Mike, Kris and Jacob did an outstanding job installing gutter guards and new downspouts. They were polite, professional and easy to work with. The process was explained to me from the beginning phase to the final phase.

The Roofing Company has done several roofs for us, and they have retained our trust. We had one issue created by a former employee, but that was promptly resolved by Brian when he became aware of it. Their complementary annual inspections will keep our roof, chimneys and vents in great shape for years to come, and we're looking to them for help with our gutter, too.

Jacob Seaburg came by this afternoon to give us a quote to replace our 22 year old roof. Jacob was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and after checking our roof and showing us the drone photos, he let us know our roof is not in need of replacement at this time. Such honesty and integrity is refreshing. No pressure tactics at any time. He left us with two quotes for consideration and texted us our roof pictures shortly thereafter. Thank you!! 4 June 2024 update: the owner of The Roofing Company reached out to me to ask for a meeting to discuss my concerns. I visited his facility and learned about their investments in training and quality - it is quite impressive. We also discussed their estimating processes, causing me to retract my previous (unfavorable) posting. Estimating is very hard with many unforeseen variables, and I accept that sometimes they can be off - it’s unavoidable.
The owner also visited my home to look at other roofing matters . He is eminently knowledgeable and professional with many years of experience and useful roofing demonstration aids.
The Roofing Company is a high-end roofer with top-quality, and a very wide range of product and service offerings - check them out if you need a roofing project done!

I cannot recommend this company and will not engage their services in the future. Their quoting process is inadequate, resulting in unexpected expenses and delays. Despite significant portions of our project becoming unnecessary, the savings were minimal due to prolonged work on other areas. While we avoided surpassing the projected hours for the entire project, the lack of transparency regarding start dates and communication shortcomings were major issues. Despite assurances of follow-up from their office, we were consistently left in the dark and had to initiate all communication. This has been one of my most unsatisfactory experiences with a contractor, and I have no intention of working with them again. Their failure to adhere to timelines and accurately quote projects is unacceptable. Regardless of any warranty coverage, I will not permit this company to return to my property. Attempts to address concerns with them have only yielded evasive, corporate responses.

We recently had a free estimate for repair with Chuck! He took his time doing the inspection and explained things to us clearly. He was professional and kind. When we made the appointment Sabrina was patient and helpful! We are looking forward to completing this job with them as well any others we will have in the future.

Had my roof replaced today. Excellent workmanship, very professional crew, extremely proficient in roofing, and took the extra care to clean up and completely sweep the yard, flower beds and driveway for debris and nails. I would highly recommend The Roofing Company for all your roofing needs.

From Jason the estimator/ contracts coordinator to Jay the site manager, Kevin and Jonathan the copper pipe cover installers, the Spanish speaking Foreman and his roofing team, each putting forth 110% from start to completion of our 25-year complete roof replacement. every person was professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about their area of work expertise. they are kind, personable and caring about the customer and project. the warranty and yearly inspection of the roofing gives the homeowner piece of mind for their roof's future performance.

Not pleased. The roof on this house is now 7 years old and for the last three years there has been one leak after another, 6 so far in different areas. The Roofing Company put it on with what appeared to be rent-a-temps with little experience, placing a vent in an inappropriate location that needed to be moved when the foreman got back to the job, installed the roof as rapidly as possible and left. There is a five-year guarantee to fix problems, but wouldn't you expect a roof to last a bit longer? I am tired of blue tarps as we fix leaks, and I am tired of telling neighbors which company installed it when asked. I repeat the first leaks showed up before five years had passed, and there is a new one showing today. i gave it one star because it will not post without marking at least one.

Yesterday Kevin and James replaced 3 skylights and added solar blinds in a grest room. Of those I was in contact with over the several months from estimate to installation, Kevin and James were the most outstanding. As the leader, Kevin informed me of every step in the process and made sure I was satisfied when it was completed. Great job, Kevin and James!

