My wife and I are delighted with our new home. Brazil and team were amazing to work with. With us being remote, we definitely encountered several challenges with our build. Brazil and Daniel helped us navigate these challenges one by one and the results are beautiful and spot on. We highly recommend WN Builders and plan on using them for more projects in the future!

We feel so lucky to have found Brazil/WN Builders and crew for our renovation project. From the very beginning, Brazil was a prompt communicator which we really appreciated. Not only do they have very fair pricing, they also have fantastic craftsmanship. We added an office that extended onto our deck and they were precise and accommodating in every detail, always looking to find the best way to accomplish what needed to be done. From the tile work in our new Primary Bathroom where they installed a heated floor, to refinishing hardwood floors, installing carpet, installing vanities, sinks, faucets, toilets, fixing the roof, installing new windows, and painting--they did it all and more. Anything I asked they would add to their list! Nothing was too different or too difficult for them to accomplish, and if they thought something wouldn't work they would tell you so. All the subs were honest and hard working as well. We are so very pleased with our finished project!!

Great experience! Bid was almost exactly what I thought cost would be. We had significant delays with windows- even still they finished ahead of the deadline ahead(amazing). The owners and all their subs were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again on a future addition.

It says a lot about the leadership of an organization when the staff is happily performing their tasks from the simplest to the most complex. WN is an awesome contractor. We had a great experience with them; everything went very smoothly during our construction process. My husband and I recommend them with no doubt. The entire crew are great people to deal with. Costumer service, after move in, is another 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I have dealt with WN Builders on many occasions over the last 7 or 8 years and each time is better than the last. I would use them to do any construction project I had. My boss is currently having them build a new store in Milford and he is beyond happy he chose them because it's a large job and very complex and they are doing fantastic. They are very easy to deal with and talk to and their work is some of the best I've seen. Their employees are super friendly and eager to do a good job. They always leave the job site clean and tidy as well at the end of the day which is something a lot of contractors don't do. One of the owners of the company is at the job every morning to check on things and to be sure everything is going as planned. They can do just about anything. Framing, siding, roofing, decks and patios. The list goes on and on. One of their best services is the interior work and trimming of the doors, windows, stairways and most of all cabinetry. They do beautiful work and use the best materials. There honestly isn't anything I've seen that they can't do. I can't say enough good about these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job done by people who care and want to not just meet your expectations but exceed them. Do yourself a favor and call them for your next new home or project.

WN Builders is the WORST contractor I have ever dealt with. Daniel, the owner is a swindler and a liar. Their craftsmanship is amongst the worst I’ve come across. The level of deception, dishonesty, and horrific follow up is a triple crown of “WORST EVER”, and WN has EARNED that title with consistently horrific work.

To be fair, I’ve only been using contractors for the past 25 years, so maybe there was a worse contractor in the 1980’s or something, but since 1998, I can say with utmost certainty that this contractor is the worst. WN “Builders” deserves to have their license taken away. I’ve never dealt with a worst person or company.

WN Builders performed a complete exterior makeover on our home, including enclosing our porch to create a four-season sunroom. Exterior upgrades were performed to the roof, fascia, soffits, gutters, siding, windows, trim, porches, staircases and exterior shower. Vinyl siding was replaced with James Hardie Plank siding. Windows were reframed to allow to egress and interior casings, trim and jamb extensions were built. Porch railings were upgraded and 4’x4’ posts were replaced with 6’x6’ posts.

The project ran for just over five weeks and was managed on-site daily. Each day, the jobsite was cleaned up and everything was put away. The site was always left tidy, and much cleaner than I would have expected.

I’ve performed all of these same project elements over the years, but really didn’t want to do so much work. Because of my past experience, I can state with confidence that WN Builders do very high quality work. They go above and beyond each and every day. The on-site manager spoke with me multiple times daily, and when he felt a choice could be made in a step, he always discussed those with me offering pros and cons of each but allowing me to make the final choice. Often times, I deferred to his judgement as I quickly trusted and valued his experience. The on-site manager directed the other carpenters and siding crew and kept things rolling along at a vigorous pace, and was fully involved directly in the work. The siding crew did an excellent installation job under the watchful eye of their supervisor. The crew did nice quality work and were careful in their approach. On a daily basis, the on-site manager would ensure there were no issues I felt needed to be addressed. If I did mention an issue, it was quickly addressed to my complete satisfaction.

At times, additional employees were brought in to help. One carpenter did a fantastic job laying out the windows on the porch and did so very carefully checking his work multiple times as he proceeded.

In the office, the project contact was always available to discuss pricing and options and the contract and payments. He was very responsive and careful. The owner also came by several times to check on progress and to make sure we were completely satisfied.

When this crew left, I had nothing to complain about, and nothing left to be adjusted or corrected. Nothing. I cannot recommend them more. They did an outstanding job, leaving nothing undone, and leaving us completely satisfied. I would call them back to do any job, without reservation or a second thought. Absolutely the best contracting company I’ve ever seen or worked with.

What an amazing experience to work with an awesome builder who is thorough and detailed and who maintains a normal building time-line. Great person and awesome Project Manager who do quality work. Highly recommend!
