Recently had BCI replace my garage roof, very professional, through, fast and clean work. Was so impressed I had them come back a few months later and had them install more attic isulation and had them retro-foam insulation to an upstairs bedroom. Quality work, affordable and very satisfied. I would highly recommend!!

We have used BCI for 2 roofs, one flat and one front porch. Both were done excellently and have withstood the test of time and weather. They gave us a solid quote and met it without further changes, which was nice.
Definitely a good service, good value for money.

I would not recommend doing business with BCI. Not only was Kevin the Salesperson condescending and rude... but when I asked for some initial clarifications on their proposal he acted put out.
The WORST part of this whole situation was; after 2 weeks I received their contract. I had my Attorney review the contract and he made changes To PROTECT me the consumer. I forwarded the changes to Kevin. The next day I received a very cryptic and short email from Kevin stating they decided to withdraw from a $40,000 + job.
Long story short after calling Kevin to ask what was going on he simply said they have used their contract for years. He then said I was asking for too many changes.
I would urge anyone to look for a different company. Their contract is riddled with things that protect BCI.
The owner Larry is aware of this entire situation. He did nothing to try to see the consumer's concerns with their contract.
Definitely interview other companies. They are courteous, not condescending and want to help and protect YOU the consumer.
Thank you, Larry for your responsiveness to my post. Nice job of having 3 various people post short positive reviews about BCI all in the same hour! Just so my review would fall down on the list. Also, you never addressed the whole point of my review. You had no response when you found out that a high powered Real Estate Attorney reviewed your contract. He called out all the things that protect me the consumer. If you were a legitimate business person you would have come back and negotiated like every other owner does. Don't say my project was not in your scope of business. It was just fine until you realized your contract was discovered to not protect the consumer.

My daughter had her mobile home roof replaced. Taylor gave a fair quote and was very professional. Louise the office manager answered all my questions and concerns and was so easy to talk to. BCI was the best company I've ever worked with, ever! If I could I would have given them a ten star. Thank you for the wonderful job you did.

Local Wisconsin business that replaced our roof and aluminum siding following hail damage. Unlike many contractors that pushed vinyl siding on us, BCI was willing to hang aluminum like we had before. I highly recommend their services. They took pride in their work and the final result shows.

After what felt like one hundred roofing companies came out and attempted to fix our leaking roof, Kevin from BCI came out and did an extremely thorough inspection and fixed the issue the same day! He was so kind and helpful! It was such a breath of fresh air after numerous attempts by other companies to fix the roof. Kevin is the best!

BCI installed a new roof for us. When we were getting quotes it came down to BCI and one other company. Ultimately, Taylor from BCI had better knowledge, was friendly and reliable and gave us a fair price. We appreciated that Taylor didn't use the corporate language and talked to us as people, not a sale.
BCI came out ahead of schedule to do the install. It was done in one day and the work site was left clean. They also took great care in protecting the area as they worked. Josh was there to answer any questions or concerns throughout the day and was very helpful.
We are very happy with the new roof and it looks beautiful! We will be working with BCI again for other house updates in the future.

This is the second time that we have had BCI do work on our house and we are still impressed! Both times we worked with Taylor and he was always quick to respond with any questions we had. We recently had a whole facelift to our siding and gutters on our house. Tom, Brian, Kurt and Scott were always timely, friendly and informative throughout the whole process. They took their time and paid attention to every detail and it shows. I would highly recommend using BCI for any project!

We cannot say enough positive things about BCI! Our basement flooded (sump pump over-run) and called BCI for an opinion on our gutters. They recommended larger gutters and some additional downspouts. They were booking out about 6 weeks (as everyone was), but they followed through on the project with no cancellations. I cannot believe how quickly the old gutters came down and how fast the new ones (and downspouts) went up. Great team all around, awesome experience!

Got great help from Tom trying to decide a close color, profile match to my vinyl siding. I appreciated the time and patience he spent with me. This is a place I can recommend.

