Very responsive but have poor craftsmanship. Their work required multiple follow-ups. After they completed the roof, I bought a roller magnet and found over 100 nails and a circular saw blade in the yard. They also left the pallets that the shingles came on in my driveway, only to be picked up when I called them. Rotted boards were missed during installation and had to be replaced after another visit. A leak developed around the chimney flashing almost a year after them finishing the roof, leading to interior water damage on newly installed drywall. When they arranged for the drywall to be repaired, the final coat of mud was left with multiple voids from air bubbles.

After living in our house for 30+ years with a cedar shake roof, I was hesitant about the aesthetics of going to an asphalt roof shingle. The team at Wisconsin Roofing did a great job in providing affordable quotes and proposing the best shingle options. I am so thrilled with the look of our new roof, it looks better than the cedar shakes ever did! The shingle color they suggested perfectly compliments our siding. Mike, the project manager, did a great job on-site with his crew. They completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I recently had my roof replaced by Wisconsin Roofing. I also had noticed that during storms, water was cascading out of the gutter by my front door due to the roof design . When Jim came to look at the roof, he listened to me explain all the problems I had with the roof. Not only did he look at everything , he explained why it was a problem . He came up with a plan to redirect the rainwater so it went into a gutter that could handle it. No one had ever put the kind of thought into it that he did.
When the work was being done, the crew always showed up on time and finished the job on time. The crew chief Hector was always there and was great if there was ever a question. Jim was also very responsive and always got back to me if I had a question.
I found them to be knowledgeable about what they do , and pleasant to work with on a project. I would certainly use them again.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our new roof and gutter! Jim and his team were both very responsive and incredibly gracious with our situation. Having two kids under two and buying a new home in the crazy market, money is a little tight. Our roof was in major need of repairs due to a ventilation issue. Dozens of sheets of plywood were replaced and Jim only charged us for the store price and waived the labor charge for all additional sheets installed. I had Wisconsin Roofing perform a full tear-off/new shingle install on my very complex 30 y.o. roof (May 2023), with Certainteed ClimateFlex Dimensional Shingles (a great option for our northern climate). From proposal thru installation the owner Jim and project manager Jeb were extremely communicative. They scheduled the install taking into consideration my extensive landscaping (early spring, yet warm enough for shingle adhesion). The crew worked long days to minimize extra days on site. Clean-up was exceptional with multiple rounds of magnet scanning for nails. My experience has led to hiring them again to install Rain Drop Gutter Guard Leaf protection. My roof looks great!

Out of all the roofing estimates I received Jim was the only person to inspect my roof from the outside and inside which he found water damage on the inside. Jake was wonderful to work with on our roofing project. He was quick to respond to emails, texts, and phone calls, and was able to schedule my roof installation earlier than expected. We met with Jake, an owner, several times. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one. He’s extremely knowledgeable and gave us good information. We had great communication with Jake from start to finish. He took the time to look over our house and discovered the problem areas, in our attic and under the eaves, where previous roofers had taken some short-cuts. His expertise was especially vital in picking out the style and color of our shingles. It was important to us to match the house roof to the shingles that were put on the garage we’d built five years ago. The invoice from the garage project actually listed the wrong color shingle on it, and Jake recognized the error and identified the correct color for us. He also went above and beyond to find the shingles we wanted, as they were out of stock and not being made at this time. We’re most appreciative of his time and efforts to go the extra mile(s) for us! We now have a beautiful roof that matches our garage perfectly.

Jim and his crew know what they're doing at Wisconsin Roofing LLC. My wife and I went through them to replace our flat roof and gutters, and they did a fantastic job. The work took about 1 week, and some extra things needed to be done after the brunt of it was complete, but Jim kept us in the loop about everything, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We had Jim and Wisconsin Roofing do our replacement of old shingles on our house. We got multiple quotes, and Wisconsin Roofing came in with their pricing in the middle of the quotes. We made a decision on Wisconsin Roofing based on our neighbors reference as they had had their roof replaced by Wisconsin roofing; the prep work that Jim did of looking into our attic and talking about ridge vents where no one else had; his explanation of the shingles themselves and the difference of what he was recommending versus other shingles.

He kept us informed of the status in preparation for when the shingling would begin, and explanation of how the shingling would happen. When they arrived, they arrived with a large crew and had quoted that it would take three days to do our shingling. They arrived at 6:30 AM and they left at 8 PM and they had completed the project in one day. That included a great cleanup of removing nails and other shingling debris.

The crew was professional and enjoyable to work with.

He helped coordinate with the brickwork company he recommended and helped us lock in material prices before they exploded. Wisconsin Roofing recently completed a replacement roof on my ranch style house for me and I would like to say that Jim and his crew did an excellent job. I solicited three quotes from local roofers and of the three, Jim was the only one to go up and physically inspect the roof and document potential problem areas. - Clean up with magnetic rakes and other magnet tools (I have not found a nail yet... something other neighbors have been complaining about with other roofers.
- Changed existing roof box vents (faded) with new and more recommended ridge vents (no one else offered this)
- Quick responses to my questions about shingle types as I did my own research (ex Consumer Reports) on shingles and they are not all the same.

Jim's team started when they said they would and finished when they said they would (weather permitting, which did not impact them). I have other house projects being done and needed the roofing project to be done within a specific window of time.

Jim was at my house the very next day and had an estimate to me that evening. He was available and responsive whenever I had questions.
