The Servpro crew of Strother, Ariel, Teresa and Anatol were very professional, attentive to controlling all the debris and super informative throughout the day of the amount of water damaged they discovered. The project manager Jon, came at the end of the day to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed so everything went smoothly and correctly.

I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink. Flooring and 2 kitchen cabinets were beyond damaged. The leak also went down into my basement ceiling and carpeting. There was mold and mildew involved. It was horrible. I went on line and found the perfect company to do the job. They did the tear out, cleanup, mold/mildew cleanup, repairs, drywall repairs, and did a super job. Avi was my project manager and guided me thru the process with scheduling and any questions I had. I can't say enough good things about the people from ServPro. After the work was done, 2 wonderful ladies came in to dust, clean the floors and anything they could reach. Thanks to Karina and Angle. If you have to go thru a process like this, don't do it alone. Call people who are awesome!

Anatol and Martin were on time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything and answered all my questions, and cleaned everything up before they left.

These guys did a great job getting to our house within a few hours and starting the clean up process after our sump pump failed

Anatol, Mikhai and Ariel are great young men they came and took care of everyrhing. Very polite, arived early, explained things very well and got righr to it! Great job!

Rick and Javier showed up on time and got to work quickly. They took care to keep the construction mess to a minimum, cleaned up after they were done and even moved our furniture back while we wait for the industrial dehumidifier to finish the job. Called Servpro on a Friday, sorted out my insurance situation on Monday and they were there Tuesday to begin the work without delay.

Jose and Martin did an excellent job moving the frigerator, stove and dishwasher and they were very courteous and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you.

RJ and Paul from SERVPRO were on time and very professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up all the dried blood on the wood staircase and wall that was from my husband's fall. I don't know they did it, but the finish even remained on the wood stairs! Well worth the price! Thank you RJ and PAUL!

We had a heating radiator burst at our house. Rick and Teresa did a great job getting the moisture removed from the house and keeping me informed. Very happy

Mikhai , Paul and Teresa removed partial ceiling and kitchen tile backsplash . All 3 were very pleasant and worked well together.

We called Servpro at 1 AM on the 4th of July to remediate a black water pipe break that had just occurred. Gabe came to remediate the water damage and did a great job leaving our minds at ease in the catastrophe. Juan coordinated our restoration so everything came together quickly after the insurance settlement process. When it was time to move furniture and prep for the restoration Gabe came back with Teresa. They were professional, efficient, careful and thoughtful. Later they were joined by Jose and Cuco to move the remaining large heavy furniture out of the basement and remove the remaining carpet.. Everyone on the team could not have been more professional, thoughtful and efficient.
I was surprised at how quickly they were able to deal with everything in our basement. I highly recommend the Servpro team it felt like family coming to help in your time of need.

The team of Jose and Cusco did an outstanding job of ripping out the recreation room carpeting and staircase. They were very easy to converse with Jose kept me abreast of the progress and I appreciated that. The also finished the demo on the first floor damaged room that needed the remaining shards of the damaged maple floor removed. All areas were left spotless. They seemed very proud of the job well done. I really recommend them as demo professionals.

Jon, José, and Strothers worked with me on some water damage inside a wall below a leaky window. They were thorough every step of the way showing me the problem and giving me the breakdown step by step of how the repairs would get done. And when they cut into the wall to mitigate the damage they sectioned off the room extremely well to avoid excess mess. I was very impressed and happy these guys answered any and all my questions every step of the way.

Jon, Jose and Gabe were awesome . They were fast, thorough and very nice. If I ever have to use this service again I would do it in a heartbeat. Hopefully I won't need the service again, God willing.

I had water leaking into my home and called ServPro to take care of it. They recommended a roofer who was able to come repair the roof, and then rebuilt, repainted, and reassembled my room. Dean is great to work with and Rosalia, Joselyn, Rick, and Tom did an amazing job putting everything back together and cleaning up.

Team consisted of James, John, Quinton, and Jose'. Damage resulted from a backed up sewer and was quite extensive. As Over-all supervisor James made the plan And as job in charge lead, John followed through while making other decisions on the spot. All work was carried out in a very professional manner showing consideration and respect to both my husband and myself as well as our home. We were very pleased with all the work that was done and especially with the team assigned to us. They couldn't have been nicer.

Our roof leaked due to ice dam. Ceiling had water damage. Not sure if there is mold yet but services are definately moisture reduction, mold prevention and demolition of ceiling affected. ALL personnel involved were/are friendly, respectful of property, informative and prompt.

I was new and nervous about the whole process and I was very surprised by how helpful Jaiver was with explaining everything to me even before I was a customer. I was so impressed by that as well as the level of professionalism when he came out to look at the damage. Jaiver was very honest and made me feel comfortable in the decision to go with your company. He really surprised me when he actually came and did 95% of the job himself. The first day was doing the demo in the morning. The next day he was there by himself for about 8 hours and got everything completed all in the same day.

Wow! I thought I would need to replace my carpet and their team found a solution to get out the stain. Thank You Serv Pro!

The staff at ServPro of Ozaukee County are very courteous and friendly. I have a 2000 sq ft finished basement. My sump pump quit working and all 2000 sq feet of carpeting was wet and soggy. They removed the water and ultimately the carpeting, as it could not be saved and removed the baseboards to insure the drywall and insulation were not wet. After everything was dried, I was left to get new carpeting and have a carpenter reinstall the baseboards. The reason I am giving only two stars is the cost. I can't believe how incredibly EXPENSIVE their service was. I was left with an $8,500 bill for their service, as my homeowners insurance did not cover the cost because I did not know that you need a separate insurance rider for water backup. I calculated about 40 man hours were put into this job (three men each working about 13 hours). I think that is an unreasonable rate for their services.

Talk about service!! The entire staff at SERVPRO went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and overly accommodating! They were at our house when they said they would be. None of the usual "between 8am-10am". They said 8am, they were there at 8am. Considering the unfortunate circumstance we endured, SERVPRO set our minds at ease during the entire process. Highly recommend to everyone!!