Went with BCI to have my roof and gutters replaced. They were not the cheapest (about 10% higher than some other bids), but that's not what I was looking for. The quality of the work done and materials used were excellent and crew were on time. The foreman and office were always responsive. Roof and gutters look great. Crew cleaned up after themselves every day, and I only found one nail and that was under the dumpster which they took the time to warn me about. Some minor landscaping damage which was resolved to our satisfaction and they came back to fix a few things that I noticed after the job was completed. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Kevin S came to our new home due to a water leak around a vent. He inspected the roof, replaced the vent and caulked it properly as well one of the sun tunnels. Then he repaired a ding in our front gutter by a delivery vehicle! Outstanding service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable- thanks for all the assistance. Highly recommended

Great team all around at BCI, extremely satisfied with our new roof! Sales was informational and experienced. Polite and friendly install crew. But project manager Kevin is where they really exceeded expectations with awesome customer service. He made the project come together by offering up his expertise and the right products for the various parts of our home! He made sure to look at the insulation and soffits in the vaulted ceiling area of our home when they tore off the old roof and had a ventilation solution for areas where we had none. Going above and beyond when we had new insulation put in by a different company (we didn't know that BCI does insulation as well) a year after the roof was done. The insulation contractor was deflecting issues and blaming the roofing work. Kevin visited again and personally went into the attic to look and determine the cause of the issue. Even went up on the roof in the middle of winter too look at our vents. You want a roofing job done right and people who really care, I can fully recommend BCI.

I want to thank Jesse, Dan and Roman for the great window installation. They were professional and friendly. They we careful about our cat, taking care to be sure doors were closed. The windows are great and I love my new and working patio door!!! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jesse and his crew again. Thanks so much!

BCI Exteriors installed new double front entry doors on our home. These were the original doors from when our home was built. It was a challenging project. The crew, Jesse, Dan and Roman were awesome. Their workmanship quality was excellent. They were polite, professional and conscientious. They finished the project in one day and cleaned up well. And they were both very pleasant to talk too. They are great representatives of BCI.

They were on time, did a great job with roof and gutter installation using high quality materials. It looks great!

BCI (and my main contact Taylor) were great to work with. I’ve done extensive remodeling on my home and have always had challenges. Short of a couple small communication issues, this experience was pretty flawless and we are very happy with the end product so far. BCI’s pricing was very competitive and numerous neighbors commented to me about their quick work and quality appearance. We had our entire roof and all gutters, downspouts, etc, replaced. I would highly recommend them. On-site crew was also very nice and did their best to minimize the mess left (impossible to eliminate mess from a re-roofing job).

Jesse and his crew Mike and Oscar did a great job installing a patio door and replacing outdoor sidings. Jesse ensured that I was happy with the work that was done.He was friendly and professional. Because of some water damage around our windows, we wanted to go with a Company that would work with us to not only replace the windows, but also repair any damaged framing and siding. BCI Exteriors proved to be a great organization to help us address these problems. Taylor, the project specialist/sales rep was incredibly helpful throughout the ordering process and was always quick to respond to questions about the products or project status. He also went above and beyond to help ensure our primary area of concern was properly weatherproofed while we awaited receipt and installation of the new windows and siding.

Jesse, the project lead for the installation team, was great to work with during the installation process. He promptly addressed any items of concern to us, ensuring that we were happy with the finished product. He also worked with us to complete a couple other minor siding repairs while the team was on-site, saving us the hassle of having to separately hire out that work (or have the BCI team return at a later date).

We will certainly be reaching back out to Taylor, Jesse, and the BCI Exteriors team for our future window, siding, and roofing needs.

Jesse and Charles did an amazing job installing our windows. They were fast, clean, courteous. Their finish carpentry was top-notch. Taylor was very responsive to all of our text and emails.

The quality of work on a complicated storm door installation at our house was excellent. Jesse, the installer put in long hours to make the many adjustments needed to make the door fit properly and he showed us what he was doing throughout the process. He was friendly and professional. Taylor, the sales rep followed up with me immediately after the job was done to ensure that we were satisfied. Both Jesse and Taylor thanked us for the business; I appreciate that.

Taylor at BCI did an amazing job of replacing the windows at our original windows that were nearly 100 years old.

BCI replaced our roofs and have always been quick to respond whenever we have had a question or concern. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. We have been beyond impressed with them and their warranties.

