Asset services had great transparency through the project of fixing the problem areas in my roof. I have an addition that was added on but not tied in correctly so it was causing the ice dam to leak into my roof. Can't say enough good things about this company. I had a few pieces of soffit blow out in some bad weather a few weeks ago and didn't have a ladder tall enough to get the fascia and soffit re-secured. John was up front that it might take a few days to to come look at it. He was there in two days and had it fixed within the hour. He took on a project that nobody else would give me the time of day for and was more than fair on the bill. Other places wouldn't call back or wanted to charge 4 to 5 hundred for the project. Other business's may want to take a note as to what good customer service looks like. A huge thanks to John for helping a guy out in a pinch... I'll be calling you guys for any future work!

I contacted several roofing companies in the Fargo, ND area to try to find a roofer that could help me with what was probably a relatively small roofing repair job. I could not get any response from any of them. I asked friends for a referral and they gave me fantastic reviews About Asset services, John in particular. I contacted John and he came out and assessed what I was going to need and took the job on and did a fantastic job! The work needed to be done because whoever roofed this house previously did a pretty poor job of a few things and John was able to identify that, and did a great job of correcting it. He needed to do a combination of flashing and shingling. John did a fantastic job and I would recommend him for any roofing need at all, no job too small and certainly no Job too big. I went up on the roof and he showed me the work that he had done and now my nickname for him is flash-master John. I am looking forward to many years of a dry garage now thanks to the work John did. Had a whirlybird rip off my house from the wind and called Asset Services to come check it out. They were able to repair and replace the whirlybird in less than an hour of arriving.

I called Jonathan to replace a vent on our roof that had a large hole in it. He was out to our home the SAME DAY I called him and fixed it rather than having to replace the whole thing.

Jon Dahlgren from Asset Services has been a gem to work with. My roof problems started with a mystery leak the fall of 2018. Jon worked diligently to find the source of the leak. After a couple of repairs we thought the problem was solved only to have recent showers pose additional leakage.
Because of the age of the roof I decided to go ahead and have the entire roof done by Asset Services. I am now waiting for the roof replacement. My decision was made after seeing how professional and knowledgeable Jon has been. He is eager to explain the entire process and show you pictures of the damaged areas. Jon came over unexpectedly to put a tarp over the area that seems to be the main source of trouble. This extra bit of help saved me from having water problems in the storm we had today with 60mph wind gusts. Jon thought about my problem even when I know he is in the middle of other projects. I feel lucky to have a contact to call with any future roofing questions and someone with the knowledge to do the repairs necessary. Since last fall I have contacted Jon several times and he has always gotten back to me very quickly.

I am beyond impressed with Jon's service and attention to detail. We had a very minor issue with some nail pops in a few places on our 15 year old roof letting water leak in during heavy rain.