Dennis and his crew did a great job on our roof, couldn't be more pleased! Dennis was great at communicating with us regarding the status of our project since we were out of town. Even when we returned and had questions, he was quick to fix a little hiccup and really went out of his way to make us happy quickly and with great talent.Would highly recommend him as a supervisor and the company for a smooth and excellent job.

James came out promptly and did a fine job. He let me know about what he was going to work on. When asked about what he needed from me for him to do his work, he told me that he basically needed to just have access, which was easy to do. He even cut a tree branch off where it was hitting the house. We should be good to go!

James and Kevin were quick and did a thorough job. They weren’t even loud and I thought roofers were always loud! Many thanks. We are selling the house but we will pass your name to the new owners!

James (Ziggy) was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, attentive and professional. He did a roof repair on my parent's house. James worked in a timely manner and was quite knowledgeable as well. Kevin Saunders replaced 5 vents on our roof. He was extremely courteous and professional. The job was done with great attention to detail and efficiency. He kept us informed of the job progress and explained all charges. Once he finished, everything was left in perfect order, without a trace of evidence that repairs had been done to our roof (of course except for the new vent fixtures). I have been extremely happy with The Roofing Company over the years and plan on calling them again as needed.

We recently had our roof and skylights replaced. Jason initially came out for the estimate and evaluation. Very pleased with the information and recommendations he provided. Jay and Kevin came next to do a site check and to measure the skylights. On install day, the crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. and by 7:30 the old shingles were being scraped and removed. Had a minor mishap with the skylights not being the correct size but Jay got the issue corrected the same day. One concern I had was that at least one of the crew was smoking a cigarette while working on the roof and it was breezy that day and another crew member dropped (totally unexpected) a hammer through one of the open skylight holes and it slightly damaged an end table. We have received several compliments from our neighbors on the roof and would certainly recommend The Roofing Company, Inc. to anyone in our area interested in roof and skylight replacement.

This company installed a new roof 11 years ago. Chuck Simpson was the person handling the job. I recently noticed a very slow leak, so I contacted the company again to see if they could fix it. Chuck Simpson is still with the company. He came out and fixed the leak (caused by a tiny nail) and then inspected the rest of my roof and put sealant on any places that he thought could be possible problems in the future. There was no charge for this service even though the labor warranty ended 6 years ago. This company really stands behind their work. I am going to recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

When our roof started leaking, even though it was during a high-volume repair period, Chuck was able to get our damage accessed and put us on the list for a work crew incredibly quickly. Adrien, who has been foreman on several projects for us, coordinated well with the plumber (relocating a poorly placed pipe that was a point of water infiltration). And when more damage, caused by a poor roof installation by our home's previous owners, threated to void our entire warranty, he got the problem resolved for us quickly and without breaking our budget. Better yet, his crew did such a good job that the inspector that came out to check on our roof-perimeter pest-control seal afterward said it was the best job he'd ever seen and that Adrien 'definitely did you a solid.' Only the highest of praise for TRC!

Mike and his crew did a slate repair, flashed a chimney, installed gutters, and installed new shutters. Mike discussed all repairs daily. He and the crew were professional and friendly. I can't wait to see how the new gutters work in a big rain! This is my second Roofing Company Project.

My wife and I chose the Roofing Company to install a new roof on our house in Kiln Creek. They installed a GAF Roof with the Golden Pledge Warranty and we are excited to have the peace of mind that comes with not having to worry about our roof for a long time. They recently came out for our one year check up to make sure that everything is holding up well. We noticed a difference with our roof the first time a heavy rain came through and all we heard inside the house was silence. We do like the sound of rain drops but the peace and quiet was wonderful as well. They went above and beyond what we expected, replacing fascia boards that were rotting and installing them in a way to prevent the rot from coming back. They installed kickback flashing to keep the water away from the siding and walls of the house and copper pipe collars that not only look pretty but will last the test of time. We cant be happier with the service that we got from both Greg, Brian as well as the entire crew that came out. Thank you all for everything that you did for us.

