We had the team of Rosalia, Agustin, Mirna. Ivania. Anjelica and Erika clean our office last week after a rodent infestation. They were a wonderful, very thorough team. Also seemed like they were having fun while cleaning. Thank you so much!

Rick and Paul did a great job cleaning up our basement after we experienced flooding after the 3 inches of rain last week and the 3 year old sump pump lost the ghost. Thanks Rick and Paul for all of your help.

It was a raining day and I was alone moving some of my things out of my apartment. The gentleman from Servpro was there waiting for me patiently. VICTOR was so helpful as he helped me take some things to my vehicle in the rain. Please not the mention the other gentleman helped me too. To these gentleman thank a million.

On Monday, May 12th, the crew from SERVPRO (Donovan, Ariel, Teresa and Rosalia) did a fantastic job of mold remediation (caused by water damage from shingles blown off a second story dormer) in a spare bedroom. They were extremely hard working and professional. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks, John

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They are scammers and do not do what they say they are going to do and instead double down on their lies and threaten liens.

The water line on our fridge burst and we were able to pick up most of the water ourselves. We called Servpro to assist with getting the rest of the water up and avoid mold. When they showed up they gave me a estimate of $800. They were at our location for about an hour to get up the remaining water that was in the carpet and under the flooring. They left fans which they stopped and checked on for two days after. They also left a dehumidifier which wasn't needed as we have an entire buidling dehumidifier...they didn't ask. Their total time in our building was under 3 hours. I received an invoice over a month later for 3.5x their estimate. When I reviewed their invoice it included items they didn't do, example is work on our walls, and their total square footage was 5x what they actually did. I understand the $800 was an estimate but their invoice was nowhere near this amount and their invoice was not accurate. I was told it would be corrected but it never was. Instead of fixing their mistake they started threatening us with liens.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Servpro is awesome! What a great team! Rick, Teresa, Paul, Ariel, and Mikhai came to my house and just attacked my basement and cleaned up! And I had a mess! It was also nice to see the care in the way they treated my belongings in the basement! I just have to say that they rocked!!! And they were all very happy, professional and down to earth with their approach. Thank you so much for your great service!

SERVPRO was the BEST! Talented and knowledgeable working staff. The project manager, Dean Llanas, was exceptional and made the misfortune easy to cope with. He deserves a medal!

This review is ONLY for the CLEANING TEAM! Veronica, Carina, Arlasaly, Evans, Raquel, Erica, Rosie, Angie, Merna and Julie did an amazing job! They spent 2 days at my home cleaning from top to bottom after 10 months of water damage cleanup, demolition, and reconstruction. They were amazing.

4/7/2025 Update:

In order to avoid a lien on my property, I was forced to pay Servpro $453.16 for services not rendered which include detaching and resetting the dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. Servpro did not complete these services. Thank you Servpro for your initial response to this review. You have my email and phone number by which to contact me to remedy this. If I do not hear from a representative from Servpro by 4/11/2025, I will be taking further action for return of funds for services not rendered by Servpro.

3/20/2025

I had a leak in my kitchen. (1) During the mitigation work, one of the Servpro mitigation workers asked for my number while in my house which was inappropriate. I feared the repercussions of declining his advancement due to his knowledge and accessibility of my home.

(2) Servpro installed a temporary sink without asking my permission or obtaining approval from insurance and then charged $1,322 for it and the temporary sink leaked and caused more property damage which Servpro refused to rectify. Before they started work, Servpro was provided with Travelers estimate of the mitigation work which did not include a line item for a temporary sink. Prior to mitigation, Servpro did not request approval for a temporary sink. Servpro did not ask the homeowner if they would like a temporary sink. Servpro installed a temporary sink. A week later, there were leaks from the temporary sink which resulted in the homeowner having to pay $339.71 out of pocket for dehumidifiers to rectify the issue after Servpro refused to. Homeowner was then billed $960 for a temporary sink and $362 for the hook up of the temporary sink for a total of $1,322.

My sister and I just wanted to let you know that we received awesome service regarding possible water damage from our upstairs neighbors sink over flowing. The water came down into my bathroom sealing vent. We called Your company and we were pleased with the awesome service. Your associate Austin Fisher came to check if we had any damage. He was very pleasant and informative. After his thorough research he advised that there was no moisture nor mold or standing water. The ceiling fan was in good condition. Jon, Teresa, Mumbai and Alonxie were most helpful, knowledgable, and courteous in helping my husband and I thru smoke damage in our home. I learned a lot from them and most importantly the smoke damage is gone. Thank you Servepro North team!!!

