Witham is everything that a small town needs in a car dealership. Their service department is always beyond expectation and their staff is always so friendly and easy to work with.

Troy and Jesse were great to work with. They made the purchase easy. They were also very competitive on the price of the vehicle.

Jesse made my car buying experience smooth and delightful. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted without being pushy. He deserves a raise!

Absolutely horrible experience, brought my dually in for a tire rotation. They destroyed all 4 wheels. Turned timed stamped pictures into the dealerships management. Waited over two months for a resolution calling almost weekly for them to say they did not damage the wheels even though the damage is plain as day from a tire machine. Do not recommend bringing your vehicle to them!!! Attached is one example. The wheel has four alike marks on it. Obviously from the clamp on tire machines.

Bought a car from the sales department and they were great. They were very informative and went over anything I had questions on. I brought it in for first service and the service department was top notch as well. Kept me informed and were quick. Clean waiting room as well. Highly recommend!

Service department awesome. Had my suv serviced and detailed. Manager kept me up to date and vehicle looked brand new afterwards. Very impressed!

This was my first vehicle I've purchased at Witham and it was the most refreshing experience I've had at a dealership period. There are no high pressure tactics, no failed promises, and I received a very fair price. I will always go out of my way to support our local businesses and I'm very glad I did for this purchase. I didn't spend hours stuck in a sales room trying to be pushed into anything, it was very cut and clear.

After having a very upsetting first experience with dan deery, I was able to start new with a great dealership. They worked with me and were understanding of what had happened. They were honest with everything that was going on, and when my parents had been signing the papers. Overall I had Martez as a sells man and he did a wonderful job. Everybody at Witham on La Porte road did an amazing job and was respectful when helping us. They were honest and truly showed us everything we had been paying for. This is the best dealership of the Witham Auto Centers group. This small town dealership has the best sales department I personally have ever dealt with at a Witham Dealership. They are straight forward with you and will even go the extra mile for you. My wife and I bought brand new vehicles from them. The Ford and the Chevy we bought both have a warranty on them that is above and beyond what I could fathom. Jesse was our sales person and we were not given a run around at all by this man. Straight forward and very respectful. I have been to many car dealerships. It seems anymore they are just looking for the sale. They don’t care to get to know you. I will say NOT at this dealership. Everyone that I spoke with was polite and respectful. The service department is polite and respectful. The sales is the same way and even the lady who answers the phone. Bernie has been the best! He’s not the type to give you a run around. He will do everything he can to help you & make sure you’re satisfied with your vehicle! He also takes his time to explain to you everything that’s wrong, & even physically showed me bad parts on my car so I knew what was going on. I prefer this Witham service center over the one in my own city! Highly recommend.

Supper rude very poor customer service. Sales person walked away and ignored us until we left. Instead of just telling me we won't be able to agree on a price he just went and hid in his office

Amazing! I'm from out of town and was having car problems, he orginally asked me to wait until tomorrow, that wasn't an option for me, when I told Bernie that I was from out of town he made it work and got me in in an hour. My son bought a truck from them and the day he made his first payment the front brakes and caliper needed replaced! Now 2 weeks later the brake line needs replacing! All this should have been found when they put new tires on it! So far I've put $700 in it before the brake line! Will definitely not recommend them to anyone!

First time I bought from a dealer. Bought a 97 grand prix with low miles. The only reason I went through with the purchase was cause i was told when purchasing the car it had a warranty. 2 weeks went buy and I had problems with the car and brought it back up and they fixed it but was told when it was done that the car never had a warranty when purchased. So to make things better the car was overheating so I brought it back up 2 weeks after it was fixed the first time and found out that the head gaskets were out of it (even though there known for that). But I find it unfair for me to have to pay around half of what it cost which is around $900 of my own money which I have to save up and on top of that, pay the full coverage insurance and car payment on when I can't drive it due to having no warranty. I'm in dire need of it. I paid way over the amount that it was worth. Most I have ever spent on a vehicle and I wish my experience with the dealership was better than what it turned out. I will never buy from a dealer again due to this happening to me.