The Roofing Company brought professional expertise to our unique house, including skylights and gutters. Our home is a blend of industrial style skylights with a flat roof on a residential home, the Roofing Company had all the commercial and residential in-house knowledge to do our work, but also the kindness and flexibility to recognize that we are homeowners and not a large corporation. They customized unique solutions for our home and worked with us on schedule adjustments. Chuck, Greg, and CJ in particular were an outstanding team. Well worth the money!

Supervisor Dennis and his crew were professionals in the installation of our new roof. The process went smoothly and, we are pleased by the results. Considering how expensive everything is nowadays, the price was right.I would used them again. They deserve a five stars rating!

I absolutely love the solar tubes!! And solar night lights! Solar tubes were not new to me as we have one in the stairwell and my mom has a couple, but I underestimated the difference they would make upstairs. With the light from the bedroom windows overflowing into the hallway I would have never had the tubes installed, but I had already bought them when our house was being built so just went with it ... so glad I did!! Ken was the first face of the company that I saw and was great. He checked out the areas where I wanted the solar tubes, took pictures, then sat down with me and explained everything. He suggested adding the solar nightlights which again didn't seem like a big deal to me, but they inadvertently made the project less expensive due to the solar rebates available so it was a no-brainer. And, I love the solar nightlights!! It will be great when my grandkids are here and get up in the middle of the night ... they can see to get to the bathroom without flipping on lights!! Kevin was the man that did the work. He contacted me to let me know he was on the way, arrived at the appointed time, did an awesome installation job, and cleaned up after himself. The solar nightlights did not come in in time, but arrived after he was at my house so, yes, he drove back to the office/warehouse to get them so he could complete the job that day! Kind, polite, professional, and a job well done ... what else could one ask for?!?!? Ken came out the beginning of November and estimated a February install. It was a month later before I pulled the trigger and said let's do this. I was never given a new date, but I assumed that now it wouldn't be till March. Seven days later I received a phone call; there was a cancelation and my solar tubes were installed 8 days after I signed the contract!! Win, Win!! In the photos below, I covered the solar tubes for the "before" pic so you could see the difference. Today is actually a cloudy, overcast day, but you can still see what a huge difference it makes.The 3rd pic is at night to give you an idea of the amount of light the solar nightlights produce.

This is the first google review I have ever written. I called about a small leak in my roof (we noticed some we cardboard boxes in our eves) The rep came out, spent an hour and a half looking over the roof, climbed on top, checked over everything and came back to me with his recommendations, "You had one (1) nail up. I hammered it down, added some caulk, checked over the rest of the roof, and did a couple of quick fixes. You should be all set. Call me in 5 years when you need a new roof." I was out of work at the time (covid). Talk about a weight off my shoulders.
I am not looking forward to purchasing a new roof when necessary (no one looks forward to that). But I know exactly who I will call when I need one. The Roofing Company, through their outstanding customer service, has earned my business and my recommendation. I will shout their name to anyone I care about who needs a roof.

Three C's were involved with our new roof installment. Cost, Communication, and Clean up. From our initial cost assessment with Chuck to the clean up crew we were very satisfied. Every step along the way we were kept informed about what was happening next, and when it would be done. I never had to call and question what was going on or when they were coming to do the work. Greg was a great onsite project manager. He kept us informed on how the job was going, what extra needed to be done and why. ( He was even nice to the dog!) I was extremely happy with the clean up after the roof was finished. They can come and clean up around my house anyday! Sorry I never got to meet James.

We have had two hail storms that damaged our roof. The first time I went with a company and ended up with several leaks. The second time I went with The Roofing Company and purchased the complete GAF system. No problems or leaks since. Plus Ken comes out once a year and inspects the roof for any damage. Highly recommend The Roofing Company for your roofing needs.