The crew consisting of Anatol, Jose and Pilo got to work as soon as they arrived and covered the carpet with plastic to keep tracking dirt in to a minimum. While Anatol got them started and had to leave for another site, but Jose and Pilo wasted no time in getting to work.
They removed damaged flooring and a piece of ceiling as they were water damaged and took out the waste as they worked. I’m an hoping the second phase of this repair goes as smoothly as this.
I want to thank All three of these men for their fast and accurate work and would recommend Ser Pro to anyone need restoration and repairs.

Vero, Karina, Rosalie and Ana did an outstanding job tackling a terrible mess left as the result of a mouse infestation. I highly recommend these wonderful Women for any tough job you have.

We recently experienced a sump pump failure leaving us with a very soggy basement. Our Homeowner Agent recommended Servpro to do our clean up and restoration. John R was on site in an hour after my phone call assessing what needed to be done. The following day a pleasant hardworking team of six (Jon, Anatol, Donovan, Strother, Mikhai, and Teresa) stripped carpeting and sanitized damp floors as well as treat wet walls and floor boards. All wet materials were taken with when they left. There were a lot of storage items/ furniture to be moved and they made quick work of it. They left their equipment…fans and dehumidifiers and will return to continue their work tomorrow. What a great well organized and professional company!!!

If you are looking for a mold mitigation company, SERVPRO does a decent job (reason for 2 stars). If you are looking for a general contractor to bring your home back to normal after any sort of damage, beware. We started working with SERVPRO on 07/12/24 due to a shower leak that caused mold and within two weeks the mold was mitigated. If you file an insurance claim, your insurance company will put SERVPRO on the payee line, along with you and your mortgage company. This SERVPRO location has refused to endorse the check cut by my insurance company. Due to having holes in my kitchen, laundry room, and first floor bathroom for over three months, I called a drywaller and had the holes fixed within one week; but since SERVPRO refused to endorse the insurance check, I have no access to those funds. I have had to pay out of my pocket to do the job SERVPRO should have done months ago. I had to act as the GC and in doing so, I have the same legal right to the funds as SERVPRO but they hold you hostage and refuse to endorse the check. Their contract to start work says they will give you line item pricing...they don't unless you ask them multiple times. At one point we received a phone call from the GC saying he just got the design for the tile in the bathroom from 21st Century Tile, but we received the same e-mail he did 10 days prior (we were all listed as recipients in the e-mail); this leads me to believe they may be embellishing other facts of the remodel process such as timeline and product availability. All of our tile was picked out on 10/04 and is in stock at the tile shop yet no work has been done. The carpenter who framed our shower showed up to our home with no idea what he was supposed to do; he was frustrated and said this is the last job he is doing with SERVEPRO. The GC would just show up to our house with no phone call and my wife works from home, but she has to work and cannot step away from her office very often. I have attached photos of how our home was left for three and a half months. This has been an absolute nightmare. I will update this review and post pictures when the project is completed. I realize this review is not a very good one, but all the employees of SERVEPRO have been very nice and polite, but the performance is a two star at best. During my last phone call with SERVPRO I was told hunting season has delayed the repair process, so if you use them just know that your quality of life takes a back seat to their employees hunting.

UPDATE: It is 2/4/25 and the shower still leaks, they damaged our cabinets. And the heated floor still doesn’t work. Do not work with Brad Jaeger, he won’t call you back, says he will come out and not show up. This has been a nightmare. More photos added.

UPDATE: It is now March 17th. I just tried to have Servepro endorse two checks written by my insurance company ($17,000 total) and they are still holding my money hostage. They refuse to sign checks issued in December and February, and I couldn’t hire anyone else if I wanted to because I can’t access the money. Brad Jager lied and told me to come by any time this week to have the checks sign. Brad Cowel (owner) is incompetent because there is no designate agent allowed to endorse a check other than him and he was a never there. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Rosalia and Karina were the ladies who performed the final cleanup. They were so nice and the cleaning that they did was phenomenal!! Everything was absolutely spotless. We were very impressed with both these lovely ladies. Also RJ and Robison were so quick to respond after our water damage to the wall and carpet and the repair was done quickly. We can’t tell there had been any damage at all. Great team!!

We had Rosalia and Karina and they were wonderful, quick, and respectful with our belongings! They did an excellent job.

We had our shower water pipe burst and water was spraying within our walls and leaking/flooding our basement. We called ServPro and couldn’t be happier! RJ, Alejandra and Joselyn were amazing! They taped up and laid down environmental barriers so all of the drywall particles, their footsteps and cleaning products stayed within the work area. And when they left for the day, my whole basement was cleaner than when they arrived. RJ was super informative - educating us on the work being done and why. The whole team (RJ, Alejandra, and Joselyn) was efficient, highly skilled, professional, kind and so pleasant!
I give my highest recommendation to ServPro! They give you peace of mind that the job will be done very well and done right!

