The team was on time and worked quickly. Cleaned up as they went along. Very pleased with new windows and doors. Also not photographed was a sliding door in my finished basement. Love the button lock on the floor. No more stick in the door to ensure it’s locked. Thank you!!

Josh and Elvir from Window World arrived promptly and professionally to replace our front entry door. They did a wonderful job and were helpful and friendly. In addition, George, our salesman, was great to work with along with the friendly staff of the company.

Had new windows installed throughout my home in addition to a few doors (2 exterior and 1 garage entry). They completed the work in 2 days and I couldn’t be more pleased! The two gentleman working on my home were on time, cleaned as they worked and communicated to me throughout the entire process. Definitely professional and a great experience!

Window World is a very good company! They put new windows, and new siding and new gutters on my house. My wife and I are very happy with the good quality of the products they used, and we are very pleased with the good workers they have working for them. Overall, the house looks like new again! Money well spent with a good company that's been around for a long time. And their prices are very reasonable. Please get a free estimate from them if you ever need a face lift for your house. Window World worked with me when I needed a bit of a later time. The installer arrived at the designated time and was very professional and the windows were installed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them. I really like my new windows and look forward to being able to clean them from the inside instead of having to climb up on a stool outside!

We recently had our front entry door replaced by window world. The whole process was incredibly smooth. My sales person mark walked us through all of the options to create a 100% custom beautiful door. It took about 6 weeks to be made and as soon as it was delivered window world reached out to pick a date to install it. There team of installers came out they were all very friendly and professional they had the new door installed and cleaned up everything in less than 3 hours. Overall we couldn’t be happier with this whole experience and our new door is beautiful.

I'm super happy with my entry door, WW also did my windows a couple yrs ago, theres a reason why I used them agian, everybody at WW was nice and friendly even when I wasn't and when they were done they left my property clean....I will use them agian....10 stars

After meeting with multiple window companies, I selected window world. They were the most affordable with a good product. Salesperson was super nice and not pushy (no long presentations and pressure). The installation people were clean and quick. So far I'm happy with the results.

Expert installation along with a great window has made our house quiet, energy efficient and just look great. From salesman to installation team was a great experience. The 4000 series window(in my opinion) is one of the best selling affordable windows out there. Not to mention lifetime warranty. For me Window World was a great choice.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Job was completed a month early. The install crew was incredibly clean when working and were very friendly. My salesman Trent was incredible and very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I will use them again

Save yourself the time and just look at their work in the pictures. 2 day install still not done after 5 days. Stayed only a few hours each day, then had to keep coming back to fix, only to claim the job is finished each time, yet refused to clean or fix issues; job still not done. Several nails nailed in sideways. Large gouges in window sills. They did not even fix the 2 inch long, deep gouges they created in the wood window sills even after I requested it multiple times. Damaged uncaulked wood trim, that when caulked would be far less noticeable. One worker put one foot on the staircase handrail and his other foot on the freshly painted wall to climb up to reach the top of a window, instead of using a short step ladder from his truck. He leaves a foot print on the wall, then licks his hand and wipes the shoe print off, leaving a gray smudge that I had to clean off after he left. "Sorry," he says bashfully. One person came to fix unfinished trim on bottom outside of windows and drilled 3 holes in my roof for no reason. Lots of shingles were chipped or torn off another area he was on. As that guy left he said sorry for "doing a bad job" and I noticed the damage right after he left. Furniture and bedding not covered before construction began so construction dust, scrap , broken glass and shards of metal IN my bed. Stolen DVDs. Nails, broken glass, scrap metal left all over driveway, lawn and underneath furniture. 2 windows would not even lock after install so I was stuck in my home on Easter weekend because my home was not secure until they could come back and put new ones in. They left my house with multiple unlocking windows for days-and as a single female I was displeased. They had to replace the new ones they just installed. Vents were not covered, so debris in there as well. The caulk is so sloppy I cringe when I see it. There are large gaps where there is no caulk and what is there is goopy. Workers showed up filthy first thing in the morning. Big metal pieces stuck in my lawn damaged my mower blade, which will need replacement. I was told workers were bonded/insured during sales, but was advised they are not after the job started. I spent tons of time cleaning up after them. In my 16 years of Victorian house restoration I have never seen any contractor be so negligent, dismissive, rude. I've never not wanted to pay a contractor the second half of the contract before. Now I see why you pay half before and half after. Read all the BBB complaints on this company. I am out of PTO and already gave them 5 full days of my time for a 2 full day job and they stayed only a few hours each time... If they steeply discount this I will consider removing or updating this review.

