We had our roof repaired last summer by Fortress after wind and hail damage took down our soffit. David was at our house the next day and working with us for our insurance company to make sure we got what we needed covered. David and Brandon worked around the clock to make sure we had a roof over our heads. I purposefully wanted to write my review a year later because the roof has been excellent over the winter and we have even seen our energy bills DROP $20-30/month!! We could not be thankful enough for David, Brandon, and the Fortress team for getting us a new roof AND saving us money! I could not recommend Fortress roofing enough!!

The guys at this company are awesome. Dougie & Coop we’re going through my neighborhood looking for clients and happened to knock on my door while we were trying to get my cats kitten out of the ceiling. They immediately offered to help, and didn’t hesitate to climb into the small hole that the we had cut to look up there. I have no idea how he fit in that hole but he did and he also found the kitten! Awesome company with at least two awesome dudes that I know of. If you get work done with them I would highly recommend Dougie and Coop because they will go above and Beyond for you!!

Josh Martin with Fortress Solutions was amazing every step of the way with getting a new roof for our house! It was painless considering and pretty quick once we got approval from ins! They worked with the ins company directly for us so we didnt have to fight with them to get our claim approved. The roofers were great and courteous from removal to replacement and did a great job! Were so happy with it and even got gutters too! Recommend 100%! Great customer service is harder to come by these days and everyone we've worked with from the company has been a pure pleasure to deal with.

My home is 22 years old. The Pella windows have caulking around the glass that sits in each frame AND caulking around the entire window frame. In addition, the caulk product the builder used in-between the concrete slabs of the driveway are all broken or missing altogether. This allows water to get in under the slabs...just what I don't need.

I had never heard of Fortress Solutions LLC until Mitch B. from Fortress Solutions was in the neighborhood making sales calls. He happened to stop by my house. We discussed the Pella window and driveway issues. I ended up hiring Fortress to complete the repair. Mitch B. is a stand-up kind of man. Honest and knowledgeable. He's helpful, direct in his communication style, and goes above and beyond to serve his clients.

Enter Zach M. Turns out Fortress Solutions sent Zach M. to my house to do the work. While I didn't think I could respect anyone at Fortress as much as Mitch B., I was wrong. Zach M. has to be the most skilled person in the use of caulk. His work is impeccable. He cut out any old caulk and applied new caulk to the windows and driveway. He made caulking an art form...he's that good. He's also a very kind and talented man.

I'm looking forward to having Fortress Solutions strip, paint, and seal the two wood decks on my house in the next few weeks and I'm talking to Mitch B. about other projects that need to get done.

David was incredible to work with! He made the whole claim process so easy! He met with our insurance guy and using a drone, he was able to get great footage of the damage to show the inspector. He kept us updated on when we could expect the job done. He took more drone footage during the process and after to make sure we were satisfied. We only had one layer of shingles and they tore them all off, which a lot of companies do not do. They replaced any boards that needed replaced and, you could tell that all of the processes that he had explained in our meeting were followed to the T. They got the job done in one day and it is beautiful! David assured us that they would clean up well. I was worried about our pet stepping on nails and such. They cleaned up so well, no one would ever guess that we had anything done. Amazing! We are thrilled! Thanks David and Fortress Roofing Solutions for all you did to help us!

Just a few ways to describe how our roof and gutter replacement went today. Brandon is fantastic and they run a super tight team! We are super impressed with this company and would recommend it 100% to anyone who needs a roof replacement or a gutter replacement.! The gutters actually make our house look like we got an upgrade! They are not pushy salesman either which is one huge plus for me! We came across this company because our neighbor a few houses down got a roof replacement so we decided to Get an estimate. We received updates and photos during the work and the before and after… And that was super impressive as well!

So we hired Fortress Solutions to replace our roof. Brandon Baker went above and beyond fighting with our insurance company for 4 long months! They denied us and Brandon didn't give up! He got us a new roof!!! After the approval was granted, Fortress Solutions was on the ball. Their workers were extremely respectful of our property and had the roof done in just one day. We also had Fortress Solutions replace a gutter and find a leak around our chimney. We thought we needed a new chimney cap but they found the leaking area and saved us about $400. They were honest and could have easily charged us more money. I also loved all the updates and drone videos we received throughout the day as they worked. All and all, they were a blessing to work with. This company is honest and has great integrity.

