Tanner and Luccas from Brian’s Insulation came today to spray insulation in a crawl space underneath my den. Before the insulating they had to clean out the old pink insulation that mice had used for nesting over the years. The height of the space made it difficult to work in and the dead mice, and droppings gross! Tanner and Luccas just got to work, no complaining or cutting corners.

After the insulating was done, they carefully cleaned up, helped set up a fan and went on to the next job! I’m thankful someone recommended Brian’s Insulation to me and after using them, I can highly recommend them to others!

Brian's Insulation did a great job insulating our new shed/detached garage. The spray foam insulation looks great and we can definitely tell that it helps with keeping the heat inside the building and it makes it look so much more finished. They were nice to work with, communicated well and we would definitely recommend them.

Had Brian’s out to insulate a she shed we purchased to use as a temporary office. They recommended we spray foam the ceiling and walls and beat the other 3 estimates we had to have it done. I am glad I contacted Brians Insulation. I had them come out and assess my attic insulation and they were very upfront and transparent. I ended up having them add blown insulation to my attic and at the same time they were able to spray foam my pole shed I just built. Communication was great and their price beat out 2 other companies.

Excellent job! I was very impressed with Andy and his helper. They were very professional. They reworked the job the previous company had done and did the insulation work as it should have been done in the first place. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them.

I have used Brian's insulation twice now and am extremely happy with their work and will continue to use them in the future. The first time I used them to spray foam the rim joists all around in my 1930's basement and it was the best money saving decision I have ever made. We were losing so much heat to that awkward area to insulate in the basement, but not any more! Also it really helped to keep out all the beetles in the summer! The second time I used them was for an office space in my garage, if it were not for their superb spray foam I would not have had the space to put an office in. With this last cold front of -30f with wind-chill, my office space floor heater still only kicks on about once an hour for a few minutes. The product is reliable and works great, the customer service is fast to respond to any questions! What more could you ask for than that?! Thank you Brian's Insulation!

Horrible customer service. Bad attitude workers. All in all bad experience with them.. I will spread the word... so let me tell your customers... nothing was ever said about half down i have them text messages also saying full payment due at end of services not before hand.. Hmmm let see here lets tell people the truth. 1st appointment was canceled due to being sick with covid.. 2nd appointment we were in hospital an out with covid.. 3rd appointment after setting up a time I pulled a few strips of insulation an found wet an moldy plywood from a major leak that is going in my walls. I told u I need to get a mold contractor out to address my mold so i cant do my installation yet.. I than asked you if we can get a quote for rememoval an install new u said no problem. I didn't hear back so I text at 433pm asking if u had new one. No response at all but yet u opened my message. Than next day I again messaged you telling u about the wet moldy plywood behind old insulation I said it can't be done. He opened message an still sent his crew to my house where they were very rude n mean to my wife. So I have all info saved on phone with the pics of mold. They than threatened to take me to court.. there company is a joke an are out to rip people of an not care what the situation is... they respond to my reviews making me look bad but I have every message on my phone to show the judge I was communicating what is going on. So I have plenty of time to go to court.. also may counter sue idk will see... thanks for your horrible experience...

For people in Minnesota. DO NOT USE Brain's Insulation out of Insanti, Minnesota. They use the wrong size for plugs. So when they are done you have to replace your siding. I wish that we had seen this before we hired them. We called the Better Business Bureau. Which is a joke. You can pay them money, and if someone has a complaint about their work or business it doesn't matter. Because they paid them to have a good status. What a joke. Again don't use them. You will receive a job that looks like this. This is my own opinion. Just wanted to let everybody know. Have a blessed day

Overall, very satisfied customer!! A friend referred me to Brian’s Insulation. My experience was that they were very responsive (truthfully, the only company that responded to my emails out of 10 total companies!!), friendly, knowledgeable & explained everything, efficient, cleaned up when they were done && helped me with the Xcel rebate form. Zero complaints, highly recommend!!