Excellent & honest communication. Quality workmanship, crew supervisor stayed on sight, actively managed workers and paid attention to small details. Was not our cheapest bid, but WELL WORTH paying slightly more to have job fully completed, CORRECTLY, with no hassle and to have questions & phone calls answered promptly the same day.

The initial employee who evaluated our roof and gave us the estimate was polite and informative. The workers were quick; they finished installing our roof in one day.

Had our roof replaced and the experience was amazing. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We scheduled in December 2020 and lucked out on some weather, so they started the job earlier than expected and finished faster than they quoted. Highly recommend!

Kevin Schwader has saved me a lot of money on a questionable gutter replacement. He went on a ladder to assess to condition of my existing gutter and simply removed the build up, which immediately improved the water flow there. Prep took two weeks before siding went up. Framing around basement windows could not have been done more neatly. Wish they would have done my roof years ago.

Will use them exclusively for all exterior home improvement work going forward.

BCI replaced our roof in 2008. They did an excellent job. We had an ice dam issue recently and they came right out to help. Everyone in the process was great.

Kevin came out to look at our old house to give estimates on repair. Given the age of our house he recommended using another company based on what they specialize in. However, he spent a good amount of time with us explaining things we should think about and gave us many recommendations. Very honest and trustworthy.

Now that I have worked with Steve at BCI, I won't go anywhere else! Great work, dependable & reasonably priced.

We needed a few pieces of siding replaced after a home project and BCI went above and beyond to locate our siding and trim. They kept us updated the whole time and provided excellent customer service throughout. This was a very small task in the grand scheme of projects they take on, but we felt just as prioritized the entire time. Thank you BCI!

Kevin at BCI was just a honest inspector and repairman. After 3 other quotes and being told I needed a new roof, Kevin laid it all out after his inspection and pointed out what needed to be done repair wise to get us dry again. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone not trying to upsell you every step of the way or scare you into a upgrades you don't need. I will definitely call them in the future if I need to and pass along their name to the people I know that need work on their homes.

They installed my roof, gutters and downspouts over a year ago and when I called them to assess/repair some gutter/downspout damage, Kevin arrived as scheduled, took care of the problem, and charged me nothing (attributed it to warranty)...impressive!

We need some siding repairs done. BCI looked like a good fit so we got an estimate from them. They came out promptly and went through the whole thing with me and took a video of the project to pass on to the crew. They explained this was a busy time of year and we agreed it could be done when they could fit it in. It was short notice so I could not expect anything else. No other company could even give me a date since the year was so rainy and everyone was behind. They were a verified hardy plank installer so I was happy to see that.

After a few months, they called to schedule an appointment and the crew showed up on time and was very friendly and we talked about the project and some additional concerns I had. Bill the crew leader assured me it was all going to be taken care of. They finished the job and cleaned up everything leaving nothing behind. The job was done really well and I am very happy we hired them to do it.

I highly recommend you give them a chance to bid on your job if need some estimates. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Thought that things were well explained from the beginning. Unexpected construction issues came up. Were informed of this in a phone call in a professional manner and were told that the Project Manager would be out to talk to us about it. The issue was explained well and we were made to feel confident in choosing an option to fix it. P.M.'s confidence in his foreman to do that part of the job well was helpful to us. Workers were professional and courteous and worked together well. Are satisfied with the work that was done.

BCI has given us a new roof and many new windows over recent years, and will continue to be our go-to company for our exterior work. Always a pleasure to work with them - and we definitely get high quality results.

BCI quoted and installed an asphalt shingle roof for us. Their pricing was competitive with other companies offering similar products, but their scope of work was the most comprehensive. BCI worked closely with us from the start of the project until completion.

We contracted BCI Exteriors to replace a poorly constructed flat rubber roof on our garage. They presented presented several options and compared them to suggested fixes by other companies, and when they showed up to do the job, they arrived on time and completed the entire roofing work in two days. They took into account several additional concerns, like replacing shingles and subroofing wood, as well as adjusting the taper and installing barriers to ensure the water wouldn't pool or go over the edges where we didn't want it to. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience with BCI.

