This is my second time using WM Smith as contractors and again it was a fabulous experience! I had a flood in my bedroom from my AC and my Home Warranty people sent me contractor after contractor. Finally I called WM Smith and that was when things started rolling in a positive direction. TJ came in with a positive attitude. He was efficient, personable, knowledgeable and a good communicator. TJ turned the whole event into a positive experience. TJ was always available by phone or text. The office staff was easy to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. TJ’s team under Vladimir’s expertise quickly completed the job with great care and ALWAYS cleaned up after themselves each day. They were polite and friendly!
