Very good experience. Nate my salesman was very polite and professional we told him what we were looking at because we saw the ad online and he explained everything to us and let us test drive the jeep and answered all of our questions making things easy to understand about the jeep. All staff are willing to help with things even after the sale. and Misty was amazing and professional about explaining the financial part of the experience.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 and I had been experiencing an ongoing, perpetual problem with it overheating. I took my truck to two mechanics (not in Carroll area) and both were unable to properly diagnose or repair my truck. I decided I needed to get my truck to Wittrock Motor Co. They were not only able to effectively diagnose my problem but were successful in correcting the problem and fully repairing my truck.

Been taking my jeep Cherokee there for oil changes for 2 years now. At my last oil change, they informed me that my front break pads were paper thin and needed to be replaced. When I scheduled an appointment at a repair shop closer to my house I was informed that my brake pads were perfectly fine. It makes me so mad that places still lie to make a buck. Will not be going back for any reason.

I had some major suspension work done recently on our 2009 Dodge Journey. Replaced both front struts and roters plus 4 new tires and realignment. Work was completed faster than I anticipated and the repair estimate was exactly as quoted. I was exceptionally impressed and happy.

No one came out to help us while we were looking at a vehicle outside. We had to go in.

We had a great experience with Wittrock & Nate, our salesman. Found a car online, called about it. Nate sent us more pictures. We live in northern MN and could not drive to IA for 2 weeks after we found the car we wanted. We put a deposit down. Upon arriving on the set date, the car was waiting for us to test drive. Everyone we worked with was wonderful. We'd buy another car there. Even the 8 hour drive home was worth the experience.

I drove all the way down to Iowa from ND to get a vehicle from the folks at Wittrock. Really enjoyed the transaction and would definitely buy from them again. Pleasant folks to deal and whole transaction was very simple and easy. Two thumbs up from me!

I have family that has bought SEVERAL new vehicles from this dealership for many years. Although I can’t say I had a great experience with them. Went to inquire about a vehicle, the salesman acted like he wasn’t interested in making a sale. Also the trade value I was offered was an insulting low ball offer.

My husband and I went to Wittrock Motors on a chance while traveling and came across a Ford f150 that caught our attention. From start to finish, we had a pleasant experience working with Nate and then finalizing paperwork with Misty. Very down to earth individuals that weren't trying to "work" a sale, which is one of my biggest pet peeves, most dealerships have become accustomed to. We ended up even trading in our car, which we had not originally planned to do, and they gave fair market value as well. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and want to work with a dealership that puts an emphasis back on customer service, it's worth the drive!

I get my oiled changed here all the time! The staff is always so helpful. They get me in and out in no time. The ladies in the office are always so pleasant!!!

I just love the fact that I can be there at 7:30 AM and get my oil changed and be on my way home at 8:00 Please keep this service!! Love it !!!

Brock Jones at Wittrock provided the best service I have had from a dealership in many years. He handled the order for my new Jeep from start to finish, kept me updated on progress, provided great pricing and had everything ready for us when we came to pick it up. Brock and Wittrock exceeded expectations.

Service advisor sadly lacks customer service skills. My husband called before driving 20 miles for a fuse issue and an oil change. Was almost turned down at the service door. Need customer service training or a new job
My husband did receive a call the next day from Jim in service, letting him now the issue with employee Cooper was addressed and his customer service will improve.

Can't say enough about Wittrock Motors! Great service and very friendly employees. Jim the service manager always very friendly. Had to get the oil changed in my vehicle. Kooper the service advisor got vehicle right in and didn't have to wait long at all. Kooper was very outgoing and friendly. Will keep coming back to have it serviced here.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait for a part to be delivered. I waited several weeks, then called to see if they had an update. The part had arrived. I wonder how long it had been sitting on a shelf.

Jim alwasy treats me very well. They had me in and out for my oil change. My air filters were ready for a change. He brought them to me to show me and gave me the option of replacing them, as this is something i could have done on my own. I was leaving for vacation same day and opted for them to just replace them as I didn't want the hassle. He made sure I was aware of prices prior to replacing them. They always inspect my car thoroughly to ensure I am safe on the road. Thank you Wittrock Motor for always providing the best service on my vehicle and treating me as family!

Great service! Came in on short notice for an oild change before I left the state for the weekend and they fit me in and got me out of there in record time!

I received great service here and the service department was very friendly and easy to get along with, it took very little time to service my truck and rotate the tires.

Went to the collision center after a shopping cart made quite an impact on my rear passenger door. The customer service was exceptional and quick. Joel was straight to the point on cost and amount of time it would take to fix. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for such a positive experience. Definitely my go to in town car place for all my automotive needs.

Wittrock Motor Company is our favorite business in Carroll, Iowa.
We have purchased all our vehicles from them and have always been very happy with our purchases. Two weeks ago, we had a vehicle in getting repaired after a hail storm. Enterprise rental gave me a Dodge Ram as a rental to use during that time. Because of an MVA years ago, resulting in PTSD, I found myself loving the safety of this Ram. My husband went to Wittrock’s asking if they had any Ram trucks. They had two brand new ones, and my husband told me to pick one and trade in the vehicle getting service. Because there was a second one available, he chose to trade his vehicle in also, which was scheduled for repair due to a deer strike.Wittrock’s Motor not only does excellent body work and repair; but, they also have an awesome maintenance crew and they get you in quickly for those services. We were not needing new vehicles but because of the business, the service offered, their salespeople, and their overall friendliness, we purchased two new Dodge Bighorn trucks. We love them!! Thank you Wittrock motor and staff.
