From the initial inspection to working with our insurance company and the adjuster, selecting our new roof, the construction process and final inspections. We could not have been happier with the process and communication throughout. We absolutely love our new black metal roof and the attention to detail the construction crew delivered. Quote process was fast and thoughtful, and process of getting the new roof project manager really supported and explained every single steps and being transparent. We feel so great to 50 years warranty to the roof and having a great company on our side to work with!

I'd originally been contacted by Wolf River about installing roof solar panels. They recognized that my roof shingles had damage from a recent hail storm. They encouraged me to file a claim with insurance, and it was accepted. Their construction crews came, took off all of the old roof (which had been shingled on top of even older shingles) and got the new, GORGEOUS shingles on in ONE DAY. They were fast, courteous, and highly skilled. I'm thrilled with my new roof!!! Then Wolf River Electric came out the very next day to install solar panels, again in one day. Coordination of all of it was handled seamlessly by Stuart M, the project manager. Every single staff person or worker I had contact with were responsive, knowledgable, and timely. Without exaggeration, I can say that there is nothing Wolf River could have done better.

Everything went so, so smoothly with these folks! They showed up when they said they would, were respectful of our house and property while on site, and the gentlemen doing the actual work were lovely. There were some hiccups that occurred when the old roof was removed, meaning they found out the old roof was installed improperly, and they handled it seamlessly. Paige helped us every step of the way and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a roof replacement :)