5 STARS! I can not say enough great things about my experience with Fortress Solutions. My roof was getting old and after one bad wind storm, Josh came out and took a look. He was positive that insurance would cover the cost of the new roof, gutters, and facet. He met my insurance adjuster on-site so I was not left alone to deal with them. Josh came out with the crew at each visit, he made sure I knew what was being accomplished that day and ensured the yard was cleaned each time. I never had to contact Fortress asking for a status, Josh was in contact the entire time. I could not be happier with the customer service and the overall outcome of my roof and gutters. I highly recommend this company for roofs and gutters.

Fortress has a diligent and professional staff who takes care of the process from doing the initial inspection to final completion inspection. They took off a layer of shingles and installed new in one day! Installation staff was also professional and knowledgeable. They took down lights, moved furniture on my deck and used tarps to cover. I had no debris following. I highly recommend Fortress. Hire them, you won’t regret it!

Fortress worked with my insurance and got my roof replaced . The team cleaned up well and did a great job . They also found some wood rot around my chimney I had no idea about . They found a great solution for so it won’t leak again . Highly recommend them !

Fortress Roofing Solutions helped us with our forever home gutter problem. We had purchased a well built home that never really had good gutters. The house has extremely long runs that had level gutters with no flow to them.

Fortress' team came in and put the correct sized gutter and made sure there was positive flow to the downspouts. Their work was very professional and quick with no after clean needed. In and out in a day.

What a difference it made. We used to clean the gutters only to see pour overs onto the foundation during heavy rain. Now we can hear the sound of flowing water and no pouring over the gutters in the heaviest storms ever seen.

Trustworthy. Project manager Josh and Crew Lead William were great to work with. Exceptional work ethic and craftsmanship. I appreciated them sharing tips like how to replace soffit under the roof of our front porch. I appreciated the attention to detail such as counter sinking framing around the outside electrical boxes, and wrapping the house underneath the siding. These dedicated professionals rebuilt our chimney in one night.

I usually do not write reviews, but these guys deserve a review. When Josh rang my door bell and started talking about roof damage, I thought another storm chaser, here today and gone tomorrow. But I found out that Fortress Solutions, LLC is located in Elsmere, Ky and has 20 years of roofing experience. So, I let them inspect my roof. They asked me to sign a paper stating that I will award them a contract to replace the roof if my insurance approves replacement, and my cost will only be my insurance deductible. They inspected and found hail damage and told me how to file my claim. Josh then worked directly with my insurance company, coordinated with the insurance roof inspector, and I received my insurance settlement. One week later the crew showed up on time and did an amazing job of installing the roof, protecting my shrubs, and cleaning up. They have an excellent business model. They install a premium CertainTeed Landmark Pro roof system with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. The shingles are rated for 130 mph winds. Fortress Solutions also gives you a lifetime warranty covering any leaks from their work, such as flashing leaks. They strive in every way to give you a five star experience and you just pay your insurance deductible. I could not be more pleased with this project.

We had to buy a roof for this house approx. 22 years ago and the cleanup after that other company took us weeks to clean up little pieces left in bushes & everywhere. With their services, Fortress Roofing Solutions took those nails and all debris with them, and as a dog mom I sure appreciated it!!

Fortress was quick to respond to my request for an inspection/estimate and was able to schedule it at a time that was best for me. They were able to get the install done between several days of rainy weather and during the install, Brandon kept me updated on how everything was going. The only issue that came up was they didn't have a diverter for my down spouts. Wanting to have everything done on that day, I agreed to just finish without them, but Brandon insisted on completeing the job as I wanted and was able get the diverters and complete the job as I expected. They also refinish my shutters and Zack the installer finished just before dark. I couldn't see them till the next morning, but they turned out great. 5 star experience from start to finish.