Job was front Hardie siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and new front storm door. Installation went smooth and the installers were courteous and efficient. The products are excellent and have updated my homes appearance for at least the next 30 years!

Good folks who provide intelligent and considerate solutions. I have felt very confident in their advice and in the fact that their goal is to do a good job with no b.s.. I have had them out to examine leaks at two properties.

When their people inspect a condition they don't leap to expensive conclusions, but take logical steps to address a given problem. They are great about working with the property owner to do only what is necessary while being mindful of further steps that can be taken if necessary. That's just what I look for in a professional, and can be tough to find, so I want to be sure to spread the word about a good contractor.

BCI did a great job on our siding. The installers were skillful and conscientious. When they ran into problems, they communicated clearly and found workarounds. The finished product reflects their quality craftsmanship. We are very happy.

BCI Exteriors Roofing Company was very professional, and punctual from start to finish of my roofing job. They showed up right on time and efficiently completed my house roof in one day as planned. Gutters were also done in one day as planned and discussed. I was very appreciative and grateful after I had a first roofing contractor ( All Pro Exteriors-Kenosha), commit contract theft/fraud with my personal funds. I want to especially give thanks to BCI Exteriors owner who listened and got my roofing project done as discussed without problems/delay! The crew with Rubi as lead, also were great with attention/detail. I got my leak fixed and GAF charcoal black asphalt shingles with ice/water shield. I also received a lifetime manufacture warranty.

We are very satisfied with their work. They have done several projects for us and we have always been pleased with the results. We will be sure to use them again in the future. They have great ideas and suggestions for colors and concepts.

This is the second time we've had BCI do full replacement of roofing on our historic home. In 2007, they removed 2 layers of asphalt plus the original cedar shake, re-sheathed with OSB, and shingled a 15/12 pitch roof in 3 days!! After 11 years, this roof is still in beautiful shape, and I didn't hesitate to call again to have BCI replace the original tar and gravel flat roof on our garage. As we anticipated, there was a lot of rotten material and failing prior repairs beneath the old roof. Jerry and Jorge replaced all the wood with solid material (not OSB or plywood), as it was originally built, and did a terrific job of installing a new rubber roof, complete with metal copings, that will last and look wonderful WELL into the future. BCI is top-notch!

I commissioned BCI to replace the cedar boards on the majority of my condo with LP Smartside composite. This was a large job. The bid was the lowest of all the contractors I contacted. The two carpenters who did the job (Randy and Aaron) worked quickly and kept long hours to complete the job. The workmanship is flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. BCI then had their dedicated team of gutter installers arrive and replace the rain gutters disposed of during the LP installation. Again, flawless workmanship. Once the job was completed, BCI had the fully loaded dumpster and unused building materials quickly picked up. BCI is a quality first class operation and I highly recommend them.

BCI just completed my roofing project. This was the second time I have used this company. The first was for new gutters in 2017 so obviously I am a repeat customer. They came out, examined my roof, and discussed all of my options including waiting another year. The bid was clear and they also explained all of the new venting ideas and how it will help with ice damming in the winter and keep my home cooler in the summer. I had many color options and the roof in addition to serving a function also is more aesthetically pleasing. I strongly recommend this company.

We had 4 contractors bid on the roof and Steve from BCI Exteriors was the best prepared and professional sales rep. He hit the ground running with a video of his inspection of our roof with audio comments on what problems he saw. Steve said they use the video to acquaint the crew with the job before arriving on site. Some of the other reps didn't even go on the roof but depended on their flashy presentation and special deals if we signed up then. We held out for BCI to complete their quote and we are glad we did. As you might expect with a commodity such as shingles and roofing, the quotes were with in a few dollars of each other. The crew reflected the same pride of high quality and professional workmanship that Steve showed. Despite a rain delay, the crew showed up as needed and got the job done in the anticipated amount of time. The foreman, Kurt, kept us informed of the progress. The job site was always kept tidy. I have full confidence that the job was done right. I was a bit leery of the gutter guards and ridge vent but I let BCI do what they knew was best. As a compliment I look forward to not seeing them again. Well done.