James was outstanding. Takes pride in his work. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the (contracted) roof repair, materials, and options. He also inspected the attic to get a better view (not available at initial inspection). I could not have been more pleased.

Chuck renewed my faith in the Roofing Company. He came out to inspect my NEW roof for a suspected leak. He crawled into the hot attic a took a picture of an AC line that had worn insulation. Condensation was causing the ceiling stain and not a roof leak. Chuck took time to take some pictures of the roof exterior, too. Still looks great! Thanks for your professionalism and explanation of the problem, Chuck. AC guy is coming over soon to fix the issue.

We have an old house with a "complicated" roof. The Roofing Company provides excellent diagnostics and repairs. Mike and James are great to work with! Mike explained the work thoroughly, and he and James were very careful placing ladders etc. to avoid damaging shrubbery. They finished the job quicker than I expected. We've had several hard rains since the work was done and no signs of any leaks! I will continue to use The Roofing Company and recommended them to neighbors.

James came out and was very professional as he came to take measurements for an upcoming roofing project. While he was up there, he helped to remove some pine needles that were blocking water flow to our rain gutters and damaging our shingles. We appreciated his extra service and look forward to our future project that is to be completed by the roofing company.

Beware! I scheduled an appointment for a roof estimate on a house I am selling. I got a call from the technician prior to my appointment to let me know they were there. They informed me that since the property was for sale, with a for sale sign in the yard, it qualified as a "real estate" transaction, and that an estimate will cost $395.

Figured I would share this so no one else who is selling their house gets caught in this trap and wastes their time thinking its a free estimate like COUNTLESS other companies in the area. In addition, there was no warning of this hidden fee when signing up for a consultation. Nothing but a waste of my time during a crucial period in the home selling process. What a joke.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of work from The Rooding Company. Roofers were effecient and displayed professionalism from the onset of the repair to the end of service. Roofers were respectful of the area around the house and were neat in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend The Roofing Company to anyone who needs repairs or a new roof.

My husband and I were finally ready to get a new roof for our home after living in it for 2 decades. We wanted a Spanish style roof. Brian Chalsma came to the house, and my husband and I have VERY little time off with 5 children and are on a budget, and explained to him what we wanted. We put our faith into him. He asked for $1900 deposit and a structural engineer deposit of $2K. After 2.5 months, I asked when I would get my much needed estimate. The engineer said that he had to come back (silently meaning another $4200-that Brian knew)??? Then, I waited another month and got an email with my estimate at $560,000. I called 3 times to ask in desperation why, how, what? Then, I got another bill from the engineer for $4200. Subsequent to this, my husband and I got 3 other roofing companies to come by for estimates. None charged any deposits and all came in at 15-18% of THE ROOFING COMPANY estimate. During Covid and folks with children on a budget who need professionals to work with, SKIP THIS PLACE. We are out $8100, financially and emotionally devasted, from these buffoons. SKIP THIS BUSINESS, best decision you will ever make!

I called to schedule an estimate. They set it for Saturday 9am I waited till 10am they not only were no shows but didn't even call to say they were not coming. Also I called them and get a message saying they are closed. Let me add they sent a confirmation text and I responded. Terrible service and not professional at all.

We have used Roofing Co for a complete new roof on old house, repairs on rental home, and 3 repairs on current home. Outstanding job every time. Had a repair done this month on our home and they left their large cushion on the roof. Called them twice to come and get it, they never showed up. Husband had to go get the cushion off the roof.

I’ve used the Roofing Company for 20 years to maintain my slate roof, maintain and repair my gutters which are integrated into my roof. They are always professional, are experts in slate and do small things like cleaning the gutters even when they come out to do a roof inspection or repair.

If a repair is necessary they always document what needs to be done with pictures, sitting down with me to explain what has to be done in detail. I appreciate the attention to detail and their expertise and professionalism.

I am currently interviewing company for a future project. Salesman, Mr. Ken Ashcom was very informative and gave me what I needed to know in a timely and professional manner.

