I wanted to wait some time for a review. It's been a year now. I was referred to Bass roofing from a friend who had a roof installed by them. I called and left a message about getting a estimate, and Bass roofing called me back within a hour. The owner's wife who works in the office had called me back and we set up a appointment. She was very nice on the phone. Daniel came to my house and gave me a estimate, which was my 2nd from other roofing company's. The third company never showed up. So i went with Bass Roofing and was very happy. Daniel and Mike were great to talk with. Explained everything, and everything they put on was quality materials. Sky light, vents, rubber roof and shingles. I had a issue around my chimney and Daniel went out of his way to make it look great. After all the installation was complete the team cleaned up good. I had 1 issue of a corner piece of vinyl coming off the chimney about a week later. I had called Bass Roofing and they got back to me within a hour and Mike came out the next day and fixed it. and haven't had any problems since. So, Bass Roofing has great people working for them. They're communications with me was excellent. Highly recommend Bass Roofing. Thanks Scott

Cannot recommend Bass Roofing enough. Bubba (Danny) had been out to our house before to do some work and we knew that they were our go to when it came to getting a new roof. We noticed our roof was leaking two weeks ago and quickly contacted them. They were able to come out and give us a quote in just a few short days. After deciding what shingle color we wanted, they were able to get us quickly on their schedule to complete the job to prevent further damage to the house. Their crew came ready to work and completed our roof in just one day! They were hard working, clean, and picked up the area so well you would never know they had been there! Super thankful for their professionalism, attention to detail and quickness in getting the job completed. Would definitely recommend!!!

Bubba and his workers were very professional. He sent us video clips from the roof throughout the day to update us and let us know what he was finding. The work site was left clean. He was always quick to answer Any of our questions and he was very patient with giving me details i asked for. We had our first big rain the other day and for the first time in a very long time we had no leaks. Very dependable and professional

He goes out of his way, once a year and puts on a roof free of charge for someone in need, and this year, he helped my mom! And the job that was done from beginning to end was off the charts! Everyone at Bass Roofing was professional, prompt, and courteous. We are very happy with our new roof. The work was more extensive than originally estimated but the underlayment on our roof was 56 years old and Daniel didn't do any of the additional work until he explained what they found under the old shingles and had us look at it before getting approval to proceed. Even then we paid less than some other quotes we got. I would definitely recommend Bass Roofing.

Bass Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my damaged 25 year old roof. From the owners to the workers, everyone was professional, respectful, timely and efficient. In about 7 hours, they stripped off the old shingles, removed and replaced all of the rotten wood and put on the new roof. Everything was cleaned up and finished at the end of the day. Can’t say enough good things about Bass Roofing! A full roof replacement TERRIFIED me, but Bass Roofing made the process easier than I could have imagined. Theirs was the first estimate I got, and I could have stopped there. No other companies I called came close to their quote. Crew was efficient, courteous, and clean! The entire job was completed in one day. They even cleaned out my gutters and ran a nail magnet throughout my yard before they left. Bass Roofing replaced our entire roof 4 years ago and did an excellent job then. Recently lightening struck a tree and the top went through the roof. Daniel did an estimate quickly and had the roof and damaged trusses replaced within 1.5 weeks of the event, altering his busy schedule to get to us promptly since there were tarps on the roof. The crew was efficient, thorough, covered all the bushes, moved potted plants and cleaned up completely. We were very pleased with the job and appreciative it was done so quickly.

Great service still does exist. I discovered a problem on the way out of town and they worked with me handling things over the phone. My roof patch was done the next day, making my vacation worry free. Definitely a company you can trust.

Late on a Saturday afternoon during a rain, we discovered a roof leak. I called many different roofers until I got ahold of Daniel from Bass Roofing. I explained where the leak was and he agreed to come out to look at it. He and one of his workers showed up early Monday morning to see the problem and conducted a thorough review of our entire roof system. In doing so he found another problem area (our roof is over 20 years old), then gave me a very reasonable estimate to get the problem areas fixed that day. I agreed with his analysis of the problem areas and the cost to get them fixed. He completed the fix in a few hours and no leaks since! Very impressive! We couldn't be happier. Furthermore, Daniel is very polite and took the time to explain why we were having leaks and exactly what it takes to correct them. We highly recommend Bass Roofing.

I reached out to get an estimate, someone was sent to look at my roof said I would get an estimate later that day, never received a call. 5 days later I called and owner answered and seemed to be lost but assured the the person that was sent out to reach out but again never heard from anyone and this is another few days later. It was urgent that i get this rectified as we have mold and need this leak to stop. I'll find someone else but it just felt highly unprofessional and i was looking forward to giving my business with the reviews that i read.

Misinformed on a start time. I made all the contact with the company. Not once did they initiate the contact, except for a quote.
Communication is a key factor when dealing with customers, even if your having hard times. I know this 1st hand, having been in customer service for many years.
After this, i had an uneasy feeling going ahead with the project. I went with a different contractor.

One phone call and someone was at my residence within 2 hours the beat the next rain storm! Very professional and the technician patched my roof so it would stop leaking to ensure no more damage was caused. A follow up call was made very quick to make a plan to permanently fix the damage. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

This company came highly recommended from a friend that recently had her roof done. When receiving the quote, Mr. Bass was very thorough in explaining what was to be done. My wife and I knew we had a bad roof on our home when we purchased it a year ago, so it was no surprise when we were told that our deck was in bad shape. The crew tore off and put on new decking for almost the entire roof, and was still able to finish the job in a day. The next morning someone came back out, did a very thorough cleaning of the grounds for nails and even cleaned out our gutters.