From the sale to the install was professional and extremely courteous. Excellent job on the install and entire crew was respectful and fun to work with. Final product was reasonably priced and totally improved the look of the house. I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Everything happened exactly as they said it would and we had nine windows installed in under 4 hours. Josh and Ben did a great job. The windows were installed quickly, correctly and at a great price.

Window World is awesome! They’ve done 3 jobs for me. All new windows at my condo that I sold. New windows and a slider in 2023 at my current house and 2nd slider in 2024 in my master bedroom. Great company. Great warranty and quality products. Matt is a great sales man who really explains things well. Ben was a great installer. He took his time explaining things and making sure my slider is working and all sealed. Highly recommend Window World!!

From start to finish you have been great. The rep who came out to the house was very nice, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. My windows were installed on Monday - In one day. The installer was very courteous and cleaned up everything. All is good- so nice to be able to see out of my windows again. Love how you have a lifetime warranty - that was a big sell for me.

I've spent the past 25+ years managing construction projects and companies, and I highly recommend working with Window World of Cincinnati.

If I could give zero star I would. We ordered our window in 2021, being in covid factory issue we have to wait 12 weeks to get it installed. After those ample time of wait, the window were 3 inches short. They gave us another 12 weeks to get those windows corrected, then again after 13 weeks it's an inch short. So I told them, I just want my money back. I tried to call them, the owner keep saying I get my refund, until now he never give my money back.

Ben and Kody installed our windows! We had mold between the panes when we bought the house, and looked forever for the most affordable option. This was the BEST decision we’ve made and are so happy with the results. No complaints!

He was very prompt, quick and professional. At the end he asked if I had any questions and gave some quick explanations. He was very clean and made sure all trash was picked up. Very efficient work!

Update: They draft issues were resolved. Changed review to 5 stars.
We have had some issues with our patio doors that were installed and it has taken some time to try to get them right. The owner of the company personally reached out to apologize and promised new, upgraded doors and they delivered. The doors still weren’t working properly. You had to slam the door several times to get it to sit just right in order for it to lock. There is also very noticeable drafts coming through both doors, one more than the other. While this is frustrating, I am very impressed with their service and how they want to make things right. You don’t find that in many companies anymore.
I do love the windows they installed, just note if you get black, it’s sprayed.
They have stoppers that prevent the windows from opening past a certain point to prevent intruders. Perfect for 1st level windows or kids bedroom windows.
They came and fixed the lock issue and we haven’t had it malfunction since. We are still waiting to hear back about the draft issue.

Our experience started with the salesman Doug. He was very knowledgeable, contibuted many options and ideas we had not considered. He was very easy to contact with questions that we thought of and kept us up to date of the status of our order. The installation team was very efficient, very mindful of our home and tried to create the least amount of disturbance. They worked very well as a team and completed 14 of the 15 windows to installed the first day. The next day they finished up the last window, and installed a double front door and a back door. They cleaned up all the debris and Brian walked us through a demonstration on how the windows functioned and the features they had. He also showed and briefed us on some detail work the was needed and gave us estimate of when the work would be completed.
Overall very satisfied with all facets of the project Would definitely recommend Window World if you are considering upgrading your home.