They did the insulation for my father in law. Very unprofessional is the least to say. They changed the price on him after they finished the job. Their boss I believe his name is Tyler is a very unprofessional rude person. Stay away from them. There are plenty of good companies out there.

I would highly recommend Brian’s insulation they are top notch. Kelly was very personable and knowledgeable about the insulation process for my new house. They are on time get the job done dont haggle u if u want to change something in the process they also clean up any mess they make and for all that they don’t cost an arm and a leg very well priced. They leave no stones unturned to get it inspected so u you can get your certificate of occupancy on time for a new home. Of all the subcontractors I used to build my house brain’s was number one. We just had Zach and Travis out to spray foam insulate. First of all, Zach and Travis were great people, friendly, personable and knew what they were doing. I had taped up some pex line for in floor heating and was dreading the thought of taking it all off , but didn't want insulation on them, I had also cover windows etc . When these guys were done not only was the foam job perfect they removed all the plastic I had up, they even removed the tape from the pex lines. So, studs were clean, all and they left the job super clean. We are so happy with every aspect of their work. And last but not least, price was good. If you need this type of work done, call these guys.

Great company to work with. They coordinated with my roofing company to remove plywood from the roof during replacement, remove old insulation and replace with foam insulation. This winter my heating bills are down 20% AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is the first winter in 20+ years we have not gotten ice dams or water in the house. For 20 years we have tried to find a solution to our problems and were told by multiple other companies it was a design flaw with the pitch. Brian's Insulation proved everyone else wrong. Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with Brian's Insulation. We had ice dam problems last winter and condensation in the attic. Travis evaluated the problem and identified what needed to be done to correct the problem. We were impressed by the thorough, professional and courteous work done by everyone that worked on the project at our house. We will definitely be using Brian's Insulation on any future projects.

From the first phone call to the final touches, Brian's insulation was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, cost friendly, and had excellent attention to detail. And, cleaned the place up beautifully before they left. We had them do our attic insulation 2 weeks ago, and are so glad we had them do it instead of doing it ourselves. Sure, a lot of guys told me, it's attic insulation, just do it yourself. Well, after Brian's finished, and I told these same guys the extra issues they fixed, and that they did an air pressure test, getting our pressure down to 300 from over 3,000, my buddies were like, wait, what? That's awesome! And, for a very fair price! We will make our cost back in no time! We would highly recommend Brian's insulation!

Travis came out to look at our bathroom dormer that experienced an interior leak over this winter. The dormer was built and insulated by a different company 5 years old. It was unclear if the leak was from condensation, or an exterior ice dam, so it was a complicated project. Travis took a lot of time reviewing all of the documentation we had of the past work.... videos, photos, energy reports, infrared camera documentation. He was very thorough and professional, and you can tell really cares about doing the job right. It is rare to find a company that really listens and takes time with the customer. Brian's insulation is also HIGHLY recommended by a local insulation supply firm, as they know their work has few call backs because they do such a good job to make it right the first time. Highly recommend. Professional, knowledgeable and most of all, cares to do excellent work! I will be calling them with any future insulation needs.

Absolutely top notch performance from Brian's insulation! Travis and Tom came out and went beyond our expectations in thoroughly analyzing all of our insulation needs. This was after having serious ice dam damage in our house. Had insulation installed about 5 years ago but a poor job of properly installing insulation by a different vendor and we paid the price in not having it done properly.
Very competitive price but more important Brian's will analyze all components needed for proper insulation.
BONUS: Travis and Tom were first class people to work with!

Brian's did a great job on our old home in isanti, they worked with our roofing company very well to get the job done fast and efficient.

I'm building a home and Travis stopped by one day to see if I had an insulation contractor. I had a few quotes already but was curious what he would offer. Right away, I felt confident that Travis would do a great job. He came out and met with my framer once and with me another time to ensure we were set up to have a well-insulated home. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Travis came out and did an excellent job installing needed venting on roof for proper air flow. Very personable and good follow up. I would recommend and use again if needed.