This group was the best to work with! All of the communication was timely and detailed. The cleaning/restoration crew was top notch. Everyone was so accommodating and flexible with any changes or tweaks we needed. Definitely recommend this crew!

We were 215 miles away on vacation when our friend who looked over our pet & house saw we had a flooded basement after having nearly 6" of rain Thursday night. The whole basement, which is about 1500 Sq. feet, had water on the carpet. We got home Saturday PM, and had contacted ServPro on the way back. They assembled a team, and Teresa, Cuco, & Gabe were here at 5pm. They moved everything that needed to be moved, and had got all the water sucked out by 8pm with their equipment. They left 16 blowers going and a large air filter/dehumidifier going. The project Manager, Rob Chessman, came on Monday Morning, checked everything, including a tool. That measure through & behind walls and told us the good news that our walls were saved. He was very thorough and made sure everything is taken care of. Then his team of Jose & Cuco came and ripped out all the carpet in 1 day, which was pretty surprising for the amount we had! Our house immediately smelled better once that was out, and they sanitized & deordorized the floor. The 16 blowers stayed until Wed., everything was dry & they came and picked up their equipment. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ServPro if anyone has to go through the unfortunate event of a flood. They were quick, thorough, informative, and made sure to take care of the problem which was so beneficial in a already stressful situation. Thank you Rob, Teresa, Cuco, Gabe & ServPro for a FANTASTIC job.

Darren and Ron were fabulous. I got to know Darren more because he was here several more days than Ron. His expertise was phenomenal. But also he was a delight to have in our home. He is kind, dedicated, and trustworthy. Also, the team that moved all the furniture and did the remediation were so skilled. One gentleman, the lead of the team, possessed remediation knowledge well beyond his years. I wholeheartedly recommend ServPro. I hold a special place for Juan, our project manager. Amazing man, father (I was fortunate to hear about his son), and just really great person. Can’t recommend him enough. Really! These men all deserve a huge raise and some paid time off, please.

My husband and I have lived in our home for 24 years. During that time we have worked through many interesting home issues. When one of our water pipes blew in October; our basemen had two inches of water, ceiling tiles and tile in the bathroom coming off the floor, and the electric shorted, we didn’t think we could do it all again. My husband decided to call Service Pro and skip the hassle of cleanup and restoration. I am so pleased he did!!! From the crew that showed up within an hour of the call and throughout the ENTIRE process we couldn’t be happier with ServePro! Tom and Mikhai were very efficient and innovative. I was impressed with the method used to board up my window. It’s not easy being the outside man on the second floor. They made sure that there were no dangerous rods used to secure the board protruding into the bedroom. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. First rate technicians.

We were surprised with a water burst pipe this morning. Within less than 30 minutes we had Jon come out to inspect and within another 30 minutes or less a wonderful crew came and got to work! And wow did they work! Pleasant, friendly and hard working! I'm hoping to see this crew again for the remainder of the project. A big shout out to Jon, Brendon, Teresa, Mikhai. Anatol and Strotther! Darin has been a pleasure to work with this past week.Every 8:00 morning he was always on time.The drywall replacement was seamless when he repaired our ceiling from a leak from above condo neighbor’s unit.Darin had to condition the walls after wallpaper was removed before priming and painting was done and done perfectly.Thank you Darin

Great job by the crew (Jon, Mikhai, Brendon, Teresa, Andrew Strother) with demo in my kitchen to clean out some damage from ice damming. Very professional, respectful and kept the area clean and livable while the work was being done.

Kannada and Rosalia just finished phase two of mitigation, they were outstanding as was the whole mitigation crew. Carpenters Jacob and Bill were also very good. The ownership and management leaves a lot to be desired

We came home from vacation to find a severe water leak in our basement, extending to the adjacent finished guest bedroom. Multiple items were soaked, including all carpeting. We contacted Servpro on a Saturday afternoon, they had a team drive about one hour to our home, arriving 7 PM that night. They worked for 2 1/2 hours to get the situation “stabilized”. All involved were extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

We had a faulty seal from a toilet in our master bath which led to a leak into our lower level bathroom ceiling. Drew came out to assess the damage and he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable with wonderful communication skills. José and Cuco came out to mitigate the damage a few days later and they, too, were very personable, professional, and did an excellent job to make sure we would not have any problems in the future. We are super impressed with everyone and highly recommend Servpro Milwaukee North.

The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up and restoring my flooded basement. I couldn't recommend ServPro high enough when catastrophe happens and you need professionals to get the job done. ServPro was at my home mitigating my flood accident within 90 minutes after my initial call. ServPro then repaired my basement after mitigation and the basement looks brand new. The cleaning ladies who cleaned my basement after it was repaired did an outstanding job. A big thank you to Darren, Bill, Ron, Eloy, Tom, Teresa, Ale, Karina, Robinson, Pilo, and Dean!
