Richmond Pyramid Roofing. Drew was very knowledgeable and did the quote. The project supervisor was also very helpful. The crew showed up at 7am on the date specified and were very courteous and professional. Extremely hard-working well-organized group. Worked like a well-oiled machine. All that was on the quote was done with extreme attention. All the installers knew their jobs and performed very well. Roof looks great and I would recommend this company to any that want an excellent roofer. Their materials are of the finest quality and installed well. Looking forward to many years of no leaks.

Coty from Pyramid Roofing was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. We had noticed some marks on our interior walls that looked like they might be water damage, and Coty took the time to thoroughly investigate.

He went up into our attic and quickly identified a spot where light was coming through around a bathroom vent — a potential concern. He inspected the rest of the attic and found no signs of water pooling or leaks. Then, he climbed onto the roof and confirmed that the vent pipe’s ring had weathered with age, which he explained is a common issue in homes of our age.

Coty reassured us that it was a minor repair and even recommended using a silicone ring for the fix. What impressed us most was his honesty and integrity — qualities that are hard to find these days. Instead of trying to upsell us on unnecessary work, he gave us a straightforward assessment.

When the time does come to replace our roof, we won’t hesitate — Pyramid Roofing will be our first call. Thank you, Coty, for your professionalism, expertise, and honesty!

Pyramid Roofing (Peninsula) was everything it advertised. The office personnel were respnsive to inquiries. The crew was quick, efficient and cleaned up the worksite so well, you would have not known they were there. The only thing they left behind was a beautiful roof. Well done!

We met with Shane to discuss repairs for a leaking roof. What I really liked about this company was that they listened to our needs, asked questions about what we wanted and didn't try to sell us the whole time. They weren't pushy and weren't pushing a product on us and made me much more inclined to use them again. I got about 200 square feet replaced and all new gutters and the price was fair to market price. Will use again for any roofing needs.

Reached out by email, provided a reply to the question of what’s needed after saying what’s needed in the form filled out on the website, have yet to receive any communication back. I went with using another service to complete a small job. Kinda disappointed as we are looking at a new roof in 2026 and this company came highly recommended.

Mike was very pleasant and kind. Our problem turned out to be an HVAC problem not a roof issue. However, Mike was very helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this company.

I have a leak coming in from my slate roof. Skylar came over to check it out for me and did a great job. He was very professional, friendly, and overall seemed like a great dude and was fun to talk to. PYRAMID Roofing was a referral from a neighbor, who just had their roof replaced. I occasionally would watch as his roof was being replaced and I was impressed by the workers and the finished roof. From my first call to Pyramid Roofing, it completely seemed this company wanted to please their customers. They accommodated an appointment for assessment the following day. Everything was explained clearly as far as the process for a roof replacement, protection for my property, financing, etc. It all went pretty smoothly. Any questions, concerns I had were met with reassuring answers. What astonished me was the team of workers that came that day. Tony’s Team, I was told. I was fortunate 2 teams would work on my roof that day, due to a cancellation of another customer. It was beyond well orchestrated by a group of very hard working roofers, including 2 woman who were beyond amazing in the many jobs they did throughout the day. A blip came up that required a change in procedures, where I would not allow the shingle truck on my already slightly cracked driveway, sooo, the workers had to hand carry the packages of shingles up ladders. No problem! No complaints, not even a grimace. They all worked joyfully, smiling, some telling stories, chuckling, some singing, all the while scraping off the old roof and nailing up my new roof. They were all courteous, respectful of property and just a pleasure to have replacing my roof. Some issues came up regarding communication with management, NOT with the workers, and were quickly resolved with Nick back in the office. The workers were hands down EXEMPLARY! My hat is off to “Tony's Team”, beyond amazing, hard as heck working and joyful all in one! Their cleanup was exceptional, nothing was left on my property, not one nail! And I have a fairly large two story roof I’d like to add. Hands down!, no hesitation, I would recommend Pyramid Roofing! I wish they did other home improvement projects because this company is really just amazing at customer service and satisfaction! I think their motto should be, always please the customer, because no matter what comes up, they want a happy customer! The installation of our roof went very well, and the crew took great care to protect our plants and AC unit and did a great clean-up job afterwards. Company was great all around from start to finish. First visit Carlos identified issue. Took a detailed video while on roof to show me so I could see the issue while he explained my options. They had 0% financing for a year to allow me to pay off the work at my own pace without additional charges. The crew that did the work were on time and professional. I was really, really worried about how getting my roof replaced on my 1947 bungalow would work out. I shouldn't have been concerned. Pyramid(Peninsula) did a great job. Arrived on time...tore off the ugly old roof and replaced it with really snazzy light brown shingles. IT LOOKS GREAT! They didn't break anything...they cleaned up after themselves and were done and gone by 1pm. In all it took about 5 hours. On top of that. I got a great price. Wonderful

Today Michael and a crew member came to my home to hang gutter's and I’m extremely impressed with the job and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters taking care of.

They were polite, efficient, and true to their word. We had a heavy downpour a day after the roof was fixed, and there was absolutely no leaking.

We had the roof on our sun porch replaced because it was old and leaking. The price Pyramid gave us was very competitive, and Sam, Erving, Jon and Adam did a marvelous job on the roof! They were very careful of the surrounding area, and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end. They even sent us photos of the job via email. We will definitely use them again when we replace the rest of the roof!

I was initially told the installation would not begin for two weeks, since they were backed up because of heavy workload and weather. However, I got a call from Mike Goff, Sales and Estimate Representative, the next day telling me the installers were in my area and on their way to my house to install the new gutter guards.