I wanted to like this company but I have had several leaks (for install issues not weather or such related). I not once had a leak from my ten year + old roof prior even though it was just builder grade. On top of the leaks, after the rook was installed a bit later when cleaning the gutters I found at least 100+ nails, wood and other things. They removed the gutter guards and put them back. I never thought they would just leave all that, so I did not check right away.

Ken inspected my roof leak and fixed it on the spot at no charge. Also, they were able to work me into their schedule and take care of my roof issue the very next day. If I have any other roof issues in the future, I know I'll be calling Ken and The Roofing Company.

Signed a contract and paid for a replacement skylight. I gave them a negative Google review for their professionalism. Must have hurt their feelings because, while they were happy to charge my credit card, they refused to honor their signed contract. Their reason was hurt feelings for the review. Unfortunately the US Supreme Court rejected the "puddy-woody-wo hurt feelings" defense as a legal reason for contract cancellation. Their estimator shows up on my doorstep, uninvited and unannounced, and waives a "Mutual Cancellation" agreement full of "Whereas's", and even a "Now Therefore " - can't argue with that - somebody managed to finish freshmen year in law school. The agreement basically stated that if I agreed to cancel the contract, they would refund my money - very tempting. Unfortunately they forgot that "Mutual" requires both parties to sign and in the absence of a legally recognizable grounds, they have committed a material breech of the contract and were crazy enough to put it in writing. So it's off to District Court. WASCO-Velux is a great skylight.

From the start, The Roofing Company was awesome. Ken came out for my quote and spent over 2 hours answering questions and showing me different options. After I decided on everything, Greg got in contact with me. He was assigned to the job. Greg was amazing. He came out 2 times before actual installation and was always on time, professional, and patient with me. The day of installation- my house required more work than originally expected. The additional work orders and cost were fully explained and handled. Greg and the crew put on a beautiful roof and I could not be happier.

The responsiveness of The Roofing Company from start to finish was top notch. We filled out an online request form at night for a roof replacement estimate and were contacted immediately. Ken came out to the house and spent well over an hour and a half inspecting not only the roof but the attic as well. He presented us with several options, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

After performing our due diligence and receiving quotes from other companies, we ultimately chose The Roofing Company based on their presentation, professionalism and pricing.

We were contacted by Debbie at the office who set an install date approximately two weeks out. We were happy to be contacted by Greg a day later who said he could fit us in a bit earlier than expected. He then came out to the house a few days before the install to set our expectations and review the entire process.

The crew showed up on time, performed the install flawlessly and then cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. It was as if they were not even there.. except for the new roof of course.

If you are on the fence about which company to select for your roofing needs, you owe it to yourself to choose The Roofing Company.

We will be recommending to our friends and family any chance we get.

Special side note to The Roofing Company - Please give Ken, Greg and the support staff back at the office a big pay raise. They deserve it.

I am so happy that I chose The Roofing Company to complete my roofing repairs! After the bad wind storm we had, I noticed that I had multiple shingles down and an exposed part of my roof. I moved into my house a year ago as a first time home buyer and I have never had any need to contact a roofer. I called around and what I loved most about The Roofing Company is that they provide free estimates (as long as you aren't selling the house) and that they really worked with me to get someone here as soon as possible. Brain came out to do the estimate and he explained the process to me and he was very kind and knowledgable and the estimate was very reasonable. The person that came out and completed the work was Adrian and he was amazing!!! Even though I wasn't home, he kept me updated via text messages (since I couldn't accept calls at the time) and he sent me detailed email messages with pictures showing the before and after pics and all the work that was completed. He not only repaired the shingles, but he inspected my roof, fixed some of my gutters and resealed my PVC pipes at no extra charge!!! Adrian went above and beyond and when he came back to finish the job, he was very kind and understanding! I will definitely be using The Roofing Company for all my roofing needs in the future and would recommend them to anybody in the area!
