a business to be proud of.

There is literally nothing negative I can say about Great Panes. They check all the boxes. And the windows are so clean you hardly realize they are there. We are already getting on their calendar for next year.

I was very pleased with the job they did cleaning my windows inside and out, getting all the moss off the screens, and cleaning the window tracks too. The charge I thought was very reasonable too, they showed up on time, and were done quickly. I have already given their name and # to others looking for a reputable window washer. I was only sorry I didn't have them power wash my house 1st, but will next time!

Joe and crew were incredibly proficient; arriving sharply on time, courteously going over the job with us, and then turning to without delay. They accomplished the task lists with speed, but also with great care and attention to detail. Impressively professional.

Long overdue review - Joe and his team have been tackling our windows since we moved into our home a little over five years ago. Always very timely to respond, work with our schedule, and fit us in as quickly as possible. The windows always turn out amazing, and an great added bonus for really all around great people. Another huge added bonus is the solution that’s used to clean doesn’t hurt our flowers that are right up against the house and under a main window. 200/10 recommend.
