I recently had a new roof installed on my home. Witten Roofing South was great. The crew that worked on my roof were professional and respectful. Shannon Sharpe. Not only answered all my questions and concerns. He was committed to the job. Totally Any concerns I had was answered quickly and efficiently. Having my roof replaced was a big deal for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I had with Witten Roofing. Replacing a roof is not a small undertaking and Witten made the process seamless. Shannon Sharpe oversaw the entire process from inspection, to claiming damage with the insurance company, to roof replacement. He even came by and personally inspected the roof a few times after the job was complete to make sure everything was to satisfaction. THAT is what customer service is all about! If I could give more than five stars, I would easily give Shannon and Witten more. They were all of that and then some.

We cannot praise Witten Roofing enough! The staff is amazing and so easy to deal with. A special thanks to Shannon Sharpe for listening to our needs and exceeding our expectations. He really listened to what our concerns were and made us so comfortable along the way. His team was prompt on installation day and knocked it out the park in one day. Very unsatisfied unprofessional company they will tell you anything to sell you The job had several roof leaks, and I could never get them to come back out and repair the work in fact they no showed me several times and overcharged me and highly recommend not going with this company at all cost.

Shannon Sharpe at Witten Roofing went above and beyond on the roof of my home. He had the shingles and equipment delivered onsite the day prior to the install, ready to start strong. Shannon and his crew finished the whole roof in two days, cleaned up the entire work area, and they even installed rain diverters over each key door exit without any extra charge. Coordinated and efficient, Shannon did an incredible job on my new roof and it looks really really nice. Everyone there was so helpful getting a new roof for my mom’s house. They contacted the insurance company for me and the day they came to do the roof there were so many roofers they finished the roof in one day.

Great job replacing our roof. They were professional, on time, fast, and made sure I was happy with the end result. Glad to see there is still a good roofing company around. They will do any roof work I may have in the future.

It was a pleasant experience working with Witten Roofing's Storm Specialist. He was very pleasant, answered all my questions/concerns regarding the installation and always returned my calls which was a plus. I'd met with other roofing specialist and they were not as responsive. The project manager over the roof installation crew demonstrated the same qualities. I am pleased with the finished product. The entire experience was pleasant which helped ease the stress of dealing with all the other repairs I had to deal with on my home due to Hurricane Ida.
